Cool, clean, convenient, kind, pretty, crisp, bright, friendly, fresh, safe, competitive.  Those are the words that come to mind and plenty of parking in back.  I already love this place.  Very excited to have them in Davis!Excellent customer service, free parking, express lane, on-line ordering and super friendly staff.  These folks did a GREAT job.

Staff was very friendly knowledgeable. This place will definitely be my go to, Wish i had gotten the female staff members name because she was amazing.

The coronavirus pandemic has made it blatantly clear which business owners are willing to take steps to protect their employees and which are not. Unfortunately, Mr. Read is the latter.I visited 420 a week ago and it was honestly the most unsafe I have felt since the pandemic began.  There were WAY too many people inside the tiny shop- while the customers were spread out on floor markers, it was impossible to keep 6 ft from the workers. Between the noise of all the people and the music playing, it was nearly impossible to hear the workers through their masks and, understandably, many were pulling their masks down below their chins to communicate with customers. While I was only in the shop for about 15 minutes, the workers are there all day without the necessary mechanisms to do their job well without risking infection. I am not worried about me, I am worried about the workers and their families. I emailed owner Rob Read expressing my concerns before going to yelp. He called me to talk about it, but instead of taking measures to rectify the situation himself, he only wanted to know about the workers with their masks down. First he tried to get me to describe how many workers (gearing up for a physical description of each, I'm sure). When I refused, he pivoted to placing the blame entirely on them. I told him it was management's responsibility to put mechanisms into place so that workers didn't feel pressured into pulling their masks down to be heard. He did not apologize. He said they were doing their best and hung up. I will not be going back to 420, pandemic or not. The Read brothers have made it clear their bottom line is more important than the health and wellbeing of workers, customers, and their families. Kana is MUCH better! Check it out!

They can't even tell a real license from a fake one. The completely RUDE security guard said my ID from Texas was fake when it is completely real (literally just got off the plane) and refused me service.  Drove 20 miles to come to F Street and denied for no valid reason. Went to Kind Farma (they were so sweet and helpful) instead and saved $15 when ordering the same products. Would give no stars if possible.

The one star is for the rude ass security guard Who gives out your order after you pay at the pick up window fix your attitude dude or find a different fucking job. Also stop hugging the customers we are living in a global pandemic right now be fucking considerate

Very interesting experience. Watched as the staff dealt with a near-hour-long internet loss. The young man managing the team had impressive poise and a strong presence. The rest of the team kept customers informed and found other work to do. Strain reveals character, and this place has a lot. They took care of everyone and got me out as smoothly as was possible. I'll be back for sure.

Super crowded right before closing!! First timers will need to have their ID scanned for documentation. Cash only but they have an ATM on site with $2 transaction fee. There's also a Wells Fargo, Chase and BoA a few blocks away.Expect everything to be on the pricy side. Many differrnt options from bud, edibles, pens, tinctures, pre rolled and so many different blends and ratios. If you don't know exactly what you want, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely very informative and will help pick out what suits you best.2 security guards on the premises but they're super chill, friendly and welcoming, opening the door for you and saying hi and what not. Customer service exceeds expectations. You get a 10% off coupon with every purchase, that can be used towards your next visit. Sign up for text updates for weekly sales and specials. Hands down best spot in Davis.

Every one here is friendly and they always have deals and good prices. Their online shopping is a must to get the best deals and they have the quick pick up window making this whole covid time a lot easier to navigate.

Just moved to Davis & needed to stock up. Was treated with wonderful respect and courtesy by the entire staff. Cesar, who is extremely patient and knowledgeable, spent a long time explaining & helping me choose edibles that are right for me. Also, there is a good variety, the place is pristine, well-organized, and smells divine. Highly recommend!!

