Great selection up in here. You tryna get faded?? This is the place to go for ur needs. Nectarbee edibles and great deals on different strains will surely get you blazed straight up. The pre roll deals are also the best I've seen around Denver.

Just moved back to Colorado after living in California for a long time. Shopped around for a good dispensary and found it!  TGS is a top notch dispensary.  Super friendly and helpful staff. Really appreciate their military discount as part of their business model. Great edibles selection.

Myself and my GF walked in an immediately felt welcome,as opposed to a few other places.  ID check, we wander in. A few moments go by and we are greeted by "Aaron" (Aaron G? I misplaced the receipt with his name on it Grrrr)WoW, I have Never in my Life had Customer Service like that. Myself and my GF, wanted a bit of Info,and we had lots of questions as we are not local, Aaron is Outstanding. He was super patient, expoundley informative, and gave Us the complete breakdown on what is in every glass case, as well as, edibles and , popsicles? I still laugh about that. Aaron is great. Ya know, to simply  take an extra few/several minutes and answer questions, and then, walk a few folks down everything you have and explain it All, in detail, that's different. 10/10 Great Spot. Everyone was nice.Ask for Aaron :)

Really good customer service with a friendly and helpful staff. They did not rush us out at all, and they had good suggestions and ideas. The location is pretty convenient, and it is not too busy of an area. It is easy to access from the metro area or the suburbs alike. There was a bit of a line, but that was probably our fault for showing up close to noon on a Saturday. We didn't wait too long, but it would have been nice had they had one more person working.

One of the best experiences. Dan was amazing, knowledgeable and great with sharing his personal experiences. The store was planned out to be the most user friendly for a person who may have been their multiple times or a first time visitor like myself. Thank you again Dan and the green solution.

Immaculate!! We were here on 7.15.20 and the experience was nice and easy. Cliff Case was our "budtender" and his knowledge and suggestions were beyond informative and appreciated.  It was not crowded so NO lines. They fully followed all precautionary measures for COVID.  The pricing was very good whether you were buying flower or edibles. They have some great deals now on edible bundles. If your looking for a great, informative easy experience, then go to this spot.

1st time customer and received excellent customer service from alyssandra she was great. Went back the next day, and will be a returning customer whenever I visit Colorado again.

They let someone in that was clearly high on meth or worse, even one of the employees said "he was high on something else". The guy was all over the place and was giving me a high fives and really really gave me the worst feeling. I will never go back to this dump, their prices are far inferior and then they let in people who are clearly on drugs. Not a place anyone would feel safe. STAY AWAY

My experience here was awesome! I worked with Jason and he helped me make great decisions to get better quality products that ended up saving me money as opposed to what I came in thinking I wanted. I appreciated the fact that he wanted me to get the best not just the most expensive. I "highly" recommend anyone new or seasoned make this their next dispensary stop!

Unfortunately, a really disappointing experience and product in an unwelcoming environment.I went a week ago with a friend. I needed just the battery for my oil cartridges. When we walked in the woman helping us was instantly confused as to why I came purchase just a battery. Yes, maybe it was weird, but I wanted to go to a place that I trusted. It weirded me out that she kept going on about how if anything is wrong with the pen she can replace it, etc. But kept saying it. Maybe this is her just being adamant with the return policy, but I was a little confused why that was so necessary.Well, now I know. The pen does not turn on, does not charge and does not function. They refused to accept my return as it is 2 days past the 7 day return policy. When I called customer service they said this is a common thing that happens. They said there is nothing that they can do now. Moral of the story is if the associate says its can break, and customer service says its not guaranteed to work, it probably does not work, and probably should not be sold.

Meera will make you feel unwelcome and unwanted. Worst dispensary in the area staff and product wise. Save your money this place sells over priced mids. Also their support team doesn't email back so don't even bother.

I'm relatively new to dispensaries and am anxious about going into them because I feel like I don't know enough about the products or the terminology. I dedicided that I would go to The Green Solution based off of the great reviews and I wasn't disappointed!My server was Christian and he was wonderful to work with! He listened to what I was looking for and gave me great suggestions. It was kind of overwhelming for me but he was really patient and went over the products again with me.This was a wonderful experience and it made me feel better about going to dispensaries. Can't wait to come back :)

It wasn't super nice bud to commercial. It's the wal mart of dispensary's no character. If your just visiting go to another store so you can actually get a good first time experience. Wasn't happy with them compared to other stores that weren't a big chain and I went to at least a dozen shops.

