This is a great dispensary and the employees have much knowledge and will help guide you.I go to the St Petersburg store now and they are just as awesome and clean and friendly. They are very well trained and have great customer service. Thank you

There always so nice, but there's usually always a wait and you're lucky they don't run out of what you order but that's due to the high demand. Awesome return policy though I've never had a problem returning anything I wasn't satisfied with.

I love it here!!! Ashleigh B. is absolutely amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to take care of my needs when I visit. She is the reason that I made this dispensary the only one I will go to.

The Clearwater dispensary was great when they first opened but now....twice recently I ordered on line and got confirmation they were working on it and never heard from them. Called next day to only find out it wasn't pulled but sorry they didn't have product I ordered. The same issue happened to my husband a few wks ago. But with his order we drove there to find they didn't have it. Clearwater has really went downhill. Sure if u are new customer they treat u great but after they reel u in....they don't care anymore. To many places around to put up with their charades!!!

I go to this location because of the amazing staff. Aubrey and Colin are amazing and so well knowledgeable on the product and know just how to help you! You guys are great and really do care!

I love this place! Very caring staff that's extremely knowledgeable of all the products, quick online services, the wait time is less than 5 min now for walk in (usually) and product is always available! Shout out to the GM, April. She has done a great job picking her staff members and running a great store.  Everyone is smiling and laughing and ready to help whoever is next

One issue I have with them is having multiple Vape solutions, I get one is this or that company; but having 3 different pen types is just a bad method.  If they have 3 different pen types; 2nd pen should be free if they don't have product I want in stock.I would really like an advanced ordering system.  If I have to wait 2 weeks for everything to be in FINE, give me the option to pay for reservation.  If I find something I like I want to be able to re-order it.

The staff here is great! I had an issue when they freed the flower and the staff helped guide me to a doctor that could assist in what I needed to get the "smokable."  She also helped guide me thru the MMUR site which was awesome.

Just wanted to write an update of my last review. I was contacted by email and told that they wanted to make good on my bad experiences. Not sure if it was corporate or at the unit level, I was never told. The email said that they were sorry for my bad experiences and I was being offered a 10% discount on my next visit. That was a giant slap in my face and the faces of all medical cannabis patients! Remember, some of us suffer from chronic debilitating pain.There was no mention of anything being done to correct what caused my bad experiences or that anyone in the company actually cared that theses experiences were happening. I have talked to several other medical cannabis patients during my extended waits in the Trulieve waiting area. Most of those I have spoken with expressed that same feelings I have. Most people think that medical cannabis is a joke and that people just want a legal high. To those who have chronic pain know the truth and it's a Godsend. It's a shame that the state and suppliers look at this as a cash cow and the patients suffer.

As all you know today is Friday, with aches from the long week i pulled in this location. the ladies in front remember me from last time, friendly happy and in general a well balanced boomer.  As i stood buying some flower to offset some of my pain and stress a person with oversized ego in on a conversation i was having with one of her colleagues and spewed pure poisonous hate, only to be enforced by another ignorant friend of hers few minutes later. am not sure why someone would hate on happy people, all in all they managed to stress me out and make me feel as if i was intruding on their sagaciousness unwelcome threatening to hold my meds and making me feel threatened and Then they tried to justify their ignorance by covid. if you are legal counsel for this outfit watch the video and you will see that i have taken far more care in my interaction than they did, for instance when they returned my card  after being casually passed by few members to me i satanized the card and my hands without comment .. we all need to work together attitude etc .... am not sure if that was a racial thing but felt like it... could it have been .. please review the video and call me, you will surely here from me again

Trulieve in Clearwater is super clean, great customer service and everyone is very knowledgeable!

Amazing staff, very clean and beautiful environment. Amazing products and the best variety of products and strains out of ANY dispensary in Florida. Definitely my favorite.