Good variety of products. They have discounts very often. I would recommend signing up for their emails. Every time you come they give you a discount card to use on your next purchase. You can order online, upload your ID, and come pick up your goodies later. All the employees I've encountered are very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

A lot of great things to say about this place. They have become my #1 spot to go to.First off, I personally can't think of/haven't experienced any cons.So, onto the pros:- Great location! Right next to downtown and close to Wells Fargo. I can swing by the ATM and then walk over here, which is really convenient.- Good parking. The actual location doesn't have much parking, but there is street parking and abundant street parking in the surrounding area. A block away is a major parking lot.- Great prices! Very reasonable prices. If you want something less expensive they have multiple options, as well as more expensive strains.- Absolutely wonderful customer service! Seriously, these people are always so friendly. I went here the first week they were open and ordered online. When you order online you get to skip the line and get an additional 15% off your order (so do this next time you purchase!). The employees were new and I guess I was one of the first to actually order online. Apparently he forgot to give me my 15% off, but the owner was watching carefully and made sure he added it. They could've just let me pay and I likely wouldn't have known the difference. Real integrity move. This experience made me a return customer.- The inside of the store is super nice. Nicest dispensary I've ever been in. It's not sketch at all, which is nice for a change.

This place was awesome! I got there right before they closed and everyone there was so warm and welcoming. I was one of two people left, and I was not sure what I wanted, so the gentleman helping me took his time walking me through all their products and recommending certain things. The suggestions he made were great.. loved what they offered, work well and taste great! The prices are awesome too. They have a wide range of products, priced from high to low, so everyone/every budget can find something they like. Everyone that worked there is super nice and it's very clean and professional on the inside. I would recommend this to anyone!

These guys are scam artists they have great pictures online then you buy it and it looks like it was grown in some dog shit  in the backyard  I did not open the container and they would not let me exchange it  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

First off - Great hours! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I love the promotions and the people they have promoting items. I like trying different things and this gives me options and information.  The discount texts are appreciated. I like knowing when they have sales or promotional days. Overall, this is hands down my favorite dispensary.

Their level of honesty: 0What I figured out today about this place is they have employed a bunch of stoners and turned them into cheesy salesman. This is the second time I've called asking for a particular tincture, and was told (lied to) without hesitation that they have it in stock and to come on down. Once my husband arrived (20 minutes later!), they in fact did not have it, and it was clear that nobody there even mistakenly thought it was in stock, and no one would fess up to being the one who gave the false info over the phone (my husband even checked his phone to make sure he didn't in fact call a different dispensary in town, which he did not). They then tried their hardest to sell him on gummies (I'm vegan... so, no! I also have to note that they tried to convince my husband that they were in fact vegan, even tho the box didn't say they were. One honest employee finally spoke up and told my husband they are not vegan). After that failed attempt at a sale they recommend rather than the tincture we are asking for 1:4 (but we were going to settle for what they sometimes carry, which is 1:3), that we get 1:1. Why? I'm not sure. We know what we want and we're not asking for a recommendation.... the only reason they are recommending something different is because that's literally the only tincture they happen to have on hand right now. They also tried to tell my husband that 1:4 (CBD:THC) doesn't exist in the world, until my husband showed them the product label, proving them wrong. They are a bunch of scammers. I do not trust that they know anything about their product, beside the fact that they want to sell them. I no longer trust or have any respect for this dispensary and will not be returning

This has always been my go to place. They have great deals and awesome service. Before today I would have given them 5 stars. I'm on their email list and saw a promo for one of my favorite products was coming up in a few days. The offer was only from3-6 on a certain day. So I waited for the day and time, went in at 4 and they were "out" of the promo items. I'm sorry, but if you are having a promo for only 3 hours, you can't "run out" in an hour. This felt fishy to me. I'm not going to give up on them just yet, but if I have another similar experience I'll be happy to bring my business and recommendations to one of the other places in town.

First time here. Staff were friendly and very informative. Are there any edibles suggestions that don't have a taste? I used to bake brownies, but there was always a taste of greenbrier. I also picked up some  Gizmo which knocked me off my a*$.

LOVE this place. I come from Vacaville and it's worth the drive. They offer great deals, discounts, coupons, and have a huge variety of product. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, will be coming again!

Best dispensary in town of Davis!!  The gentleman who helped me was extremely professional with answering my med questions!!