Unreliable consistency when it comes to their "neighborhood" special deal here at this particular location. The manager basically said if you complain about pricing, they'll adjust the price and get it to what the deal is actually Promoting... 1$ hash/trichomes. If you don't bring it to their attention you get ripped off.

Best place in denver for the greatest quality and selection of flower, edibles, ect. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable if the diferent strands. I love the no pressure sales they find you what your looking for. I make the extra drive just to keep my buissness there. Looking forward to my next visit.

Solid dispensary! Immaculately clean with a modern corporate vibe to the shop. Very forthright with pricing and testing, knowledgeable staff are happy to let you see and smell each strain. Fortunately, the rewards program keeps it easy on the wallet. Was helped by a younger kid, Aaron, who really knew his shit - will be returning

I don't use to often, but bought gummies to help me sleep. My daughter has been recommended by her friends to use The Green Solution. It is only my 2nd time there. I don't smoke therefore , I am noT a good reviewer on their pot.

Cool interior and great selections but some of the staff are just ok and are not very smart...

This place sucks on customer service. Had literally 2 people in front of me and we waited in line for 20 minutes. They were not even busy. Manager walked around counting supplies instead of offering help to his employees. Def don't recommend. And overpriced.

I am a big fan of The Green Solution! I found this spot through Yelp last Christmas when I came on vacay, and I was so impressed I wanted to check it out again this year. The staff here is super patient with everyone who walks in and are very down to earth. They make you feel comfortable and give great recommendations if you're a newbie. The edibles are potent and are very cheap! (2 for $4.20..hah) I am not even a big time smoker really, but always I enjoy the strands here when i'm in town to unwind and relax with.

I have no knowledge of weed but I came here with a friend. Compared to a previous dispensary, this place is a different vibe. I don't really know the laws and protocol in regards to selling weed, but I liked that everything was clearly labeled. Plus it's very professional because you are given a personal shopper who is able to answer all of your questions. Although this is great, it was a bit  overwhelming and we didn't feel comfortable walking around and perusing. But if you know what you want, go ahead!

I went there today, and im hoping this Grape Ape X Stardawg is everything the guy told  me it is. My boyfriend will be here tomorrow morning, and he is the real smoker, so im hoping it is very potent  to his liking. I didnt really know what else they had, i think the ones in the jars were the strongest, but only had one type to purchase. On the website, it had headband, and i was hoping they had that, but they didnt. Maybe next time ill have a bigger selection. . Ill change my star selection if this knocks my dude off his feet.

Just got off the plane from Philly and then I walked into the Green Solution. Super awesome. I was greeted immediately by Blake one of the sales reps. And he did a awesome job.The store is so clean there so customer-friendly they know what they're doing. EVERYthing is labeled and they really know their shit. If you're a pothead go to  The Green Solution.

The Green Solution Edgewater dispensary is in a great location for anyone in the Denver Metro area. They stay open until 11:45 pm every night and when I am in need of flower in the morning I can come as early as 8, which is very convenient for me. The staff is awesome, the General Manager Jeremy is always helpful and makes sure customers walk out satisfied. The budtenders have a wealth of knowledge and listen to your needs to find products suited for you. I don't get the great customer service or individualized attention at any other dispensary that I get from The Green Solution. Make sure this is your first stop and you won't need to make another trip.

Liked that they had single serving edibles and the prices here were good. Standard if not cheap.Super friendly staff

Good quality but very high prices compared to other stores. Unreliable, constantly changing stock, so medical users cannot rely upon availability of specific strains. Highly variable competence / training of employees: while most (but not all!) are friendly with good attitudes, their knowledge of the product and even their own employer's processes and policies varies wildly from budtender to budtender. Online / call-ahead ordering SOUNDS GOOD, but in practice cannot be relied upon.  After the third or fourth time of first checking stock using their online inventory system, reserving my purchase, and showing up at the store only to be told that they didn't actually have that strain in stock after all (after driving across town to their store), I gave up on this company permanently. TGS do not respect their customers' time, needs, rights, etc., and they are _maddeningly_ inconsistent in their performance. You can do better at a dozen other companies around town.

A really nice Mary boutique, they are one of the few shops that sell bubble hash, don't worry they have keif, wax, and shatter too. Nice selection, of buds, paraphernalia, edibles, and any other things you would want. This shop is open late too, so if you have company come in later, it is worth the drive to Edgewater.

