Great downtown location. Diverse selection. Friendly and knowlegable staff deticated to helping you find what you need.

The couldn't even come to the door to tell me my service dog wasn't allowed. Thanks a lot. I'll never send anyone to you guys or go myself. Being in the industry this is a real shame.

I love elite organics! It's my favorite shop in Fort Collins they take credit cards which is super convenient . They are very friendly and have great hours!

Small, but filled with great products, caring employees and positive atmosphere. Private parking in the back of the building is a plus. The waiting room is Rock 'N' Robin's Record Store, with plenty of pipes and products to keep you busy until your number comes up on the LED. They give priority to medical clients, but that's fine by me. Worth a visit. Great shatter and edibles, but I'm in love with the herb. And it's organic!

If I could give it 0 stars I would.  As a local these are some of the most ridiculous prices I've seen.  45 dollars for a gram for the same product you can buy down the street for 35.  Will not be returning.

I was a very loyal customer for two years. I wish there was an option for zero stars on here. Their turn over in employees is insane. Every time I go there someone new is working. Tonight there happened to be a lady working in the back who claimed to be "the manager " who I have never seen before and let me tell ya, I'm in here a lot due to not having transportation at the moment and it being the closest to my home. My wife went like she does a lot of the time when I got home from work so I don't have to leave again. She took a Lyft (which was 9$) and was told she couldn't use my credit card. She has used my credit card there for almost a year now. Every time we go in they know exactly what we want and call us their "regulars" hand out free lighters etc. This "manager" was extremely rude and said there is no way that ever happened. She proceeded to call my wife a liar and wouldn't sell to her. My wife then came home and I got into the Lyft to go since they needed the ID to match the card (which I understand) but am confused on why they were letting her do it for so long. I walk in and ask one of the workers who I'm very familiar with what the issue was. I was then verbally abused by this woman manager from the back, who yet again I've never seen before. Was told she wouldn't sell to me because of my attitude and also called me a liar. I do NOT accept people questioning me on my character as I am a very honest person. After a few minutes of her threatening to call the police on me and being told I can no longer purchase if she is working because she didn't like my tone... I left. In total I spent 20$ on Lyfts and left empty handed. When I say I was a loyal customer I would show up a few minutes late sometimes and their employees would offer to sell me product in the back!!!! It's a complete S*** show and I have never been more disappointed in a business. If you're new to Fort Collins or visiting out of town this is the last dispensary I recommend for you. No one knows what they are talking about or the rules and it's something different every time. I've also received weighed out product that wasn't correct before and brought it back to be told my scale was off. Like I said the reason I was a repeating customer is because of the location. THAT IS IT. Prices are awful, the dispensary itself is small, and it gets so packed in there that you'll be waiting for 30+ minutes. When I called to complain after this situation this evening I was told I could not have the managers number and if I was "really trying to go there" asking for videos of my wife using the card with no issue. zero stars and Elite Organics will never have my business again.

This is by far the worst dispensary I've been to. 20+ dollars for a single gram? I bought "chill pills" which are a type of edible they sell and when I got home they were all melted and inedible, when I came back the next day to return them they pretty much said they store them at the recommended temp and it wasn't their fault. They didn't offer me any discount, refund, or replacement. The flower isn't flushed well and really burns your lungs. If you've ever been to rock in robins you've probably noticed it's dirty and managed poorly, unfortunately the same goes for elite organics. I will never return and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE TRASH. I have never reviewed online in my entire life and this shop made me review on WeedMaps and Yelp. The employees were rude and not helping. The prices are so absolutely ridiculous I can't believe they are in business. I paid $12 for a half gram pre-roll without knowing it was only a half gram. They didn't show anywhere that it was only a half gram. Then I drove 30 minutes from the store and un-stapled their bag and came to the realization they gave me a broken container and no joint. When I went back, they were totally rude and didn't compensate for the extra hour it took to fix their problem. When I said something to the manager, she told me off rudely expecting me to just accept their screw up with no justifications.This place sucks and I hope they do many things to change themselves into a respectable business from the pile of garbage that they are right now. Don't trust the 5 star reviews that were given. I would give these guys -5 stars if I could.

Just visiting from Texas and stopped by Elite Organics to check it out. The staff greeted me right away with a friendly demeanor and was very helpful with any of my questions. Prices were good and it was all overall good experience for my first time at a dispensary.

No one has reviewed this business in over a year so either the negative reviews of this business have been deleted (I have screenshot proof this is posted and live) or people just passively decided to take their business elsewhere. I gave this shop a real chance, I really did.I have purchased every single wax, shatter, and live resin product this dispensary has to offer. Their products are old, poor quality, and absolutely the worst prices in the state. These products within this store are the bottom of the barrel and laughably sold as top shelf. The third, and final time, I went into this business I laughably told the staff member after taking a gander at what they were referring to as 'live resin' that almost looked solidified.. that there was no was I was going to be paying 70$ a gram for it. She then informed me that it was actually closer to the price of 80$ after tax (for a product that they either got at wholesale in town or drove up from Boulder/ Denver). When I told the staff member that it was outrageous for the product to cost that in its own right let alone to be that poor of quality and be that price. While walking out of the store I heard the staff members in the back room calling me cheap. This business is obviously not engaging in any form of free market capitalism and is clearly not competing with any other local businesses for better quality and prices (and none of the other businesses in town are either) not to mention that their staff is highly unproffesional and not even remotely educated on any of their products. I'd review the buds in this store but they were so laughably dry and disgusting just from the look of them that there was no way I was going to even give them a chance. I'm ashamed I gave this place not only a second chance but a third. Shop elsewhere.-Tom

Great small shop with a chill environment. Staff is consistent and super friendly. Not sure why all the negative reviews with price because this is where I go for a bargain. They always have a special flower on sale. They offer organic so yeah you probably could get a little cheaper but who knows what's in it. Support this business!

Overall very impressed by this place. Fair prices, friendly staff, everyone tries their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. All in all, one of the best cannabis shops you can go to in Fort Collins.

I'm new to the casual cannabis consumption. I think part of the experience begins with the shop you visit and my pleasant interaction served to make the introduction into this new atmosphere almost feel euphoric. A particular thanks to the female manager? that took time out to talk to me. I feel three times more relaxed and confident coming out of the store and I believe that says much about the friendliness I received.

The girl who helped me (Jesi) was the nicest budtender! I was having a bad day and she totally turned it around. But its expensive.

Really nice service. I had to replace a part on my piece and they were very helpful in finding me one in my price range. When the part I picked was the wrong size, they even let me exchange with no charge or hassle and were so friendly the whole time.
