DON'T GO TO MONROE. This place is a joke!! Been there two times and will never go back. 1st time waited for an hour and half  but didn't place an order online. This was my first time at a dispensary, so I got to watch the people that placed orders online go first. Ok, that's understandable. Second time, ordered online, waited for confirmation of order being ready for pick up. I drive there and WAIT FOR OVER 2 HOURS!!!! The people that didn't have orders in are going in this time?!! WTF, the staff is cold and completely unhelpful. Prices are no bueno either! Piece of advice and hopefully you'll take it if you're reading this, GO TO BLOOM or Lebanon if you're in the Monroe area. Went to Bloom twice waited maybe 45 minutes first time because I didn't know you could order online. Second time ordered online BLOOM had me in and out in under 15 minutes and the staff is super helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND STRAWBERRY FIELD MONROE!! RECOMMEND BLOOM SEVEN MILE!!!

Wow! what a terrible experience! The lack of clarity on the website confused me, so instead of pre-ordering product I was made to wait in the 32 degree weather and scroll their menu on my phone. When asked if there was an alternative, the security guard condescendingly reminded me of the policy listed on the website. Moments later a young lady came out to verify my ID needing my drivers license because my passport was not sufficient (not her doing based on Ohio protocol, but still quite silly) and lastly when addressing the staff explaining that i had questions about the product.. i was ignored entirely. Maybe it's because it's 15 mins till they close, maybe they're apathetic about the program or it's patients. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but i definitely won't be returning. I've also noticed that the website price IS NOT WHAT I WAS CHARGED, the store price is much more expensive. 1/5 do not recommend this dispensary.

I'm making note that this review was written in the middle, or hopefully tail end of the 2020 Covid 19 Pandemic.  I hope people will read this and think, I'm glad that is over!   I had visited 6 different Ohio Medical Marijuana dispensaries in Ohio in the first 18 months of the program and the current pandemic has affected all of them and their ability to do business with the public. During this time, as I did in the first year of the program, I am cutting them some slack for many things outside their control.That aside, this place seems well run and has nice people. I was impressed with the prices and selection. I will definitely stop here when I pass through Dayton for things I can't find in Columbus.

This place is a joke can't walk in and place and order can't see a damn thing you buy before you buy it and if you want to pick up the same day you better place your order at midnight or when you wake up they will be out of time slots there is no reason you should not be able to get your medicine that day I understand if it was close to closing time but here it is not even 1pm and you have no time slots for the rest of the day and you don't close till 7 Ohio's medical marijuana program is a joke and there flower is a joke too 80$ for a 5.66 jar and half the time it isn't even worth the money I need to move to California or Michigan because this is a joke

Every time I come here I am well taken care of. The employees are generally very polite and in upbeat moods! They have a wide variety of products- I always make my order online and it's ready at the time of pick up but usually I can pick it up before. They send you texts to keep you updated on the process of creating your order!

It seems like they have gotten more organized with on-line ordering. The menu has many more selections than it used to have and they usually always have a great special. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Far faster and more affordable. Staff is all fast and friendly except for the one Latina chick with dark hair. She is rude and entitled and doesn't fit with other staff. Like the broken piece that stands out like a sore thumb. I visit the store multiple times a week so I know

I am blessed to have found this place. I am indigent and they do give indigent discounts! They also stack discounts on top of other discounts, generally for the disabled and veterans. These people are the true healers for those with little to nothing. I couldnt afford my medication without this place. I will be traveling across state every single time to see you for my medicine.

I want to love this place but every part of the experience is average at best. No room indoors, forced to wait outside, buggy order webpage, disorganized vibe indoors… and the prices are twice what you’d expect to pay (that’s everywhere but for somewhere you really feel it here)

The variety and the deals are always great. But this location really sucks for convenience. You can only order online and the time slots get full damn near immediately. I once tried to place an order at exactly when they opened and it wouldn’t let me place it saying the slots were already full that day. They will NOT answer their phones or email you back so communication is the worst of anywhere I’ve ever been. If someone closer to me sold certified products still I’d go there or anywhere else. But because of the products they carry I still frequent the place often.
