Extremely kind and helpful employees. The products they carry are top-notch, and the pharmacist is really awesome for learning about the effects and dosages of different products. I  this place.  They also have a rewards program and specials on different days of the week.

First off let me say how nice all of the employees were! I was a little nervous going in for the first time and the guy who showed me around really put my mind at ease and explained every product to me throughly! They offer a great selection and lots of great deals throughout the week and for new patients!

Just came here for my first visit and I have only wonderful things to say! Not only is the environment welcoming & extremely (and informatively decorated with signs explaining thc vs cbd and things of the like), but the employees are outstanding. Carlos was my consultant and as a former employee for another dispensary on Long Island, I can only say how kind he was. Seriously was in and out within 20 mins. I believe the pharmacist (Cara? Or Tara? I'm terrible with names) was also incredibly informative and sweet. I highly recommend this dispensary to both patients that are new to consuming cannabis, as well as seasoned vets in the cannabis world. 10/10 and wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you & can't wait to come back

Employees are nice but I received vape carts that were discolored and did not hit correctly and when I brought them back to exchange them they treated me like I was trying to get one over on them and it truly made me never want to go there again. It was extremely uncomfortable. But besides that the place seemed good.  Just don't have any issues with your products !!

Horrible customer service! The employees stand around DOING NOTHING with an attitude, like they are there to do you a favor!! With only 2 other customers they say you have to WAIT 1 HOUR to be served!!! And they charge $10 more for Select products than Curaleaf!! Do yourself a favor... save the stress of dealing with RUDE SNAILS and get more bang for your buck - SHOP AT CURALEAF!!

So, first time I went they were out of the product I specifically wanted (blue Indica vape). settled for tablets which wasn't to my liking or expectation. Second time I called in advance to make sure they had it, which they did. I go down to the store and their system is down and I'm unable to make any kind of a purchase. Not a good beginning. I will be going to the Botanist in Farmingdale from now on.

Don't waste your time driving out here, they'll give you a hard time trying to get anything or trying to show that you're eligible for anything, even if you bring your card and license... acted like I was a criminal and made everything extremely difficult. Ended up driving home with nothing and wasting all my time and gas on my day off.

What a joke of a business. It bothers me to the core that this dumpster fire actually makes money. They could care less about their customers and more about making money. I do not care that your having computer issues, get a better one. With an impending storm and so called computer issues, why would you take new orders over the phone? My first experience here wasn't great. Ended up being a blessing in disguise. The cartridge wasn't full and the syringe came with no heads-up that it was difficult to open/operate. So do yourself a huge favor and go down the road to the other place they are way nicer and better overall. I've been there 5 times with no issues. There is a huge difference in the level of customer service as represented in the ratings.

I spend a lot of time ordering on line to pick it up the next day. I cant do well with computer.  So I had someone to help me. They called me and told me that if I don't pick it up today, they will cancel my order and I will have to reorder it the next day. I told them I could not and explained, they did not care... so I ordered from The Botanist down the street  about two miles south on 110 much nicer service, more welcoming staff.  They had to just put it on the shelve and I told them I was coming in at 10AM when they opened.

This is my "go to" dispensary. Good variety of products. Best selection of flower in Long Island. The employees are really nice. The place is unnecessarily large but clean and nicely decorated. Occasional sales are good. I got a great discount when I renewed my card. This place works well for me.

I never write reviews but due to the negative reviews here I felt the need. I was VERY apprehensive to visit Sunnyside after reading negative reviews but I can now say I was pleasantly surprised. Carlos is a gem, he is extremely knowledgeable and made me the feel more at ease and comfortable on my first dispensary visit. He was helpful and very knowledgeable. The walk-in wait time was minimal, The establishment was very clean and welcoming and the staff was very nice.

I've had nothing but great experiences at Sunnyside. The staff is nice and as helpful as they can be. I'm not crazy about the way they list their products (KKU, APP, ATW, CPE) - what does that all mean? And no one can seem to tell me. So, that's really the only thing I don't like about Medical Marijuana in GENERAL on Long Island. But Sunnyside is excellent. I would recommend them completely and totally!

It's a shame. If I could've given less than a star I would've. I love the staff, but they made an honest mistake by double charging my card over $425. Now I've been chasing Sunnyside with no response for over 10 days. Very unprofessional. I'll be bringing my over $750 a month of business elsewhere. I'm adding to my original review above... The staff at Sunnyside helped to work this out to my satisfaction. It's not the staff I'm so upset with, it's the business practice of Sunnyside (corporation) that caused all this. I've been going to Sunnyside Huntington for about 18 months, and staff are impeccable.

Welcoming pleasant atmosphere, I believe Steph was helping me, knowledgeable & professional. Made me feel like I'm the only patient she had, really nice personable visit!

The service has been impeccable during two interactions for mine and my girlfriends intakes; Carlos in particular was truly knowledgeable (compared to agents I've spoken with at other dispensaries). Also the product lines available are now more numerous than any dispensaries on Long Island. And the $50 off the first 3 visits add up to an amazing value. PPS: You can browse the products in their store and see what you can get before buying which is a plus compared to the CuraLeaf dispensaries

Horrible service for overpriced half full, half-gram carts. I paid $150 for two Curaleaf carts. When I got home and opened them, they were filled with air! Each cart was only half full and they had the nerve to charge $75 each for this garbage. I called them immediately and did not open the carts for two weeks. They never called back. I tried to reach them by email. They have an icon that you can click for returns, but it only works if you bought it online. I attempted to call them again today and left another message. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SUNNYSIDE AGAIN !!!!