So incredibly happy that natural relief is attainable!  I love this dispensary; it's clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the product is wonderful quality.  As a sufferer of nerve damage, chronic pain and lymph edema, my medical card is a lifesaver!

Everything is good at this place , except for I have shopped at about five different locations of Trulieve and all of the other locations if they're not running a special allow me to combine my discounts of veterans snap and so forth and my discounts for points of money spent when they are running a special at the other locations they allow only one discount to be added at this location they only allow one discount on a regular basis and claim that all of the other locations are doing it illegally they seem to be the only one with this rule I think they are confused

Very busy location so be patient with the staff and if your new to everything trust them and the process. It's the busiest location and they are getting better with supply and demand due to more people getting their cards. Also Monday's are the busiest so please be polite when parking and to those around you. It makes everything go more smoothly. We finally are getting great resources here in florida so let's be respectful everyone!  Awesome staff! Super knowledgeable, and very friendly

I have never had a problem before. And I agree with everybody else for most of the comments how nice and friendly everybody is. Until something goes wrong. Then you're a piece of shit. No more customer service straight out and out lied to. Will never go back. I don't like when people mess with my money or my medication. So make sure you check your medication that it's what you asked for. I received the wrong medication not what I asked for. Spent three hours driving $30 in fuel. To get an attitude.

Great dispensary. I haven't checked out any others in the area but the staff and bud tenders here are very friendly and welcoming and nobody judges. MMJ is pricey but it's nice to not have to deal with assholes.

Love this place, a very corporate feel, not personable at all. BUT the product is good, takes away my pain and relaxes me. If you are going to vape, ask for the YELLOW LABEL 65% THC 5.0 CBD. The only drawback is the terrible pine taste. I know 420 smells like pine, I am not sure I​ want to. keep smoking something that isn't very palpable.

I love this location. They always have what I am looking for. I've gone there days in a row and everyday the different staff members are so helpful, kinda and quick! They always get me in and out!

Today was my first experience with Trulieve and I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff was. Being a new patient, they explained the process and had me setup immediately.The selection of meds and accessories are displayed nicely in the dispensary, and the staff is there to answer any questions you have.I actually placed my order online and picked it up. Very convenient to get to, and just an overall awesome experience.

Science Meets Nature With Relief You Can Rely On...Trulieve is the first dispensary to be granted a medical marijuana license in the state of Florida. They are approved by the Department of Health of Florida to legally sell Low-THC Cannabis and Medical Cannabis to patients who have visited a qualified medical marijuana doctor.The staff I encountered from Morgan at the front desk (she was amazing) and manager Luis in the back room ​Super professional, knowledgeable and truthful.Take advantage of the great discounts for first time patients. The staff takes their time in explaining everything about the products. All first time patients receive a 15% discount, and after receiving your state issued medical cannabis card you will be entitled to $75 off $150 spent!The variety of flavors could be more, but the quality is good strongest 600mg cartridge THC levels do reach a minimum of 60% THC. Quality product, all of the THC distillate tests at 99% THC and above, with lab results for display. They then use that distillate to create different types of products that make it easier for patients to obtain an accurate dose. Distillate in all legalized cannabis states stands at a set price of around $50-$60 per gram. TruClear distillate (1.5ml of pure plant extract) falls into that category and is shelved at around the same price in all states.

Theresa was awesome.  I accidentally messed up my order and she fixed everything so quickly.  Within minutes she corrected it and had me on my way.  So professional and helpful.

Very good service, professional all around and top notch quality product. I recommend all around because it works. I was skeptical at first. Sometimes there is a wait. I had to wait 10 min to get into the back room where the products are but was happy with the service.

Not overly impressed with this location. My biggest issue is the long wait time. They offer online orders which is wonderful, the convenience of ordering online is that you get to order online, get a notification once your order is ready for pick up and thats it. Just don't see a reason why you'd have to wait even five minutes to pick up an order thats supposed to be ready for you. It should be a simple grab and go. At first I gave them a pass for the fact they were still fairly new in the area. After a few months you expect them to have a better system. Wifey had to wait over 30 minutes once, thats unacceptable.One aspect I like about this location is that they will be offering drive thru service in the near future (though they've been saying this since they opened and its still not ready).

