My post below was my review before today. I had given them 5 stars... but, after what just happened, they don't deserve 5 stars... -10 would be better! I had bought CBD oil, on recommendation of one of the employees.. and when I opened it and used some, I didn't realize right away, but there was no plastic seal on the bottle... and when I put the lid on to close the bottle.. the lid just keeps twisting and doesn't securely close. I was worried it might have been tampered with, so I called the 1-800 number and asked about what to do... and they said to go into the location and they would see what was going on. Well, I couldn't go in yesterday, so I went today. When I got in.. after two customers left the back, with a full waiting room and people ahead of me.. I was called back.. no one else, even though no one had a customer with them. I explained what happened.. and the, I am guessing manager, comes over and she looks at the bottle and firstly I am told "the cap is plastic so sometimes they don't seal properly". Secondly I am told "if you got a bottle without plastic sealing, that's like a 1 in a million chance". Thirdly she says to me "did you fill this?" I said "no" as I didn't, I had used some but I didn't add anything to it. So, she takes out a new bottle of CBD oil and sits it next to my bottle and says to another associate "see, if you look closely you can see it has more in there".. so, she was calling me a liar. She went on and on about how there was more product in my bottle than in a newly sealed bottle.. and that absolutely broke me. I've never lied or stolen anything, never tried to get something for nothing. All I wanted was a bottle that was sealed, so I knew for my own sanity, that it wasn't tampered with.. and I'm called a liar. I put the bottle back in the box and picked up my things and said "thanks for calling me a liar" and was told "I never called you a liar" maybe not in the words "you are a liar" but, repeatedly telling me, loudly, that there is more product in MY bottle than a new bottle... and insinuating that I removed product and added something to it... yeah, she did call me a liar. I went out to my car and called the 1-800 number and told them what happened. I told them they can take a sample of the product and test it to see I am not lying. I'm supposed to hear something back tomorrow. I won't be going back to Curaleaf... even though it's closer to my house and cheaper, every staff member there today, thinks I am a liar because of that woman.. so, I won't be back. I highly suggest to everyone who continues to shops here.. check all your products before you leave... in front of an associate. I wouldn't want any of you to go through what I did. I am so completely hurt right now. No amount of apologies will fix this.

Best online ordering experience, great pricing as well. Staff is very friendly and offer great deals

I have always gotten great service here. The wait has been minimal. I see no reason not to use them. But as more companies enter the market, prices will come down. No reason not to use Curaleaf. The product is always been good

What a poorly run business. I had an opportunity to stop in and wanted to try their products. I was asked to complete a form as a first time patient and then told to wait. There were 2 other people waiting and three couples being served. After 20 mins some of the people being served completed their sales and left and another couple came in to the waiting area. The new couple were called in and then the other 2 people in the waiting room were called in. Meanwhile another person came in and had a seat in the waiting room. He was then called back. By then 30 minutes had passed and I had still not been waited on. I went to the desk and asked that my card be returned as I had been ignored while waiting. I was then told I was a new patient and would be taken last ....??????  Way to ensure good customer service. So....... have no idea how good or poor their products are..... but given my experience I must assume they are as bad as their customer service.

I went to curaleaf the other day for the first time but I was extremely disappointed with the products they offer. The vape pens all taste artificially flavored like you went to a candy store. I am looking for Pure, preferably organic products and they did not tell me that the vape pens are flavored like they are. I wish I could get my money back! I would not recommend this store.

Super professional and knowledgeable staff, very polite and friendly. The woman that helped me out was also a patient and every question I threw at her she had a detailed answer for. Pretty expensive but what can you do there are limited options in the area and the service you get here at Curaleaf is well worth it

I am very impressed with how professional they are!  The staff makes you feel wanted and very comfortable.. I always arrive happy and leave happier!

I've now been to this dispensary twice. On both occasions the staff were very uneducated about the products. I asked if a product could be used more than once and was told "I don't know". Same with when I asked what strain certain products are. I have a rare medical condition that I need to use MMJ to treat. I need specific strains and need to know how to use them. Two different employees said "I don't know" when asked about products and how to use them. They didn't offer any suggestions or offer to find the answers for my questions. This is not acceptable!! I also would like to point out that the website doesn't really describe what the strains are, only a name. This isn't helpful!