I just recently have started coming to this dispensary and the attitude from every associate is very positive and refreshing every time. However some of them lack extreeme product knowledge, the associate who bud-tended for me most recently was super nice and genuine, but when I requested thc capsules she said their dispensary doesn't dispense more than 100 mg at a time( basically I can buy a pack of gummies that have 10 gummies at 10 mg a piece, or one thc capsule at 100 mg) so I was understanding of that, then she proceeded to show me these "tabs" that were in a pack of 10 at 25 mg's a tab, also described to me as "LSD like" meaning it would dissolve on my tongue, little to no taste and boom it's in my system, so I'm like "definitely let me get those" and then I bought flower and cartridges. So I get back home and not only are these not "tabs" at all there extremely chalky pills that are directed to be ingested with water... so I'm like ok maybe her method is taking them sublingually but it just stayed in a clump under my tongue‍ so I was kind of upset that she had not only never even tried the product but then was dishonest and lied to me about it. I also don't understand why I was able to buy 250 mgs worth of tablets, but notthing else I could buy was over 100 mg?I could be wrong on how much you can buy/or not buy, but since it became recreational I've seen ALOT of other dispensary's carrying thc capsules that come in 25, 50, 75, are nd 100 mg but also come in 10, 20, 50 , and 100 packs? So maybe I'm confused on that but i just wanted to put this review here so it can be seen and hopefully help others.

A new regular client here- staff are very friendly and is able to work with me about my needs. Back pain and insomnia; CBD is essential to me and they managed to help me with it! Atmosphere is very nice too.

The security guards are extremely rude here. I arrived at 8:55 pm, and they would not let me enter even. But oh well, best place to pick up in Davis.

I was a first timer, completely brand new never been to a dispensary and everyone here was SO kind and inviting. They didn't make me feel stupid or embarrassed for not knowing anything and were just overall very helpful. Will be returning!

Be careful in that the product you get may be fairly inconsistent. I've bought two of the same cartridges at once and had the potency come out wildly different on several occasions.In addition, I Just came in to get some medicine for my wife who has the flu and was up all night. Because of said flu I had to bring my infant as my wife needed to rest. Imagine my surprise when I wasn't allowed entry because babies aren't allowed? I understand this is a college town and get you can't have 13 year olds, and I get it's weird for a baby to be in a rev shop, but the (very polite) security guard said by the owners instructions (Rob and Mike) no kids could come in, because someone left their kid infant in the car. What a great way to encourage parents to not leave their kids in the car by not allowing parents to come in with them. Really disappointed at how unfriendly to parents this shop is.

Love this place but to place an order online is a nightmare. The platrform is not very user friendly. All I want to do is add the product to my cart and there's no option to do that.

We have been customers for a few months at F Street, fairly happy with the process (online ordering could be a little easier, like not taking me back to the main page every time I add something to my cart) and product (they have vegan gummies, but have never seen any other edibles that are vegan). Budtenders are knowledgeable though occasionally seeming like they've had a 10 minute break out back recently. Online ordering is AWESOME---order, get in line, pay, pick up done. The only thing I'd like to see changed is a) a line for online order only and b) MUCH better online descriptors of product. However today, we had numerous plugs from F Street via email/text, along with numerous emails/texts over the last few days hyping up the 4/20 sale of 25% off. Cool, we thought, let's order online and go. Oh wait, *no* online ordering for 4/20 day! Sucks. Ok, one strike! We wrote down what we wanted and decided to head out.We arrived around 930am knowing it would be popular.  Popular was an understatement! Line was out the door, down F Street, down 4th St, up G Street all the way back to 5th St! We finally found a place to park and the line was down 5th St, almost to F St again!. Being that we both have disabilities, there was *no way* we could manage to stand in that line for the several hours it would take to get into the store! This is why we order online, so we don't have to stand in a huge line! Strike 2.Tried calling and the phone rang and rang. Guess no one is picking up today.A friend just went by and the line is STILL around the corners! He heard someone leaving loudly stating that they were out of most of the stuff they advertised already.The discount is good today (25% off) but not being able to stand in lines like that, like the whole reason we pick up gummies, to mitigate our physical issues, makes it impossible to patronize them during this sale.Clearly, they are popular, and the prices today were great, IF you could stand in line, IF there was product available by the time you got to the front of the line. Perhaps next time F Street will learn to do a 4/20 WEEK, to spread out the influx! The only reason Davis PD isn't shutting them down is that downtown Davis is literally a ghost town right now, otherwise the impact on an already usually packed downtown Davis would have shut down the sale quickly!Strike 3!Despite some awesomeness we have experienced, this was not their finest hour. We went back to our more local dispensary instead, who had longer lines than usual, but were able to quickly process folx through and make sure their customers were well taken care of today! We told the other dispensary of the troubles we had at F Street and they gave us another discount for our troubles and for choosing them instead! Perhaps F Street is a little too big for their britches now?

