I've been going to this dispensary since May 2019. I've noticed that things have changed a lot since I first walked through their LOCKED security door. At first, there was an armed security guard at the door checking each person's ID and medical marijuana card before letting them in to the waiting area. After a few months, the door was unlocked and there was no security guard to be found. This is VERY unsettling when patients walk in with large amounts of cash to purchase their medicine (the law, cash only payment no credit cards accepted). The run down building which is mostly vacant and the location are both sketchy (the parking lot is super creepy). The wait can be long depending on the number of staff working, day, time and how many patients are there. The actual dispensary area where you make your purchase is a secure locked area. It's clean and orderly with loud music playing which makes it hard to have a "private" conversation with the budtender (you have to shout to hear one another). Very few of the budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful (if you're lucky to get one). Terrasana 's prices are very high (way over priced) which makes it hard for most people to afford. The products they sell are subpar and they ALWAYS have an EXTREMELY limited selection to offer patients. The flower selection is mostly Sativa & Hybrid (maybe 3-4 Indicas). Whatever you are interested in purchasing edibles, tinctures, etc... good luck with that, they are either "sold out" or "getting some soon"....which doesn't really help you. The bud tenders just try to push the products they have on you. Three weeks ago, they tried to sell me products that were expiring SOON (without telling me), luckily my caregiver noticed before I bought them. Also know that if you're lucky to find a product that you really like....DON'T count on ever seeing it again. They just don't restock. As of this post, I'm not  wasting any more time and money at Terrasana...I'm moving on. There are other local dispensaries that operate much better. DEFINITELY LOOK AROUND. I found one TODAY that had EVERYTHING I wanted/needed....I guess it was time to...RISE...up and go somewhere else !!!!! Awesome experience at the new dispensary!!!! I'm so happy! The drive to Lakewood was worth it!!!!!

Somewhat limited supply, primarily flower, prices are high as are most Ohio Dispensaries at this time.  Limited staff knowledge with who I had worked with, others may be better and many customers had appointments with specific budtenders.  A work in process and as my other Dispensary visits were out of state, perhaps not a fair comparison.

I've been going here since last year there's been some changes due to the coronavirus but they're really good people there they work really hard give people a break at this time nothings going like it should be just stay safe be happy and please do not complain

Ohio is an incredibly backwards place and slow moving on the medical marijuana front. Of the available dispensaries in Northeast Ohio, Terrasana is a good option. Note: prices are pretty inflated. But again, as Ohio moves into the 21st century, hopefully that will change and hopefully it's not reflective of Terrasana independently.Terrasana is located in a newer office building. Only patients with a medical marijuana card are permitted inside, so leave your non-card holding spouse in the car. I have only seen this location operate at two speeds: in and out in 20 minutes or an extremely long wait time with 10 people ahead of you. Prepare yourself for either scenario.If you can, ask for Grace. She is a graduate of the Cleveland School of Cannnabis and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. She also won't try to push you towards spending more money (if that is a concern you have). She is authentically interested in being helpful and really knows what she is talking about, especially if you're nervous about making a purchase. The interior facility is sparkling new, clean, modern, and contains iPads if you want to research more info on products while you're in store. Overall, I do recommend this dispensary for patients and thus far think it is the best I've visited in Ohio.

Never have the same product twice. Everytime I order something that I actually like they never have it back in stock. Time to find another place!

The staff is always super friendly and helpful, if I have any question they’ve always been able to answer it. It’s also always super clean and organized as well.

Visit was polite and fast, selection was large. Personel were very knowledgeable able products. All around a pleasant visit

Great discount for veterans, we get 30% off the 1st Wednesday of every month or 25% any other time. Great products as well. The Garlic Cookies strain is one of the best I've ever had.

Great staff. Very nice, super helpful and knowledgeable. They do a great job keeping things moving along so you don’t have to wait too long. Online ordering is easy and convenient. Always a positive experience at the Garfield Heights location.