Shout out to Shelton and the rest of the staff for their friendly, patient, and knowledgeable customer service, not to mention their fantastic prices. Its hands down the best dispensary Ive been to in Colorado. I try to find reasons to explore other dispensaries but they just dont hold a candle to The Green Solution in Edgewater. These reviews are basically fake.  They beg you to write them a good review while you're in the store.  Acting like they get some sort of compensation based on it, is that even legal?  It's overpriced, the lines are long.  When you do get your turn they try to rush you after you waited 30 minutes.  Danielle from customer service practically hangs up on you.  Look for coupons online and you'll find a way better deal than here.  Place is a joke.  And Sheldon begs you to come on yelp.  Hopefully you as a future consumer will read this so you at least know how they are ripping people off and managing to get decent reviews.Their clones do not look healthy whatsoever. Also, I find that their product is weak compared to other shops around.

I rarely give out 5 starts and I'm laughing at myself for it coincidentally being a review for a dispensary. To start: I don't smoke. I've tried. I'm boring. Not really into it. So that was not the reason for my visit. I came because I had been reading online for anxiety and joint pain relief. Everyone was recommending CBD oil and CBD products. No clue what it was. I visited yesterday afternoon and the visit was pleasant. Interior felt comfortable and clean. Nothing what I had expected. Matthew D helped me and he was AWESOME! Listened to me blabber my needs. Then explained everything for me. Details, benefits, ingredients, how to use etc. He even recommend items for me that would benefit my health. I ended up getting everything I needed plus awesome bath and body items. If this does work, I'll be back. Felt totally comfortable and not weird at all.

Guy at front desk was rude, told me ID was not accepted but took friends that was exactly the same as mine. Claimed it was "expired" when it clearly wasn't.

Trust me, you can do much better than here for quality products, unless you like Marijuana that tastes like hay.TGS preys on tourists who do not know any better.  The ultimate polished turd.

First and foremost, Kay was awesome.  Ameliorated all my first-time-Rec-shopping anxieties.Clean, modern shop that feels safe and welcoming.  There's a soothing waterfall along the waiting line, clear branding and packaging, and attentive staff. Definitely returning next time I'm in town.

I'm from out of town.  This place is incredible.  I'm sure that there are other dispensaries that are equally great, if not better, but wow, this place is awesome.  Staff members are informative and very helpful with product selection.  Quality of product was phenomenal.  Why isn't it this way across the country?  It really should be.  Kudos to Colorado.

This is by far the worst dispensary. They are usually out of product and the reservations are pointless. Very rude reservers. Don't believe me give it a try.

Thieves!!! I purchased a half ounce of "Top Shelf" flower bud and exactly half of it was leaf shake when i put it on the scale at home. Because they are the only shop open at 11 PM i was forced to return and the service was downright unacceptable. After looking at buds for 10-15 minutes (knowing what we wanted after 1 minute) i finally asked someone for help and they told me to go back to the front and wait in line. I informed him that we received no instruction to do so and had already been waiting for 15 minutes. But went back to the line. After waiting for another few minutes a budtender approached and walked directly past my girlfriend and i to a woman in line behind us who was literally waving her chest and cash at him. It is a shame because it is a beautiful place with a grand selection of product, it is just too bad there is so much trouble getting access to it.

I normally go to the one in Lakewood, but was with a friend who didn't have a red card.   I really like TGS in Lakewood and this one is no exception.   They treated my non-medical friend with as much respect as me.   My budtender was very knowledgeable and showed me some really nice options for vaping.  Also went over what dabbing was because I had no idea what that was. Purchased some of the Pain Cream and OMG is it amazing.    It works REALLY well.   I honestly think I may just stick to that.  It works super well and fast.  I think I am going to make them my caregiver.   I've been to other dispensaries and the TGS is just hands down the best.Odd though, they stop medical sales at 7pm but rec sales go to 11:45pm....wtf.    I can't get medicine but someone can get jollies.   WTF lawmakers.

They have great hours, so if you're willing to pay a premium and wait in line with the tourists it works out. The hours really are the only reason I go back at all. The quality is usually consistent; but I've been too many places where the quality is the same, the price is half, the service is better, and there's no waiting. They recently remodeled so obviously their expensive prices are paying for that. I'd prefer no fountain and lower prices. And quit charging people for bags!! You guys charge so much y'all can suck it up on the bags, seriously! How many stoners does it take to change a light bulb? Everyone at the same time that works here while leaving a long line! Oh wait that wasn't actually a joke...