This place always has great deals, check their website before coming in! The staff are always knowledge and helpful. If you are interested in a deal, just ask the staff! They've helped me out by telling me deals I didnt know about before! Great quality products for a reasonable price for a pick up, available immediately pick-up dispensary.

I've now gone to F Street twice and each time it was a very pleasurable experience.  The security guards have been very friendly and checking in was swift and painless.  Both of my budtenders were knowledgeable and friendly and their selection was large.  They now have an ATM inside in case you forgot to bring cash.  Great place and I'll definitely be back due to everything above and its extremely convenient location with parking!!!  P.S.  they have discounts for Veterans!

Having little to no experience at a dispensary, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was inside. F street opened up this week, and the staff is very friendly. The check in process is quick and the wait wasn't too long. They have hella edibles to choose from, and their pre-rolls were reasonably priced. Im not sure if the AC was broken, but it was really warm inside which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall I enjoyed checking everything out and I think Davis students and residents will enjoy F street Dispensary :)

Really great dispensary. From the friendly staff and security, to the fantastic selection, to the prices (amazing prices on flower and prerolls in particular), it's a really great experience. And it's bright, clean, and perfectly laid out. Well done!

Went in for the first time with a friend. The staff didn't seem to want to answer our questions?  But isn't that their job?  Very frustrating.  My friend purchased, at their recommendation, a topical For the pain in her arm. This product did absolutely nothing to ease the pain. So, after spending $70 in their shop, she got rubbish.  Shame on this establishment.  Could not recommend this place.

I was warned by other people not to go in there but I did anyway. There not honest , VERY uneducated about there products. There a bunch of stoners trying to sefll fast. It's all next next next. Stay away unless YOU want to get ripped off too.

I'd like to give them the full 5 stars and they'd deserve it but the inventory/website is too unreliable. All the products only seem to last in the store for a couple of months before disappearing entirely. But the staff is amazing and the quality is really good. I just wish I could buy some of my favorite products again.

Me and my girlfriend pulled up to what we thought may have been a parking spot in front of the building. Greeted by the security guard with a tough guy look staring at us like we were breaking a law. I said hi with no response/acknowledgement as he just glared at my girlfriend in the car. Eventually she asked (after about 60 seconds of him scowling at her) if it was a spot, which it wasn't. I guess what I'm getting at is it's totally unprofessional for a rent a cop in a bad mood to mean mug us like we have beef in high school when we arrive. This spot is rad and the people inside are 10/10 but just want the management to know that the security guard with the beard standing at the door on 9/7/19 was incredibly unwelcoming and had a seriously bad vibe. Which isn't what I've come to expect from F street.

This place would be good if they kept the products that sell. Its to much swapping out. If something is a big seller you should keep it. Not make ppl have to go to another Club. Tell your owner to stop getting rid of hot sellers.

Good selection, good prices.  Only took a minute to get in my first time there.  Everyone is really friendly including security and staff was knowledgeable and not pushy.  Location is great if you're in Davis. Also their hours are 9-9 not 9-5 as listed here.

