This is a wonderful dispensary that has a good selection and a great staff. My first experience at a dispensary was not the greatest and I was worried to give another place a try-I am so glad that was Mana. The staff is welcoming and will do everything in their power to make you comfortable and give great service. I know when I go to Mana it is about the patient and not profits (unlike some other dispensaries unfortunately).

I never had a problem with this dispensary until today, but I was sitting in my car for two minutes looking at the menu to decide what I wanted to get. The officer or if he was security was knocking on my window and ask what I was doing there , I explained I was looking at the menu too see what I was going to purchase. I felt like I was being harassed like im a criminal and said my Id wasn't good enough to prove I was a patient and then I went outside and the employee saw me and he realized I am one of there regulars .  I felt like I was being discriminated against ! If I could rate zero stars I would . I've spent so much money over there and I will never be going back ! Gold leaf and harvest are the place to go at least there not stalking my vehicle

You know what Top Shelf is?This is a Top Shelf Dispensary.  Willing to educate and inform the patient to be able to make the best choices for meds is so vital.  Also carries unique brands on the market, refreshing.  Dispensaries have been open for several months now and as I've been learning more I notice the quality of the flower varies.  I've set my standard.  This is Home for me. Worth the wait.

Staff is great.  I have had a few incidents with the website.  In the future I'll order via Leafly.

Been here a few times, Nothing special but it is local. first couple times I was a little out of sorts with the cavalier unprofessional culture. But today I came in for a simple pick up. Only 1 car infront of me but that took 15 minutes, then when it was my turn I find out that their ATM doesn't work in the window so I had to come in and stand in line behind 4 people. By the time I got to the back I was fairly irate. They couldn't find my order, and  having to wait another 15minutes in the back for them to ask me "debit or cash" .....are you Fricken Kidding Me! Unbelievable. Never ever again will I go through that much stress due to these unprofessional children. Back to Gold Leaf.

First medical cannabis dispensary in the greater Annapolis area. Opened quickly in an old bank. Good use of space! Very friendly and easy to get in and out of by car only. Near Lee Airport and the bridge. Don't be concerned if you see a lot of people in the small waiting room, it is tiny but they move quickly.LOTS of inventory. Products for people with chronic pain or other issues. Yes, they do have products that only help the pain and don't get you high. Prices are great compared to other dispensaries near DC.

They sold shake /trim in place of a bag of small buds and tried to tell me that you can use the shake /trim for smoking. You absolutely cannot use the stems and leaves in those bags for smoking, they're for DIY edibles, tropicals, and tinctures. These folks are not well versed in their product or product replacement. They came up to the car and took my order so I never got to see the replacement bag. When I called they fed me a bunch of nonsense and said they'd give me five dollars toward my next purchase. I spent 40 on bag of shake and trim I don't need, $5 isn't quite cutting it. Go elsewhere, there are other places with more knowledgeable staff and more honest employees. The employee told me that he uses the shake and trim to stretch his flower, absolutely not. They are lost here, take your money elsewhere. Very disappointed in this experience.Oh and my name was in the system WRONG, they didn't accurately check my ID and when I called to ask why they replaced small buds with shake and trim they couldn't initially find me because they had my last name in the system as medmark. The employee actually asked if that was once my last name. This place is a hot mess.

The front receptionist was nice and welcoming. There were a few people in the waiting room and she kept us all laughing as we filled out paperwork. Brittany helped me in the back and she made enough of an impression that I'll probably ask for her in the future. Big bonus for this millennial- their menu is online! I already knew what I wanted before I went in, so I was pretty in and out. I heard some other people talking to staff more in-depth about their offerings and I'm glad to hear them taking the time to do that.Docking one star because when I visited they hadn't started a rewards program yet like most dispensaries in the area. Our medicine is already an investment, help us out, lol. I'm also not much of a fan of the sheriff car out front. Every single dispensary I've been to had security, but I drove past this one on numerous occasions because of intimidation alone. Once I went in, of course I had a wonderful experience- but this is for my people.

Honestly one of my favorite dispensary’s. The people are great, the deals are amazing all through the week, what more could you ask for! Shoutout to mana!

This place is great! The staff is super awesome and they have a great selection of products. I’m a flower girl and they have the best buds!

These guys are great! The woman that checked me in was super nice and excited. I felt bad for having the bud tender run all over the building because im picky. But she and the other tender were extremely patient, knowledgeable of the product on hand, and really helped me get the best deal i could. Plus. Loyalty points. Gold leaf doesn't have Loyalty points. Edit: So i made a purchase last week, and unfortunately i got the lucky draw and the product i bought was defective. However, i called to explained my situation and see if there was anything to be done. And Mana came through in the best way! They not only have a replacement coming to their store today, but they're also compensating me for the trouble. I had my doubts because of the very common no refund policy. But you guys really did something i didn't expect and i couldn't be more pleased. I can see myself coming here for a long time.

This place is awesome! Joe is an amazing employee, always offering the best knowledge and customer service. He is definitely a great asset to the team!

I was lucky enough to have the good fortune to meet with Tiffany. She was AMAZING!! So incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of medicinal use.