The newest Green Solution is open and just minutes from my house! Edgewater just keeps getting cooler and cooler. I've been to a couple of the other TGS locations and they all have a similar setup; this one is no exception. If you're ever bringing an out-of-state friend to a dispensary for the first time, Green Solution is a great one to go to. The place looks like a THC museum. I only really buy from dispensaries when I see that there are good deals on concentrates and edibles. I've never bought flower from TGS so I can't speak to the quality of it, other than to say that the nugs on display look beautiful and crystally. The concentrates they have are usually great but tend to be pricey. However, they have deals in the Westword almost every week so that's worth looking into before you go! The edibles they have here are pretty cheap, only a couple dollars, but be advised that most of the stuff on the rec side is only 10mg. They do have a couple higher dosage ones but not much variety. As far as this specific location is concerned, yesterday was their first day open but everything seemed to be running smoothly. We only had to wait a couple minutes to be served. The only downside of my experience was my specific budtender. The nicest way for me to describe him is awkward and not very knowledgeable. I already knew what I wanted so it wasn't a concern but he wasn't a very good representative of TGS. My friend had a really helpful budtender though so hopefully my experience was a fluke. There was a computer issue with my order at the register, though, and another guy took over who was awesome! He even gave me a discount for having to wait which was unexpected but of course appreciated!  Overall a nice store that I will definitely return to when there are deals going on. It doesn't hurt that they stay open til midnight either!

GREAT place to buy overpriced, under quality products. I used to be a medical member before the owners bought overpriced cars and toys and refused medical assistance for REAL patients who brought their narcissistic, selfish arses to the forefront of legalization. Now they have become so greedy they don't care about anything but money. Their attitude permeates their business. They have very few caring Bud tenders. They are only out for your money. Buy elsewhere, where they sell what that grow. Green Solutions sux.

The service at TGS is unparalleled, and this location in particular has the nicest, most knowledgeable, most awesome budtenders.  I have always gotten the best service here, and that goes a long way with me.  The prices are a little high (heh heh) but the quality is consistent and they usually have a great selection.  And I LOVE the rewards program, I am such a sucker for those and it always makes my day to get my $5 credits.  It feels super corporate, like Starbucks meets Apple Store meets weed...and I don't love that aspect.  But they are very organized and they move people through efficiently.The line is always long no matter when you go, but they do have a large number of people working to help expedite things.  Personally, I would like to see even more budtenders working during peak times (Saturday night, for example.)  My other suggestion is to have one dedicated person at the pickup window for online/phone orders.  I waited a while last time I did an online order and was a bit annoyed.  That's kind of the point of placing an order in advance...Also they seem to run low on pre-rolls which is what we usually want to buy.  I feel like someone should be making more once they run out...and they could stand to have a few more strains available in the pre-rolls.Overall, this is my favorite dispensary and I definitely recommend it.  We still shop here even though we moved across town.  The other dispensaries in town could learn a thing or two from TGS.  When there are a million competing businesses, that extra attention to customer service is what sets them apart and keeps me coming back.

This is the best dispensary that I've found. Great selection and availability and the staff and service are top notch. Especially, Danny. He's the best! I'm fairly new to the canna craze but Danny is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very helpful with my many stupid questions. That being said neither he or any of the other staff make me feel like an idiot. No judgement, just quality service and friendly folks and great prices.

This has been my go-to place, but I can't recommend anymore after a few bad experiences.First, they need to fix the menu. One day you'll go in and buy strain X for price Y, and the next time the exact same strain shoots up in price due to supply/demand. This is bad business in my book and shows their inner greed.Second, you never know what strain is/is not available and what the price is until you meet with a bud tender. This should be black and white and visible on a menu while you're waiting in line so you can make a buying decision. Instead, you meet a bud tender and find what you want is unavailable or jacked up in price and then you have to fumble to figure out what else is available while you've got 10+ customers waiting on you.Last, eff their online ordering. This is the last straw that really got me to write this review. I ordered Durban Poison through their website, which their website said was available in all sizes. I ordered online because of how much they seem to promote this way of ordering, and so I didn't have to wait in line. I received a text saying the order was ready for pickup, drove 20 minutes to their location, then the guy at the desk said they were out of this strain. He said they tried calling (didn't get a call on my end), yet for whatever reason I still got a "pickup ready" text. They offered me another strain and said it was "just as good". I figured they would offer a discount for this kind of bad business, but they expected me to pay full retail for their screwup and for a strain I didn't order.Also, note how no one from management addresses any negative Yelp reviews. This kind of customer service will screw them in the long run...

I love this location! I'm never disappointed with the flower, and the prices are great. I had a wonderful customer service experience with the lady on the online order pickup window, I think her name was Dianne or Diandra something like that, really fun lady wearing cat ears. Had to give her a shout out!