I don't understand the hype around this place other then it has a conven location. All of their products are extremely overpriced and not everything is for sale. I tried to buy a candecent  joint, wouldn't sell to me because I didn't buy an 1/8. Tried to buy a connected joint. Same story. I  am a student with not a ton of money. I had heard and switched over to Good People Farms. Much, much, much better pricing, inventory and rewards program. I wanted to like this place but truth is it's really lame.

Best dispensary in the Sacramento area! Great products for great prices. Everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to other dispensaries where they want you in and out in a hurry, but not here. They will happily help you with any questions or special needs. Lots of discounts too! If you order online you get 15% off instantly. HIGHLY recommend!

So recently purchased a pen and it was faulty as sometimes technology is. I was really excited to try my new cartridge from here but was bummed when the pen did not work. I came in to get the pen checked out and what not. The staff was more than helpful, they went above and beyond to help out and even gave me a new pen! Seriously, every time I have entered 420 it has been a great experience. They are an outstanding example of fabulous customer service and how weed culture should be represented. So thank you! Going home to charge and try new pen

The staff are nice and very knowledgeable. I like that I'm able to order online and receive a discount and just pick up whenever. Parking in the back or you can park across the street if there are open slots. Def recommend them but they are a little pricey!

Very disappointed. Totally overpriced compared to every dispensary we've ever been to in California. Staff displayed a shocking lack of knowledge about their products. They could not answer simple questions, such as why two very similar products were priced so differently. Was it the THC concentration, because it was indoor/outdoor....Who knows?? Certainly not the staff here ‍ What's more, they have no samples to display how ANY of their concentrates look- you can't see what any of them might look like before blindly purchasing. Also never been to a dispensary where they don't give a free gift with your first purchase. Very cramped in the building. The only nice thing we could say about the experience was that the people working were truly quite nice and friendly. If only someone could train them to know the basics about what they're selling

Per the advice of the store employee, I bought something that totally did not work for me and did the opposite of what I had requested.  I requested pain relief and instead got a fuzzy head and no relief.  I feel like she did not listen to me at all.  Yes, the place was clean and pleasant inside.  No problem parking.  But what I asked for was not what she sold me.

Super clean and organized, and every single person was very nice and professional. The person who helped me was super helpful in choosing strains that would fit my needs, and they had a good selection of edibles and disposable vapes. I don't smoke flower but their selection seemed nice as well. I'm definitely coming back and making this my regular place to go! They've got coupons in their sign up and in the coupon book, and free parking. The only downside is that they're cash only but they've got a pretty reasonable atm inside that charges $2 and they're happy to let you leave to stop by any of the banks a block away.

I am very happy that I'm finally getting a chance to write this review. I have been to many dispensaries within the Vallejo- Sacramento area and this is by far my favorite dispensary! The location is kinda hidden and isn't too big. The owner is so nice every time I come in and all the staff is always very friendly. John Cole and Stan are both extremely helpful when it comes to helping us out and are always very knowledgeable on all the products. Since cannabis has become legal I stopped going to a lot of cannabis clubs due to the increase in prices, the change in products, and the ridiculous wait lines. But this place is definitely different. The product here is all great quality and it's cheaper than a lot of other locations. And aside from that I'm usually in and out within 10-15 minutes which is awesome! This dispensary definitely gives me hope that not all cannabis clubs have gone to sh**t and I will continue to drive 30 minutes just to get my edibles/flower from this location. I truly appreciate how they take their time to make every customer feel welcomed and happy, I love that they're always offering great discounts throughout the week, and I think it is so nice that the owner will make sure to have donuts out for his customers on Sunday's. This place is an all around great dispensary to go to, and I can't say enough good things about 420 F Street!!! So if you're looking for a new dispensary to go to, take my word and make sure to check this place out! :)

I was traveling through the area. I knew what I wanted and went in to find it. The guy that helped me seemed upset he couldn't impart his wisdom on me. I wanted a distillate and a pen for around $50. He started to explain somethings about the products but I was uninterested and let him know I'm a chemist in the industry. I didn't need a lesson on cannabinoids and terpenes. So he turned around and grabbed a box off the shelf and proceeded to start ringing it up. I asked, "Is that a sativa?" And he replied, "No." He turned and grabbed another box and again started ringing it up. I had to ask, "What flavor is that?" He showed me the box and I was satisfied. He rang it up and took my money. I asked if there was a pen in the box and he said no. I bought the pen and left. It was a total of about $60. So decent value. But his attitude was uncalled for. I had friends waiting in the car. I went in knowing what I wanted. I did not need a sales pitch. When I come back through that way I'll find another dispensary. And btw, he sold me oil, not distillate, not what I asked for. Good luck!!

