The prices are good for on edibles if you're a member but what a dump and so unprofessional. I'd rather pay a few bucks more and be in a clean store.

Not good, I went in and just wanted to shop, they tried to get me to sign my plants over without saying anything to me until I read the sheet they wanted me to sign, after that I decided to try some Durban poison and 3 pre rolled joints, the Durban was so dry it becomes powder when you break it up, the pre roll joints tasted terrible so I opened one and it was filled with trim!! Not even bud in the joint but trim! I will not be returning and suggest you try pineapple exchange $15 eighths and no shady deals going on

This dispensary has the WORST herb you've ever found, I'm honestly not sure how it's even possible. None of it smells the way good flower should, probably from a poor growing process due to their grower not knowing what hes doing. On top of that this place looks like a dump and their staff is clueless. Buying stuff here is as good as burning your cash.

I was recommend by one of the employees there and when I went in to the dispensary I found that it was over the top over priced and no deals that where reasonable.  The staff was informative friendly and doing there jobs no complaints there.  But 160 to 180 a oz and no specials I can't return.  Don't get me wrong the flower is good but not that good!  Thanks but good luck!

Wow, this place is pure too good to be true.  I come in here one day seeing the window, and you should know all those decent prices are for when u sign your plants over.  Not only that but they offer no other bonus for signing over. If you go in just as medical, prices are average or higher, and the quality of bud is average.  They were out of 25$ eighths, and had very minimum 30$ eighths.  The plants growing in the back looked healthy for the MOST part, but some of them showed signs of sickness. Boo. The concentrates there are nice looking, however I bought three grams of live resin and not one of them looked like how they showed it in the glass case, nowhere near the color or consistency for two of three - bait and switch much? Won't be coming again -

I am what they call marijuana naïve. Finally broke down and got the medical card. The daily pain I have is so wearing.Was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff was at Nature's Kiss. Made a couple purchases and am optimistic about results.

After passing by this place day after day, I decided to stop in and check it out. I received a prompt greeting and friendly customer service. They had multiple strains for my needs and for the price was very pleased! I have been back and will continue, a great neighborhood dispensary.

Solid place... not flashy at all but good products.  Mostly great individuals and fairly solid information.  Decent prices and enough selection to keep you coming back. Only tried their recreational side so no info on the medical side.

Absolutely terrible service I got treated like a common criminal for trying to return some 20 dollar shake. When I brought it back in the door she acted like that scene from pulp fiction when the guy brings the overdose victim to the lawn. I guess you're not supposed to bring their product back inside if you have a complaint and she just lost it on me. I was so blown away I just left, never to return again. Way overpriced and obsolete, and now completely rude! Bye felicia

Don't waste your time ordering online with this company. The last couple of orders I've purchased here have been wrong.  Their website is incorrect and even though they know their website has an error they still won't correct their mistakes! They will tell you to bring the product back in and then tell you they can't take it back. But they can sell you more product at a discount!  Very disappointed in this place.

The guys at Nature's Kiss are hilarious, thanks for the great service and always making me laugh.  Not to mention what really makes this shop stand out is they do their own breeding experiments and have genetics that are so unique and perfected like the Blackberry Kush and Shaman's Revenge.  Great prices too!

I am very disappointed experience I received today by the owner. I searched around for good reviews and I thought this was going to be the store for me. expressed to him that the product was not working. kept telling me that there are signs everywhere you know on the receipt it no returns or exchanges. I can read understand the policy. I understand there are no return or exchange on any marijuana products but a torch is a tool. tools  can be defective. there's no compassion no sympathy no understanding and that's why I am disappointed. thankfully worker there heard me out exchanged it for me but still there are better ways to approach a situation.  I have been in customer service for more than 10 years and I manage a store. at first I felt SCAMMED.  I was sad.  if anyone was in my shoes they would understand buying a product intended it to work but FAILS. A worker there made my day after a long day of work. THANK YOU. everyone goes through things I understand. policies are black and white that I understand but Sometimes you have to take the time to hear someone out when there are issues and show compassion and that's how you get Customers for Life. That's how they spread the word about how amazing a store is. I recommendation using soft skills when issues arise use terms "This is what we can do for you" All I wanted was a working product. that simple.

