Staff can be very moody at times, but I can understand the frustration when it gets real busy. This is my go to only because it's close for me. I just wish they had more options for local cultivators.

They are incapable or doing anything quickly. This would be fine if they were polite... that one is hit or miss. Whatever you do, DONT ORDER CURBSIDE! It will take atleast 20 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would.  I have been using medicinal marijuana for over 2 years and in those two years I have been to numerous dispensaries all over the country and mostly allGreet you and  treat you with respect and dignity.. I can't say tht for Herbology.  I have been stopped from getting my medicine 3 different times at this facility not one a fault of my own.  I will only get into my latest debacle in this review.  I placed a order on the online system, arrived at my scheduled time, was checked in and waited in the lobby .  In about 10 min a woman came and took me to the back.  Upon review of my ids the woman said they shouldn't have let me back.  I said why? And she said since my name on my ohio driver's license says "Steven" and my marijuana card says "Steve" she cannot give me my medication.  As you can imagine I questioned this and she it's a "easy fix, just call ur dr and have him change it". Wat she doesn't kno is tht I Litteraly need these meds to live and her "easy fix" actually takes 4 days to get done.  She could have done the right thing and allowed me to get my meds.  Clearly I am the person on the Id.  My marijuana card was only missing the "n". This is the 3rd time and the last time I will allow this place to deny me my meds.  Akron bloom greets me by my name when I arrive.  They kno me by face.  Sure they still check my ids.  But they kno who I am.  ThTs customer service!  Stop treating medicinal marijuana patients like criminals Herbology

Horrible Customer service they literally denied me service because my marijuana card didnt have II after my name since I'm named after my father when all my other info matched and had been there previously without the abbreviation offered no help to resolve situation so I went to bloom medicals and they let in no problem same with Zen Leaf let me right in no problem herbology need to chill out with there strict ass procedure there are other dispensaries and they will get your customers if you continue the bs with ppl this is ppl's natural medicine not opioids and if there is a easier faster way to get that medicine y'all will be out of business soon

excellent customer service, friendly bud tenders, and a welcoming atmosphere! These guys truly care about what you're consuming and the reasons why.

Great staff and great prices. I'd like to give a better review but probably the worst place to get what you want when you want it. They never have my flower in stock, the other high price places always have it in stock. Get it together please!

Great place. But need to change the time. To new patients. 630 and everyone else 645 us and another person who drove 1hr were just turned away

Weak customer service. I purchased a vape cart today and specifically asked the bud tender to confirm it was. 510 cart, which he did. When I got to my car I saw it was a luster pod. I went back in but they wouldn’t exchange the product because I had signed for it. We’ll, I only signed for it because their employee confirmed it’s what I asked for. Bloom will be getting all my business moving forward. They have better prices, selections, and it feels a lot less “ghetto” when you walk in the front door. So to summarize, they lost a customer over one pod.

Should be a more diverse environment. All these racial tensions got to end who cares what color you are. Treat humans your customers like family. We are all one race. Hire more than just one race fr. It’s crazy to see it still existing

By far one of the best dispensaries in North East Ohio. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Their prices are very competitive. They have weekly deals too! It's nice to go to a place where the employees are passionate about what they do. Keep up the great work guys!!!