They finally fixed the online ordering issues at this location. Prior to this pick up I did two online orders at this location and both times I checked in at the front desk and sat there for over a half hour watching walk ins get seen before me. The time before today that I was here it was during the time that most stores were closed due to Covid but dispensaries were open as essential. As a germ Afobe my anxiety was getting worse and worse as I stood there watching people without masks on get too close to me. Both times the first time I did an online order and the second time I had to speak up before they finally realized I was forgotten about.Hubby stinks posted a review because he was with me the second time and was in the waiting room and understood my pain.Maybe they read his review and felt like they should make these changes but who knows either way I'm happy. I did my online order and I actually got a text this time. Shortly after that I actually got a text that said my order was ready which never happened in the past either. I also was able to log into Whately when I got close to the dispensary to get in line and wait outside until it was safe to go in.Kudos for doing this so that the waiting room wasn't packed like the last time I was there. So much safer to wait in your car until you are ready to go in.Other than the reception not being so organized in the past (this time I didn't even have to deal with the reception desk at all only a security officer who told me my place in line) The staff inside has always been very helpful even with me being on edge and irate. Today was my best day at this dispensary and I hope everything always goes smoothly. I'm keeping this at four stars and hoping to bring it up to a five star in the future as long as the ordering stays consistent. I'll also be happy when the drive-through at this location finally opens!I have extreme insomnia and I am not a nice girl when I don't get good sleep.  My go to is 9 pound hammer which is an 800 mg Indica that helps me sleep at night. Looking forward to sweet dreams tonight!

I finally got to go the Trulieve store, and though it's not easy to get to, the staff is friendly and welcoming.  I dislike that they play music loud enough to cover conversations with, but this may be more a me problem as the older I get, the harder it is to pick out conversations from the ambient sound. They practice good social distancing, and have hand sanitizer around for you to use.  I was over all comfortable and happy with my experience.

I agree with Amanda 110% hands down... I love everyone at the Trulieve in Clearwater... They are like a big second family to me... There are many times I go in there in a mood and I never walk out without a big smile on my face!!! It all starts at the top with the management... Employees always reflect on the management in any business... They have a great chemistry of a team at this location ... There is no "I" in team, and it seems this is how this dispensaries moral is... Very "HIGH", , and upbeat.... Lol ... Keep it up.... SPARKY....

Always be my dispensary. I wish they had grandaddy purple in flower but I love this place. I live about 25 minutes away in Pasco county but I'd rather travel here because they're nice and always stocked.

There is always a very helpful, courteous, and very friendly Rep to put my order together at this location. Today was a little different. Today a young lady named Danielle put my order together and she made sure I was the right person picking up the order by verifying my birthday and she also made some recommendations regarding some of the products. She was very friendly and made my transaction an easy process. Thank you

Please teach your employees how you use your computer system. I love standing waiting for 20 plus minutes to get my receipt and change all because you accidentally "hit the wrong button". Come on guys this is not the first time this has happened

I wanted to give more than 5 stars but I can’t sooo… thank you to my FAVORITE Trulieve location for a phenomenal experience today! I spent like 30 minutes inside WILLINGLY having a FANTASTIC conversation with Trulieve rep Danielle. She is super funny, great to talk to, and a wonderful personality! Her manager Gaylen is so friendly and her fashion sense is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Thank you both for the best experience thus far! ☺️

This truly experience is how I wish all of my truly experiences will be in the future. I enjoyed the amazing room in the waiting room as well as the fact that I was offered a water almost immediately. Then when they called me back very politely it's a huge room where I'm able to go up to the dispensary rep and not feel like I'm rushed or overcrowded. If you live in Clearwater or are willing to drive, this is the dispensary to go.