High priced for medical. Bought some truly terrible weed and where most shops would have compensated in some reasonable way, they DON'T. SHOP IS A HOT MESS. Won't be back and will warn the uninformed. Say, "give me the best you've got" and you will end up with inferior weed. No incentives to become a member, at all. Nothing.

I've shopped here once a year for the last 4 or so years. By now they should have closed their doors or improved beyond significantly. With this place being the only spot within its area limits I guess the competition isn't really an issue for patient trying to stay close to home. Atmosphere in there feels similar to going into an unfinished storage basement. Feels random. Hasn't changed or anything since the beginning.Maybe Englewood zoning or city people what ever have made it difficult for these guys to be able to just focus on product and customer service but goodness I hope they can step it up. I give them two stars for convenience in the area. Price isn't bad either, parking is easy, location is very findable. Just baffles me that herb that bad still here In Colorado. And the shatter, I have never tasted shatter that tasted so bad, just terrible, think burning hair and that can hardly describe the awful taste.

This is by far the worst mmj shop i ever visited, i bought a gram of shatter and a couple prerolls. I accidentally left my bag next to the budtender and left. i came back 5 minutes later after realizing it and it was gone. they did nothing but throw their hands up in the air and say oh well. i left and called back 30 minutes later and asked for manager....was told they are out and somehow my prerolls were on the counter. i seen them placed inside the bag when i was there. This was 3 days ago and heard nothing back. so they got 35 dollars and i got nothing......BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

Been going here since 2011 the guys here are super chill and their prices are killer. I will not buy their marijuana though, the way they present it makes it feel as if you're buying from a dealer, their weed is in all kinds of different plastic cereal containers, and just looks dirty, but the edibles are the best prices in town. They sell 100mg keep colas for only 10 bucks! That's a steal! And a 4 pack costs 43.56 out the door! Can't beat that! Also the 350 mg brownie is delicious, it's cold water hash extracted so it takes a little longer to feel the effect, atleast for me. But at 13$ you can't beat it. If you're ever near by and want some edibles check em out!

I come from out of state and I see the reviews but I really like this place friendly people with pretty good prices maybe I just don't know being from an one legal state but I enjoyed my visits here

We were so excited to try this place as we have driven by it a bunch of times. We were very disapointed!! Not  friendly at all, it was more like we were interrupting them. Flower was seriously full of stems. Wax was gray and powdery. Very overpriced for such poor quality.

Friendly staff, SUPER CHEAP edibles/drinkables. Wide variety of flower, concentrates, glass accessories, and edibles. Always got amazing deals going on even if you are not a member. Convenient location & clean atmosphere. Would highly recommend!!

Worst place ever!!! Stood there waiting for an employee to serve me. All he was doing was fiddling around with whatever. After coming over, I started asking him questions, wasn't interested in any weed that he had nor his attitude. I won't be back.

Horrible place, not very friendly people. they ripped me off $70 for a defective cartridge they recommended me. When I tried to return it the same day they would only give me 15% off. Just kind of shady and not cool. Also the guy I had to deal with at the register was kind of a douche, he acted like he was too cool to be at work or something...

Eighths are pre weighed,I got 3 of them that were 80% dry shake,with some scraggle buds on top. I gave them another chance a week later,seeing they are a block from my house,but nope, stemmy weak buds, not bigger than a pea,at $25 an eighth. Plus the place is just not kept up as most dispensaries are. It is just the regular work of owning a buisness,is not being taken care of.

I've tried ... truly I've tried to like this dispensary but honestly I can say it's shit ... prices are great that's why I always kept going but recently that wasn't the case .. WATCH OUT WHEN ORDERING ONLINE (prices are wrong) .... I ordered online it tells me the price of each item and the total of everything so you have the money In hand ... I go there get my online order and he's saying  this much when it was only suppose to be this much ... I ask why is it more ? He said this cartridge was 60-70 and I said ahhhhh well on your website it says it's 42 ? And he asks me well did you order it on a computer or your phone ? Cause maybe that's why they are telling you different prices ?! WHAT THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE ? SO BEING "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" he didn't price match their own prices so he was trying to make me pay the amount it is ... I was like no take it off and the battery ...100plus sale went down to 60 ...I knew this place was just shit ... but seriously SCREENSHOT YOUR CART AND TOTAL IF YOUR DOING ONLINE ....

