Gives you the wrong order and carts are halfway full, don't waste your money here.  Very expensive for what they give you.. not worth it.

So here's the thing: if you want rec cannabis, you have Cultivate and Nova Farms a couple miles apart from each other both on Route 9. Cultivate customer service is laid back, Nova Farms feels more structured and robotic. Nova Farms has a larger selection, Cultivate has slightly better pricing. Cultivate is that place where the crew will learn your name, shoot the shit with you and the atmosphere is chill. Nova Farms has a more upscale feel, customer service is good behind the counter but getting there, you're being watched by like 6 extra pairs of eyes. It's a bit intense. I see the appeal of Nova Farms-it's fine dining and Cultivate is a home cooked meal. It depends on what kind of person you are or what you're looking for in a dispensary. For me, Cultivate takes the cake overall because they don't know my name yet, but Cultivate feels like home

Hands down the best dispensary around.   Always a huge selection.  Super friendly staff and THANK GOODNESS they allow you to pre order your products so you aren't stuck in nonsensical lines with people asking silly questions for 15 minutes.  Keep up the great work.

I purchased 8 different flower varieties from this establishment a few weeks back. I was pleased in general with the quality of 6 of the 8. I would NOT recommend any of the products from the brand "The Heirloom Collective". The smell was off and tasted like grass. Good, friendly customer service, nice location.Overall good experience.

I am giving two stars because I was excited to shop in the store and everything seems so nice until obnoxious really loud voice girl just talked so insensitive and loud, i could see your saliva was spitting. Ew most unpleasant feeling when you ask please lower the voice and she says "That's how I talk" well I am not deaf and you are not the ruler here. Adding high prices to each strand just killed all the appetite. I walked out feeling disappointed!

My Mom, sister and I all placed orders at 10am yesterday, to be picked up at 7pm. We drove a half hour to get there. When we arrived, the line was out the door. We waited in the freezing cold for over a half hour. When we finally got in, we were told that our pre-ordered Flower was sold out in the morning and we could purchase the same flower 3x more expensive. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. The manager came over so nonchalant and said "oh someone should have called you. But you can buy this one instead" ...ummm no, that is completely unethical. We have been customers since Cultivate opened and frequented all 3 locations. But we absolutely won't be going back. Dispensaries are opening everywhere, no need to be bait and switched there. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and unethical.

Watch out for the BS fine print that they don't tell you when you purchase a cartridge or just about anything else. 99.9% of dispensaries will check your vape cartridge and replace it when and if there's ever problem. Not cultivate!! They tell you "you should've kept the packaging, we can't even check it for you without it". Sounds like something each employee should tell you when purchasing something that can't be returned without the packaging!! I've been there on 3 separate occasions and each time I got a cartridge, not once was I told of this policy until I had an issue. What a load of S€!t!Not getting my business again. Didn't offer me a thing just out over $60 for their inadequate service.

I've been here twice with devastating results. After the first visit, an utter let down, I decide to punish myself again and give some pre-rolls a shot. Here is my testimony:       I come down with symptoms like sore throat, stomach ache and dizziness almost immediately after smoking, with days apart where I do not smoke and thus feel great. So getting charged 45 dollars for 5 "joints" containing the common flu and dust off the ground it really hit straight to the sole.        Even with the fact that I have some of the lowest expectations ever for pre-rolls and a store in general, somehow, Cultivate in Framingham manages to plummet below rock bottom.       Each one of these joints are bent at the filter and the way they are twisted at the top looks like they hired a monkey on crack cocaine to do their work. The body of the joint deflates upon touching it as it was poorly packed. You would think they have a sponsorship with Lays Chips from all the air I paid for.       After calling the store in regards to a return, the guy says the only way a return is possible is he will have to weigh the amount in the joint and below the labeled weigh. He suggested I unroll and re-roll them. I decided to unrolled one. Literally dust and stems fall out like an ashy Christmas in Africa. I'm left with a pile of dust from the Sahara and twigs which I cannot roll into a joint considering it is strictly dust. There becomes so much dust I begin sneeze continuously throughout the rest of the day. I would have yielded better results snorting lines of this green mystery floor dust.        If I was simply informed in the title/description that it was 5 joints full of dust off the ground I would not be mad at all... as that business would be considered fair. But they clearly this one tried to pass a pile of dust off as an actual nug. Last time I ever even look at this place... hope you can say the same. Dead to me. Nova farms is superior. Don't waste your money or the time it takes to write out yelp reviews of this repulsively disgusting trashcan of a company. I was straight up robbed..... and legally too.NOVA FARMS OR DIE

Incredibly slow. Either get there with no line or leave, as this is easily the slowest moving dispensary in MA. I'm talking serving one customer every 15 minutes slow. If there's a line, trust me...just leave.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I know they only recently got their Med license, and it shows: I had some trouble with the pre-order menu, and there were zero med registers open when I arrived, BUT after less than 3 minutes I had a VERY helpful DA all to myself, as the only med patient there. The prerolls I got were the classic dust-grind but actually packed evenly enough to smoke, and they actually had full-spec edibles at a good price, plus a great topical selection. The flower I got (Trap Glue) was aggressively dank on opening, hashy taste on the inhale, and I'm floored on the exhale. I'll definitely be going back for the new-patient $50x4 coupon, probably after that too. Very happy with my experience, I'm sure they'll deserve 5 stars once the med stuff gets figured out

I ordered online around 9:00am for 5:45-6:00 and got confirmation not long after. When I got to the dispensary there was a long linen so I waited for about 30 minutes. I get to the check out and my order isn't there. I try and give them the confirmation number and was told that they are mostly meaningless. They told me to place an order online and step out of line. The only problem, the product I wanted was gone with nothing comparable price wise. When I raised this point I was told "Sorry there is nothing we can do." I don't mind that the product was sold out but I ordered at 9:00 am and received confirmation. There is no reason the dispensary couldn't contact me to tell me not to come or honor the previous price on something else. I drove 30 minutes both ways and wasted 30 minutes in line for nothing.