Meera was an awesome help I will come back because of her help. But she needs help there was not very many bud tenders.

Has cozy basement type feel with a long glass waterfall wall in the middle of the space that adds elegance and calm. I loved how well organized the products were. Knowledgeable but not the friendliest service.

This place has really went down hill in the last year. I'm now buying my cartridges and bud elsewhere due to high prices in the cartridges with low quality. The bud is super dry and tasts like ditch weed especially their Cosmo brand which takes place of the value flower which was awesome but now sucks. Even the ever dependable Bubba kush has lost that sweet taste and is dry as year old dead grass. This place was the bomb but now just bombs and we are currently checking out other dispensaries that are everywhere around there. Maybe they forgot about all the other choices we have around them. Even their wax doesn't taste as good as it used too. Also most of the TGS stores have horrible parking!

Stopped in the Green Solution in Edgewater after attempting to stop at the Lakewood store, only to discover they are no longer can do recreational sales; but I'm very happy we ended up where we did. Overall great experience; happy with the service and the selection of products! Shelton our bud-tender was extremely friendly to right to start. We were looking for concentrates and some 'topicals' and Shelton was able to answer all of our questions about both. He also made some great recommendations, that I'm already extremely pleased with. The building itself was very clean and well maintained. We did not feel rushed or crowed at all while we were shopping. Definitely a store I would return too again.

Great experiences 3/4 times I went. I will talk about my bad experience. Got in line it was a busy day saw lots of good bud tenders, unfortunalty I got stuck with this girl who was clearly baked out of her mind, She couldn't explain anything to me had no knowledge of anything what so ever. Asked for live wax she kept showing me bubble hash. I got the manager and asked for some one else. Don't let your employees come in and have no idea what they are doing. I would have done a better job myself. I expect my bud tenders to be knowledgeable and understand what the person is asking. My other experiences here were great but this girl should have been sent home or fired. Prices are also a bit higher but they do offer discounts if you buy four or more extracts.

I've lived in California for the last decade and have been a medical patient. I also just recently returned from a trip to Amsterdam and can honestly say there is nothing like Green Solutions anywhere! They are extremely professional and courteous. The shop is clean, trendy and discreet. They have an incredible selection ranging from a variety of flowers to edibles, concentrates, and accessories all of which are competitively priced. If you're looking for a shop that will blow your mind this place is absolutely it!! Kudos to them for raising the bar!

My wife and I visited The Green Solution when we were visiting CO and let me tell you, we were highly impressed! (no pun intended) They have everything perfectly organized and their staff is willing to help and explain if you have any questions. Their system is also great because you get a mini tour if it's your first time there, from your customer service rep. I can't wait to go back!

TGS is one of the best dispensaries in the Denver metro area. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Great edibles and variety of strains. The key lime truffle is the bomb!

Staff: Luis is great! So friendly, helpful and funny!  I wish I lived here! I would come in just to say what's up!  The entire staff seemed to have great chemistry.  Much better than some of the other dispensaries we visited while in town for the week. Whatever work culture the management has instilled, keep it up!  Display: beautiful! They have nugs on pedestals with tablets next to them displaying their effects.  The cleanest and most beautiful dispensary we've been to. Prices: decent prices per serving in the clearance edibles case. Selection: a very wide array of strains. The retail stuff was a plus! They had books on weed and lots of gift type items. Like a mini weed gift shop before you get in line to see your budtender. Honestly, we've visited at least 15 dispensaries. I thought native roots was cool, but this place takes the cake!  Well done, Green Solution!

Colin at the Edgewater location was super friendly and knowledgeable! Came in with some tooth pain and he was able to suggest multiple different products and explained how each one would help. This location as a whole is comparable to none - the selection, the prices, the staff (I wish I could remember more names)... I'd recommend to anyone!

I come to this location pretty often because I normally work late. Every time I come I'm always taken care of, despite it being 9-10 at night. The greeters are great (there's one gentleman specifically [said he's from Detroit] who is always so kind) and my bud tender tonight, Jeff Rehonic was very helpful and had great recommendations. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't so expensive.  However,  our bud tender Madison was amazing, very knowledgeably and extremely helpful.  The location was very clean, everyone was professional,  fast and friendly service.  Also,  they do allow you to use your credit/debit card for a small fee, similar to an ATM fee.

Love, love, love this place!! Definitely the best dispensary I've ever been to!! They have a great selection, friendly staff and good prices! I have been to several other dispensaries in Denver and just keep coming back!! Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Definitely the most horrible place! No vibes what so ever like they are seriously wearing headphones!!! It's the super center of bud! I couldn't sleep the whole time I had the bud I figure they use way to many chemicals while growing! Don't go there are way more natural places that still care about our health!