First of all I have been going here 4-5 times a month for 3 years now and all of the staff are wonderful! Their knowledgeable friendliness and helpful staff are the reasons I have visited over 250 times. I have tried everything from prerolled house strains, prepackaged eigths, shake eigths, grams of waxes, shatters, live resins, and solventless extracts too many to count. I love Nature's Kiss and their friendly staff! They have med and rec and treat respectful patrons with respect. I have never had a problem with their products and will continue enjoying their professional assistance and products for years to come! I usually shop at this place but today I had to walk out.  I'm asking a couple of question and Asian guy waiting on me asked me if I could read.  Wtf I'm the customer dude I have the right to ask a question

I was in there the other day and was helped pretty quickly. I actually went into it mistakenly and I was a little anxious bcs I only ever shop at one place, but the lady behind the counter was super helpful and not judgy about my lack of knowledge, she answered all my questions and made a ton of suggestions based on what I was looking for. Walked out with a few items that were perfect for my needs. I cannot speak to their flower as I have only and will only purchase patches or edibles, but the edibles I did purchase were amazing and ones I will return to purchase again! Actually, I'm heading back today!

Ranking this place 1 star because I can't rank it zero. I visited this dispo on November 15th with my partner and got edibles, cartridges, and a joint. We also bought cartridge batteries and chargers from NK. Got home and used the Clear cartridge.....completely broken, won't hit at all. Not only is it broken, the battery chargers they gave us were ALSO broken. And to take the cake, the joint I got fell apart on its first puff and spat out half a gram of bud onto my chest. Pretty much the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. I called today to try to get this fixed and it took 10 minutes on the phone with the shop to find my information in their customer database. Even though *I* made all the purchases for my partner and I with MY card (that my name is on), ALL of the purchases were under my partner's name and information, making it so I could not get a replacement cart, my partner would have to go in and get it, I would not be able to because according to the system, I wasn't the one who bought it. This was mad frustrating so I said I had no interest in any more product from NK, I was just asking for my money back at this point, which they REFUSED. They said if I wanted anything to be done, my partner would have to go there to swap out carts, and get another one of their (busted, shitty) cartridges by December 15th. When I said I would not be in their area before then, the person on the phone literally said "that really sucks" and said there was nothing else that could be done. TL;DR: TERRIBLE product, AWFUL customer service. Save your time and your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE. I recommend Native Roots--I'm never defecting from there again!

What a joke of a dispensary. Nature's kiss is the worst. Bad customer service. No reward system for valued customers. Only discounts offered are on items no one wants, this weeks special was BATH SALTS??? Haha. Forget nature's kiss, on to better pot shops.

Was told off by employee while chatting with a gentleman in the waiting room. Not a great experience. I have previously enjoyed their pricing and location is ideal, but after this experience I have been visiting other dispensaries that are slightly further out.

I liked the people here. They can get you to concentrates for Medical use that work. I appreciate the medical discount so much.

I had a really positive custoner experience today. The 2 cartridges I bought the day before, weren't working for different reasons, they replaced at no expense. Very nice, and informative explanations about pens, devices and cartridges. Nice staff. Thanks guys!✌

This is my go to dispensary off of Broadway in Englewood. They are much better than a couple years ago and that’s why I came back. The bud tenders are super friendly, your curbside pickup order is ready in no time even if they’re super busy. I also like the price range and variety of edibles which I tend to buy. But also a great selection for flower, pre- rolled joint specials and more.

This was my go to place for about six years but I won't be going back. They no longer sell bud to medical clients. You have to go to retail side and any offer texted is a lie because the discounts don't apply...but, hey, they got me in there, right? What happened to friendly service? LOL. It's not like there isn't any where else selling - so I'll take my cash, generous tips and loyal patronage further north on Broadway.
