Takes like 45 mins to get weed. (Natures herb down the road takes like 15) But at least the staff is kind.

They're there when I need them. I shy away from their "in house"' made items, as they've had issues with residual chemicals in them, but their selection of other products keeps me stoned when my own garden is in between harvests and I'm running low on hash.

Good people that work there good buds for in town better than nature's curb but the got it and doing well

DON'T BOTHER IF YOUR MEDICAL AND LOOKING FOR MEDICINE!!!! The herbs USED TO BE on point and if you go to any other Livwell location they got there stuff together...love the staff here tho but the last 2 months you can definitely see they ONLY CARE ABOUT REC.....if you are med seriously do not bother with this place if you have a reliable means of transportation....but it's definitely the best in Greeley. Ive been in 3 different times in 3 weeks I buy 2 oz and I'm usually good for the week....there supposed to have all of the leaves by snoop but...like all the weed there now for med ...it's mostly REALLY stemmy buds with a half ass selection.......I tried to write the company and see if they had a reason for the blatant disregard for this location and I got nothing back. So if you're in Greeley and your in a pinch I guess yea obviously Livwell for the win....but it's not like the other places are really competition there definitely jokes in the dispensary biz....so if you're stuck in Greeley ..that sucks that's your best bet....but if you're anywhere else learn from my mistakes....give up on the Greeley location obviously the owners did. Seriously can't believe they have gone down hill this much in the 6 months I became a member....I for one am done especially when it's under weight most of the time.... which really wasn't a issue with me but the negligence to there medical side says it all and speaks VOLUMES to there greed over there morals....they simply don't care so med patients I wish you the best on finding a caregiver that CARES

Horrible customer service! Poorly trimmed prepack flower. Seed infested flower. First time there and was extremely disappointed. I got three  stealth sticks and two of them were duds. The person on the phone would not allow me to speak to a manager and said she was busy all day doing interviews. I left my number and she never called me back. I showed up this morning to be turned away, because there wasn't a manager to help me. Bunch of fakes miles and unspoken we don't cares. They will do everything they can to set you up as a member. Don't do it! You will be stuck in a membership for a month at this place due to state law. Medical patients beware. Do not attend this establishment! Also there top shelf is subpar at best.  I will make it my life's mission to inform everyone I can not to ever visit this or any other livwell establishment. No need to reply manager there is nothing you can do to get my business back!and to think I was about to set up my extended plant count here. PFFFFFT

Always a wait. Be ready to wait for at least 45min. Suggestion...have an express line for those who know what they want and how to. Have a slower line for those new to smoking. Annoying as hell.

Best place in Greeley for marijuana but I like to buy shake and sometimes find it hard to get

Went In for a $20,1/8 and came out getting charged 27.00+a non well Fargos ATM fee 2.50 charged on top of that. lol I could've paid cash but the guy def did not say anything about that. Low grade for hi price. I went up there to see why and they just kept saying sorry and there was nothing they could do about it. lol I find it baffling that he couldn't tell me about any fee and just handed me change like I'm suppose to know that. He just said so I charged 25 because the increments and here's your change. Nothing about a ATM charge and all this extra. I could of paid in cash like I normally do. Idk why I didn't. Need to tell people when there going to get charged and extra TEN DOLLARS

Good dispensary but you better have time to hurry up and wait! Always a line on the Rec side.

Great selection and prices.   Budtenders are extremely helpful.  This place is always on my list of places to visit when in town.

