I went with my husband to this store for the first time without any knowledge about what was prescribed by his doctor. Erika explained everything to us and helped us understand how the different products work. She was very helpful. Definitely we will visit this store again for his refills.

I visit this dispensary today with my mom and Yvonne was very helpful and informative with EVERYTHING. She’s was great! The place looks very modern and visually appealing. Loved it! I been client of Fluent for approximately 2 years ago but I usually have to go to the one near Perrine first inconvenient to far then finally after a year of waiting they finally open Kendall store. Very convenient very near from my house plus the Customer service here is beyond and over mostly for two amazing ladies that worked there call Ivonne and Erika. They are always smiling and very friendly. Plus they make great suggestion about products. And try to look discounts for you to save money. All that plus that the product is EXCELLENT make me come back always and I recommended highly to everybody .

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE 'FLUENT'! I had the great pleasure of being attended by two wholeheartedly wonderful people, Ashley and Erica. They make you feel welcome and can even strike up interesting conversation while you wait! Ashley taught me so much about the product and even went beyond that to teach me about the science behind it all. Not only do they have great staff and product but you leave there SMARTER! Thats just good business! They both gave me genuine recommendations on what product would fit my lifestyle best and you can tell they are being honest; in a world of sales just for the sake of sales it is very refreshing to go somewhere and know that you'll be treated like family, with honesty and respect. Thank you again, I will definitely be coming back soon!