I came in knowing what I wanted and it was a quick and easy experience. I had never been in a dispensary before, so I didn't know what to expect but I definitely appreciate the thoughtfulness that has gone into the displays and the various products. Shelton was my budtender and I enjoyed his assistance immensely. He's super knowledgable and friendly and answered everything I had questions about. He was training Brian while helping me but that definitely did not take away from the customer service he provided. I love that you can order online for a pickup and the loyalty program is also perfect! Will be back very soon!

There was no wait and since it was our first time to a dispensary Kirsten gave us a completely thorough tour. Was very pleased with the selection and variety.

Went in yesterday and was impressed with the set up. High tech displays for each strand and a huge selection of concentrates.  I would recommend if in the area.

Not too good, while visiting Colorado I decided to check this place our since it had so many reviews.. One of the worst weeds I've had. I bought caviar which had a strange , harsh chemical burn. Skunk Ape was alright and Obama Kush was mediocre at best.. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality . I could get better weed over here at some ranky club.. Perhaps they save their best for themselves and their "patients" but... I just won't buy from here.

Just like all the other TGS, but w/ the later hours & close to down town. Good prices and selection and quality.   The staff is always nice and helpful. At all locations, as well. I always bring the out of town friends there and theyare always pleased as well. Rewards program is better than other places also.

Fantastic customer service in front of shop and in the actual shop. The variety of stock was awe-inspiring! I highly recommend their own line of sweets (especially the Key Lime truffle and the PB brownie). I would buy those treats even if they didn't have their special ingredient! My budtender was very helpful, informed and had a great sense of humor. I will definitely be back!

I love this place. We drive down to this place every weekend from Broomfield. The staff are always super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always prepared for questions. There are a ton of places now open in Denver. Regardless, this place is awesome. You get your own tender when you arrive! I love this place.

The Green Solution is a great place to stop into, especially if it's later in the evening, because they are open until midnight (almost). There are two main reasons why I go to TGS: the single dose edibles and their rewards program. They have a huge selection of single dose edibles, and for a decent price too. I love the cookies, they have a dash of sea salt on them that makes them incredible! I have yet to be disappointed in their edibles, great taste and great price. The Green Solution has a few novelty pre-rolls, which are awesome. They had a 25% off sale on their specialty prerolls, and I tried the three pronged trifecta, as seen in the movie Pineapple Express. It burned pretty good, I was skeptical about how it would burn, but it turned out alright. They are also on of the few places that I've seen pre-rolled blunts at. TGS also has a bigger merchandise selection, compared to other dispensaries. So if you're looking for a legal gift to bring back to friends in other states, check out some of the cool stuff here. Overall, I gave TGS 4 stars instead of 5 because their prices are a little higher than I would personally like to pay for flower and prerolls. But, the way they display their product is great - so if you don't mind spending the extra cash, they have lots of strains to choose from and good descriptions of each strain. Also, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I have received better service at other dispensaries.

This location is the absolute BEST! All their employees are amazing -- super knowledgeable & friendly -- they usually know what I want before I do! Shoutouts to my favorite of all of their employees: Shelton, Mackenzie, and Starcherie!! Always have the best experience when waited on by them.  The line moves quickly and efficiently and they always have the best flower in stock. I've tried out other dispensaries only to leave disappointed in myself for not just heading over to TGS.  And with their loyalty program where you get $5 for every hundred spent, its silly for me to go anywhere else! Meh.  Not a big fan of prepackaged bud.  Very touristy (and I am a tourist).  Decent selection of flower, prices were in line with most dispensaries.

Been going here for a while. I've gotten probably ten vape pen cartridges, but the quality of such is degrading quickly. I bought one recently that wouldn't work on my pen, the juice inside was simply too viscus. I went back to exchange it and had the worst experience. The associate that helped me to exchange was excellent, but the manager who came over to approve the exchange was completely rude, unprofessional, and the reason I am looking for another go to dispensary. He didn't take my word for it, went to a back room to test it for himself, then came back out to tell me that I was wrong and it did work. He just turned up his vape to make up for the fact that it was a viscus mix inside. Upon letting him know that I just have the simple pen from the same manufacturer of the cartridge (a subsidiary of The Green Solution), he told me that he would make an exception this time, but that wouldn't be the case in the future. He went on to tell me that I should try to heat up the cartridge next time to loosen the fluid (which I tried earlier, although it is the complete opposite of the simple, ease of use associated with the cartridges).My advice to TGS, if you are going to sell the cartridges, make sure they work with the vape pen you also sell. If this isn't the case, warn me in advance so you don't have to "make an exception" so I can use the product I bought.The new cartridge works great, but taste like chemicals. I'm hoping they used Chem Dawg to make it and I'm not inhaling the chemicals used to make the concentrate. I will not be returning to see if they have fixed the cartridges, because if they haven't and what I spend $40 on doesn't work again then I will bee out of luck