1st rec experience for me went very well.plenty of parking out front and along the street here, no issues.sat morning, it was quiet in the parking lot, waiting room, and behind the door. showed my ID upon entering. had a few minute wait, no biggy.  everything was clean and comfy.had a nice, friendly 1 on 1 with a budtender.  explained what they offered and their tiered pricing.prices seemed fair on flowers.  i think it was $10/grams for the lower 'green' tier if i remember right.. smelled and looked at a few of the 'platinum' grade flowers, seemed to be quality work.   i thought i saw $55 on a pre-bagged 1/8th of 'platinum' grade (i could be off on the cost and quantity, i wasn't lookin too close).  the flower selection was great, being from the west coast some of the strains were new to me.  you'll def have some choices or different strains to try.i was here to find some edibles for something different/new. full melt bars for $10 and smaller choco 'mint' bars/chunks for $5.  i was expecting more edibles, but its a start, I understand they just opened to rec recently so i'm hoping that the edible selection will expand some.  i also think canna-butter or oil [for cooking with] would be a great option as well.they do also have some wax and concentrates.  some prepackaged for vape pens, and some disposable vape pens as well. have little experience with wax/oils/concentrates so didn't look too close, or know what to look for.

Suuuuuuper cheap weed. I come a long way to get the deals here. I have always gotten good service. The products are varied. I love the pre rolls.

Garbage product and rude nasty people. Do not waste your time here. There are other shops in town. Unless you want prepacked stems and garbage

I have been shopping at this store for a few months. The last purchase of a vape battery I was not given what I asked for by name and when I left I discovered the problem. I went back to Liv Well and tried to either return or get credit or even an exchange they refused to make it right. KEEP YOUR EYE ON THESE GUYS OR LOSE YOUR CASH!

Been coming for years.  best place in town   sometimes a small wait. friendly staff.  great product, service, everything. I come every day.

The lines are OUT of control for medical. There is too long of a wait for us most of us have true medical issues that fo not aow for cold weather or standing long periods of time. Do better. Med is the reason you have rec.

Very pleased with my last few purchases! Hands down best option in Greeley area. Wait times are a bit long you rarely get in and out, but Prices are fair and bud is usually decent.

This place sucks my wife drove 48 minute to pick up myOrder , after I placed it online 2 hours ahead . And the pick up time was 5pm and she showed the order to the Aahole in the front . And he told her it doesn't matter you have to wait and the wait time is an hour.

Doing an Online order and reserving a time for pick up shouldn't mean that you get out in line with walk ins. There is a 15 minute wait past the time of pick up. What's the benefit of ordering online? This is not a problem ever in Fort Collins.

NO ONE WANTS TO SMOKE THREADS AND FIBERS IN THEIR WEED !!!! So apparently the headaches from their weed come from string fibers they use to dry the weed being carelessly trimmed into the weed. My friend found it in his weed called and they basically said they don't care and won't do anything about it . Just a warning their weed is not safe straight out of the jar. Make sure you're in a well lit area and can examine it. Not sure if their are long term affects from this or not but be safe out here.

I was in the area, and had to give this place a try. The fellow behind the glass was very nice and asked to see my id. When I pulled out my red card he immediately told me it would be just a min. I did see a sign posted very clearly that they will accommodate medical patients with waiting. I did see they had two separate doors for recreational and medical. I was buzzed in the recreational side, but I saw the bud tenders talking with each other that I was a red card holder. I waited just a minute for the budtender to finish her transaction with a customer, but she was very polite and acknowledged me and told me she would help me soon . I asked about the $99 ounces their selling and she brought out a HUGE jar of super HAIRY flowers. I was very impressed with how soft and velvety the buds looked. I told her I wanted to get my limit, and she told me not a problem at all. I went to check out and she told me something along the lines of charging my debit card X amount is weird for their computers but if I had a little bit of change I could do both debit and cash and make a smooth transaction. How lucky for me, I had enough change to do the 2 separate transactions. Everyone is always great when I go here. They have a weird process now, but hey, it works, keeps us safe. Last trip in with Ricky was great! He got me what I needed, and then some. Love this place. Its been a while, but I still go to livwell, and nothing has changed. Still a wonderful place with great staff. I feel I should update this review. This company has STILL been NOTHING but wonderful! I will not go anywhere else!

Everyone is always friendly but the wait is insane.... ALWAYS.