F street gets very high marks.  Found their staff to be very experienced and knowledgeable, it's easy to see why there is a buzz about this place.  We rolled in there, took care of business and blew the joint.  Read about this place in the papers, we were bowled over by their service.  The folks are not one hit wonders, they are in for the long haul. On the lighter side, the guy playing the bongos was a nice touch.  Thanks buds!

Awesome dispensary, friendly staff, quality products and affordable prices. We went to their grand opening and they had free food and music...the security guards are great guys, also friendly. Chris is a real one! Love the clean and modern looking interior of their club and selection of products. Highly recommend.

Placed an order online and it said there was a deal for blood orange CAMINOS (price was $0.01) and so I ordered 2. Pick up and gave me blood orange Kanhas instead. Went back and told them there was a mistake. They said the deal was actually only good for yesterday and there's nothing they can do about it. Asked if we can exchange the 2 bags of Kanhas for at least 1 blood orange (again, initially ordered 2). They said no. Just want the edibles I ordered and not get reprimanded for a mistake on their end, like not updating their website.

So I bought Feelz($14) and Connected 3.5's ($18), and my friend bought another Connected 3.5s. I never had problems with this dispensary -- so we casually paid for everything and left without asking for a receipt. Later we realized that they charged us $85 for it. The cashier was an overweight latina girl with bunch of tattoos. ASK FOR UR RECEIPT, some of them might scam you! Im pretty sure the state and city does not take 70% for cannabis taxes.

My favorite dispensary in Davis (fave in Sac is Mainstage). F Street always has really good specials and seem to always be fully stocked. Very easy to order online and pick up in store. They even have an outside window for order pick-up. It always seems pretty busy but they have plenty of staff and everything moves quickly! Somehow I got on their email and text lists but glad I did because I know about all the specials.

Happened to be in Davis today getting my car serviced! The GF and I walked into town to have a bite and kill some time. We happen to walk by this Dispensary when out of the blue GF says I want to go in here and buy something to help my chronic leg pain! I'm like...WHAT??:). Now she has never even been to Davis....! I'm like...ok! So in we go!  A first for me and her!Was impressed with the clean, sleek interior of the store. Several people "shopping".  Staff masked and behind the counter.  Set up similarly to a jewelry counter with sooo many products showcased for viewing. Everyone extremely professional! She explained her problem pain area. The employee recommended a couple of products which she ended up buying! $75 worth. Very educational watching/listening to this transaction. Employee versed in everything cannabis and took his time explaining and patiently answering all questions to her satisfaction! Orders may also be placed online with a savings of 20%. Pick up orders at the store.  Walk up outside window for online orders.  Only cash and debit cards accepted. There is an ATM/ bank just steps away. Convenient!:)  Security guards on duty.So my understanding is this is the only locally owned Davis Dispensary. Grandma died and local family turned her house into this business. Operating quite successfully I was told. So much so additional dispensaries may be opening in your area soon!:).You learn something every day!

I placed an order on my lunch break six and a half hours ago and just got off work to pick it up. I'm having a lame day and was looking forward to picking up my order. I was told by the boy at the window after waiting in line outside for ten minutes that my order had been sold. Why tell me my order is packed and ready if you are going to sell my order to someone else. They couldn't explain why they sold my reservation to someone else. They offered me more expensive stuff that was lower percentage. You've lost my business.

The prices are reasonable, they aren't dirt cheap but that is because you are buying quality. If you are stopping by or live in or around Davis come here. The security is nice the employees know what they are talking about and can cater to new and experienced customers. Don't be shy, definitely check F street out.
