A step above the rest, Chalice Farms is incredibly inviting like a rustic log cabin suitable for the Oregon NW. The interior smells incredibly fresh and fells very homely. Top notch service with a budtender to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Nice place fast service and decent prices. I like going to this one more than the one in Tigard because it's close to my house but the one in Tigard doesn't have a ten percent city tax like Dundee so Dundee is a little more expensive.

I've been to both locations several times, dundee and powell, and my experience has always been nothing short of stellar! The vibe at both locations is comfortable and the product is always top notch, as well as the service provided by the bud tenders and management. Personally, I'm a bit critical of customer service as every job that I've had has entailed customer service to some degree. Chalice employees certainly know how to exceed expectations. More importantly, their staff appears to have good rapport with one another and display a sincere love for their job which I consider vital in order for a small business to thrive. There's nothing more uncomfortable than to deal with unhappy employees as a consumer. Highly recommend Chalice!!!

From walking in the door to checking out everyone was friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. Great products and always a wonderful experience!

This place is HORRIBLE! The customer service is he worse I have ever experienced. We waited 10min to just get checked in and no one would help us. We ended up leaving because it was that bad. DO NOT ever go here!

Joe and Lisa made our experience in Oregon pleasant.  She told us to take our time, no rush.  The prices are great compared to San Diego.  Definitely a good spot to come

Visited on 11/26/15 near 8pm. Hours posted daily 9am to 8pm. Cash accepted only, ATM available for a fee.  Minimum purchase of 2 grams required. Plus 10% "City of Dundee tax" additional! Sounds illegal- lame and fishy at best! Purchased 2 grams of White Widow. Later weighed at 2.1 grams. Flower rating 4 stars. Attitude of staff: 1 star, bonus points for ambiance. Overall, don't go out of your way to come here. They will not go out of their way for you.

Chalice farms has proven to be THE place for medical or recreational marijuana.  The facilities alone are enough to put other dispensaries to shame. The staff is fully knowledgeable on everything you need and some of the friendliest people in Oregon!  Chalice Farms puts out amazing product to keep you coming back.

It's BEAUTIFUL inside. If you didn't know better you would think you were in a high end jewelry store. Good quality product and large assortment of edibles. They have a display full of "Mary Jane" glass that our sales associate was not very familiar with (they have some of their own stuff too) but we were not there to buy glass so it didn't matter to us. They take debit cards and they have an ATM machines on site (both cost $2). Overall very nice store situated well for the coming recreational product about to hit the market.

I've been here many times since they opened around Christmas; I've always been impressed with the quality of strains. They have a good mix of sativas, hybrids and indica, as well as prerolls on deck most the time. I also got a nice looking glass Sherlock from them that's my new favorite pipe. ;)

Had a great experience at this location. Quality flower, easy staff and plenty of parking. Would return again!

Although I agree with all the kind Yelp Reviews about Chalice and their outstanding Dispensaries. I want to take a moment to highlight the people that CREATE Chalice Farms. I am fortunate enough to say that I have worked with 100% of dispensaries in this cannabissly-enthusiastic state. There is little exaggeration when I state that the people at Chalice Farms have been some of the most honest, passionate, AND professional people I have had the honor to work with.

Great customer service, nice selection, but prices are entirely too high. $32 dollars for 2 grams is a rip off in my book. Most quality places I go to charge $12 a gram. Also, the $10 pre-roll actually made me laugh at how small it was.

The employee we dealt with wouldn't listen to what we wanted. He kept trying to upsell us and was pushing other products like crazy. I told him no repeatedly, but he wouldn't listen to me at all. Definitely not a good place for first timers.

Overpriced. Unfriendly. Poor technology. Slow. Very overpriced. Almost triple the cost compared to anyone else in the area, mac or newberg. Not really that friendly staff. Ive met one or two nice people but overall the attitude here is snooty and entitled. Their computer systems suck. They put me in their computer every time I come and although they "accept credit cards", about half the time they are unable due to errors. They have to scan in my id and med card every time I come in. Very slow. Expect to wait forever if just one person is in front of you.

Too expensive and definitely low in the quality of customer service. It's laughable. Back in the day, they'd be out of a job. For the high price, it should be a complete experience. Not an instant regret. Some of the responses from Chalice towards the negative reviews, are downright unprofessional. You don't get to decide that you haven't upset someone. Apologize and make it right. That's it. That's business.

Had a nice experience in the shop. My husband bought a hat he loved. Fast forward we're back in Chicago and our dog eats said hat. I ordered another hat to ship to us on 12/11/18 and have an email receipt. I never received the hat and they have not responded to numerous emails and never pick up their phones. No voicemail. Disappointed.

Very informative staff and good product. The shop is right on Hwy 99, a great go to when driving to the coast or on the way into town.

Close at EIGHTpm???!!! On a Saturday no less.... you DO still sell weed right? You didn't start filling high blood pressure medicine or some other thing specific to old people???lame And you're 'pre-weighed flower' strategy sucks and regularly keeps me from spending more. Change

Once you walk in, as someone new to an amazing number of options, you could be overwhelmed. But the associates are very patient in walking you through them all and making sure that you are walking out the door either eager to know what you got or happy. It's like they love what they do.

After years of searching I have found my strain and it resides with the fine folks at Chalice. Ladies and Gentleman if you are going to spend your money on anything spend it on Mango Kush.So happy they have a location open in Tigard now!!!

My husband and I have gone there several times and have never had a bad experience, we are constantly greeted by smiles and extensive knowledge on the many products they offer. We will definitely bring going back. They also offer great discounts!!

Mark is SO fun and personable. I had a great time picking it my items, and he even sold me on some items I didn't go in for but I couldn't pass it up. If you're in the neighborhood stop in and see them, great crew!

The guy who helped me today in customer service was just fantastic! It was the first time I have been in the store, and I wanted to check everything out and she patiently followed me around and waited until I had any questions or concerns. She was like my personal assistant answering anything I asked, without being impatient. She guided me, and toured me through everything that I asked about and answered all my questions serving me fantastically! It's my new favorite store!

This place really does care about the customer! They are always nice and friendly and know how to make you feel comfortable. They are always friendly and happy! And on top of the amazing customer service they always have amazing deals too! If you haven’t been here go check them out !