There products are ok there are better out there if there in stock they never have anything in stock waiting times are horrible but if you don't go inside u don't get your medication who hasn't been to a pharmacy and they don't have your meds. What a customer based establishment would say we can have it by tomorrow hello your selling medication. you can order online and they don't get your order. not once but three times order lost not there same excuses every time or there out of stock which most of the time they are.one would think Hey let's put up a simple sign we are out of this products people would know since  they sit on your sidewalk and wait in your tiny little waiting area you would see it hello everyone is stoned  your rude customer service you guys don't care about people  u need 2 rethink your program the  way u do things your set up is so wrong maybe a fast lane for people that know what they want so your not cramming  people in 12×10 at least in a doctor office there's a place 2 sit or a drive thru with a 100,000 dollar a day business one would think there would be a place 2 sit or maybe products available so sad

Sitting here on interminable hold to see if they have my order, I have read the reviews and completely agree with the other one star ratings. Store and I suppose company is a complete mess. All you are going to get is frustration. No one answers the phone. No one answers the "chat". I know that if I travel to the store itself I will have to stand, and I mean stand, around only to learn that they don't have my order.  The local Truielve is not much better but at least they have products in stock.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Faulty product. I'll stick with Trulieve and Surterra moving forward.

Went in here with my husband and got sold the wrong items and they refused to take them back. The receptionist was very rude. Never again. I will stick to Trulieve.

Excellent dispensary.Staff is friendly and informative helpful n all products.Go early when they open  n the AM it can get very busy there. Convenient hours.Great quality products plus Organic c products.The CBD selection is plentiful.A great go to place!

I just stopped by today from out of town. Quick organized stop. Thank you to Blake for being so helpful and patient with me.

I placed an order online but never heard anything else after the confirmation text. I got there right after they opened today to pick up the order I assumed was ready. While I was sitting there, they cancelled my order to tell me they have a new policy that says orders have to be picked up on the same day. The text says they'll let me know when my order is ready, but that never happened. So they waited until I arrived the next day to cancel my order, but had already sold everything I ordered. I live an hour south and drove up here just to pick up my order that didn't exist. For something that is supposed to relieve stress, I'm incredibly stressed right now.

Kat was great!  She helped me take advantage of my first time deal which is great and got me products featured both in the main menu and off to help me get the relief I needed. Thanks Kat!!

This was the first dispensary I'd ever been in. They took the time to explain what each item was and how to use them. They run out of popular strains quickly some weeks but overall I think they have a nice variety.I do wish they had links on their website descriptions that include strain reviews and expectations (ie good for depression or pain, heavy euphoria or usually giggles). I'm a regular and feel very comfortable there.

I have been to Curaleaf in the past with no issues, but after this recent visit, Curaleaf my never be my medical treatment center ever again.At approximately 4:10pm on 12/27/21, I attempted to purchase my medicine. At that time, I was greeted by a female associate with dyed hair who took my MMJ license and told me to wait in the waiting room. After waiting for about 10 minutes she entered the waiting room and rudely demanded I wear "a real mask". Due to my doctor verified disability, I can only wear a specific one as to not endanger my health- per my doctors advice. She informed me I could not enter and canceled my order. I even have a doctor's note, I am more than happy to present it, but she made literally no attempt to reasonably accommodate me or even bother to ask if I had a medical condition.For an associate who works at a treatment center, this is frankly scary. She needs immediate re training on how to deal with individuals with disabilities and customer service. I am not sure if she has a personal issue with Latinos or disabled people, but the contempt, rudeness and blatant lack of discrimination laws is appalling.

Still give it 5 Stars! Angela took care of me yesterday and was very informative! She's super sweet and very knowledgeable! Thank you Angela!  Se y'all next time!

Curaleaf is one of my favorite dispensaries and every visit reminds me why. The deals are always amazing, and there is always one available. All the Budtenders are so helpful and kind, but last time I had Amber B. getting me checked out and they are AMAZING. She made sure I got my discounts and the products I wanted. Big thanks to the Curaleaf team for always working hard and being so helpful!!

My first time experience at Curaleaf was very satisfying. The staff made me feel welcomed and gave a thorough introduction for the dispensary. Amber took care of me that day and she was attentive to my needs, friendly, and even gave me personal feedback on products she’s already tried to help give me a better insight on what to purchase. Overall good energy here and happy with my first purchase💕

Amber was such a delight and pleasure. As soon as I walked in her customer service was impeccable making sure I was comfortable and served in a timely manner. Her smile and demeanor lifted my spirits. Great employee! Curaleaf as a whole is a great place with great employees.

Curaleaf Fort Myers is always an incredible, fast, easy experience. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of interacting with Joey Santiago during a particularly busy afternoon. The store was running one of the biggest sales I've seen since I got my card and, as a result, the line was basically out the door. All of the staff were working together in perfect harmony to push through the volume as quickly and efficiently as possible. After a short wait (less than 20 minutes), my order was ready, and I was welcomed back to the counter by Joey Santiago. Joey was extremely helpful in explaining the details of what products I was purchasing and the best ways to utilize the products for my medical needs. He was patient, funny, and careful to ensure all of my questions were answered and all of my needs were met despite how busy the store was at the moment (and had been all day). Joey is an absolute example to follow when it comes to amazing customer service, and I couldn't be happier with him and the rest of the team at this location. I LOVE Curaleaf - THANK YOU so much Joey, and THANK YOU Curealeaf Fort Myers. You guys seriously rock.