I found the prices high, the selection thin, but the service super friendly.  I don't know, I might have just had an off night, but they didn't have much of a selection and while I made a purchase (I think a medical 5/16th or a 1/4 and an 1/8th) shouldn't cost $100.  I ended up going down the street to Native Roots for edibles (and they had the same flower as this place at a MUCH cheaper price)....  The only real "misinformation" I received was notice that their prices were the best after 7pm because I couldn't do medical sales that late --- only to drop into Native Roots where I could get medical pricing until closing (11:45pm)...  If the prices were more inline with other establishments, I'd give it 3 stars...  I really do want to like this place.

good strand. Bruce banner  which was one of there top strand was AA++. i cant say the same for glass slipper strand, but whatever you win some you lose some.luck of the draw till you try it. good price on edibiles and concentrate. 10 dollars for gram of hash or tricomes!!!! unreal!

I visited both Denver locations and was impressed with both. Plenty of quality flower available for Rec buyers, tons of edibles, and everything is displayed and organized in a very professional manner. Make sure to try the headband and pres kush. Out of the dispensaries I visited this was by far my favorite place.

This place is always a let down. If iam looking at flowers, they are always out if it or not the amount i am looking for. They are always out of pre rolls whick blows my mind. If they can accommodate to the customer why are they open? Piss poor

Exactly what we were looking for recreational smoke and candy as we visited from Iowa. The place was clean, had a friendly staff, and wasn't at all "shady".

Always friendly and the late hours are my favorite! Prices are a little more but the fact that you can purchase after most other businesses are closed gives them the edge.

I recently moved to Colorado from Texas and had never been to a dispensary. Shelton at the Edgewater location took the time to walk me through the entire process and helped me pick out the best buds for the experience. I've found my store, and would recommend you start and end your search for a dispensary at TGS!

Always a good experience. Lines don't normally take that long. All employees are very nice and helpful. The main thing I would recommend to all Green Solution stores it to put out a tip jar for your employees that is not identical to the donate to jonah jar. So many more people would tip if you made it slightly more obvious that it was an option. No offense to jonah.

My first time going to Green Solution and it was awesome! The customer service I received from Eatholar was amazing. She explained everything in great detail and didn't mind all the questions we asked. We bought alot of new items from this location because of her outstanding customer service.

Finally got a chance to experience The Solution & it was definitely quite enlightening. Big Business in training, but consistent to their agenda nonetheless. All in a positive light of course. Great customer service from Jon. Picked up some edibles, Golden Goat, pain salve w/CBD, and some 10mg sodas. Their diverse selection is extravagant. Jon helped answer all of the questions we had and we certainly had a number of questions. I've got a lot of pain in my neck and my back and I now know these products were exactly what Jon told us they were. Thanks Green Solution, thank you and give Jon a promotion b/c he surely assisted us a great deal. Very impressive for such a young guy. I've never met this guy until tonight yet he went above & beyond his duties. I'll definitely be back!

Outstanding customer service! Just quite disappointed with theirs products not on the ball park (their MJ is not as potent), TGS targets tourist & not so much for CO residents. Overall, it was okay not great

iv done a lot of business with this place and had i repeat had a loyalty account and all of a sudden my account is no longer there they cant find my account i called their corporate number just to be told there's nothing they can do to help.so what happend to all my points what a rip off i saved my points just to lose them all thanks so much for all your help.........

Normally I always have a good experience with TGS but this time was different. The credit card machine timed out or disconnected during my transaction and when I tried my card again it would not go through. The girl helping me grabbed a manager and he double checked that it hadn't run my card, however he (Jason) said if it had they would certainly try to do something for me/the inconvenience. At that point  I stepped out and called my bank. The charge showed as "pending" and so it would not allow another charge. I basically was told I had to wait for it to drop off by the bank. I went back in and expressed this to Jason and the other woman helping me. I then offered to split payment just go a different route (after already spending $120). At that point he tried the card and it didnt go through again-- it should have, I had called and checked. Jason didnt even say another word while walking off. The girl apologized as I said I would come back the following day but Jason didnt even offer and apology or any other solution. Just seemed like really shitty service for how much I frequent the store. I had almost 1000 points before tonight and had already spent $120, I just figured I would at least get an apology or the idea of holding it for me until the next day-- SOMETHING since the machine timing out was not my fault. Its rude to walk away from guests when they are unhappy and something out of their control occurs. I think I will be heading to other locations when I can if this is how the service continues here.

I have above and beyond service everytime I com here. I pretty much come here daily and one main reason is because this awesome staff!! super friendly and outgoing and very personable. I know I've had Anthony as a Budtender multiple times and he is always very well educated on the updated products and always in a great mood. Tim is also another one I have seen there since day 1 since about a year ago. he is incredibly friendly and very well educated on all the products and effects as well. I have been coming to this location for only two months now having just moved back from Cali. It has been a great experience each time coming in. The flower is on par with some of the best stuff I had from Cali medical and here it's recreational!!! Sometimes the line is a little long but that's why you can order online!!! Although, sometimes the website isn't as updated as fast with what they actually have in store compared to what the website says. It's only happened twice so far but they are quick about emailing and letting you know that they don't have what you ordered. Tonight, I had some excellent service provided by Shelton. He provided me with some insight into another strain (blueberry) I hadn't considered based on what I had asked to smell (jilly bean and sensi star) it was equal if not better!! That's the kind of service I have come to expect coming from Cali and it's great to see that it here. I will be back for some blueberry!!! Also, he informed me about the special buy one get one joint for your birthday month and since I had some rewards points I got them both for the extra dollar in tax or whatever it was. Awesome!!!!! I'll be back and thanks again for the great service keep it up!!!

This company used to be my go-to for years. As they grew, the quality went down as well. Now you find super low quality bud here most of the time. Half the time the ATM machines are down. Just save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

A couple weeks ago I called the store with a lot of questions. Anthony helped me out by taking the time to answer all my questions. I never felt like I was being rushed or not welcomed. Of all the stores I spoke to, this store had me sold. Anthony had kickass customer service. As a business owner myself, I hope his boss can see this and give that man a raise. You have a life customer solely because of his customer service and charismatic attitude towards his job and the industry! A+++

First time ever purchasing Cannabis so I was a little nervous. However, I dealt with Shelton who was amazing. Took the time to explain differences between products, effects, etc. I will definitely return. Very nice facility.

Very bad customer service Dan D the manager did not  want to honor the price matching coupons I had on my phone for concentrates. I've never had an issue before until today, literally took me 30 minutes to have to look up these prices individually just to show them that it was a legit coupon. So after arguing with the guys that it's a legit coupon they finally had no choice but to give me half off like their company always has honored. Dan has very bad customer service, after this  experience I will never attend this green solutions ever and lost a customer for life.

My husband and I travel for a living so we've been to dispensaries all over the country. The green solution is one of the best I've been too, selection is fantastic, staff are helpful, and the selection is amazing. The product is great, and I was impressed by the bud tenders knowledge on his products! Kudos!

It's possible that my experience at Green Solution was adversely affected by the social distancing rules of COVID-19. The guy at the check-in desk was friendly but didn't take to my joke about how many more signs were posted around for reading because of COVID. I mean, they were probably just concerned about minimizing close human contact and general interaction.Once I entered the shop, I felt pressured to know what I wanted right away. I'm still quite inexperienced and a little embarrassed at that. Usually I like to wander around, but a queue was set up to make sure no one got within 6 ft of each other. I told the budtender I was looking to restock my gummies, and he pointed to a small section of them. He was friendly, but the set up wasn't very inviting.There wasn't much choice (they didn't have my favorite brand) so I took whatever 1:1 option they had and walked to the checkout counter. Again, effective process in place for social distancing. They put my gummies in a cute branded bag, and I was on my way. There are other dispensaries I prefer around Denver with more variety, but I'm glad this one is open so early in the morning.

I'm preaching to the choir here because everyone's already mentioning Allysandra in these reviews... but what fantastic customer service! Woah -- this is like a cannabis MALL. They have like, everything. I mean EVERYTHING --tinctures, gummies, candy, drinks, suppositories, skin care, actual weed, the whole thing. It's also very very clean and a very serious operation with people in gloves and headsets and the whole deal. I worked with Crow, who was seriously a delight. His lil Alabama accent is adorable and as the manager, he knows his stuff. I am sad they didnt have the specific Wana CBD gummies I had hoped for but did leave with some CBD toffees. The wait was hella long, though, like over 30 minutes, which is why this review is a four.
