I would like to start out with saying that I was hoping Lucid was going to be a great place. I really wanted them to do well. I buy more than my fair share from rec stores and love to travel and check out different dispensaries. LUCID IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO. You'll be carded twice, as soon as you walk in, and as right before the point of sale, redundant. There are products in the cases that are unavailable for purchase for multiple excuses from the unwelcoming staff. There is no menu with information about what you're purchasing, you have to pick up a business card, if you can find one, and trade it at the counter. While I was excited to have a local place to purchase I will not be back unless there are some conceptual changes. Not a welcoming, friendly, or easy to understand place. I will continue to travel to Airway Heights for my needs.
Amazing stuff! Stopped by here while on vacation and it was definitely the best shop I've ever been through. Great advice and prices. I saw things I've never even heard of or seen before. Even being here and going to other prices in the area, you'll see the difference. Thanks Lucid!
Really enjoyed my first visit here. Very chill and knowledgeable staff. Had all sorts of help talking strains with multiple employees. Nice atmosphere! No pressure! Most definitely recommend!!
Previously had no issues using my military ID at Lucid in Cheney (having been there over 30 times without an issue), recently they scanned my military ID which is proper procedure for regular state IDs and drivers licenses not any government issue ID. When I told them they cannot scan it once I saw the young man at the counter pick up the scanner, he looked at me with an attitude and scanned with anyways without even asking for any other form of ID. I mentioned once again they are not allowed to do that, he says "it's company policy", I responded with "military IDs are not supposed to be scanned, next time I will offer my drivers license if you are going to scan it anyways." Him and the other employee rolled their eyes and muttered under their breath about me. I walked away realizing they didn't understand their actually policy considering I've been treated perfectly well several times there. I genuinely am becoming less and less impressed with lucid Cheney as time goes on, the customer service is lacking and becoming worse. After this experience I do not think I will ever shop there again, the products are fine but the attitude of employees and awful employee customer service has turned me off to this business and I will take all my business to more professional cannabis shops.
If you want to be discriminated against this is the perfect store for you! My boyfriend was in there yesterday 04/11/20 around 5pm and was kicked out because he was deciding on what to purchase. When he got upset about it because why does he have to leave when he has the right to decide on what to purchase? He said "n*gga." YET, he is a black man and has every right to say it, no explanation necessary. Following, that a white man in line told him "Don't say N*GGER!".. yes with a hard "er".. And was not asked to leave the store or anything. We understand, that everyone may be stressed during this time but kicking someone out because he's trying to decide on a purchase is not ok and allowing a white male in the vicinity to clearly state the word "N*gger" will never be ok. Don't support Lucid, they allow racism and discrimination and to be quite honest their products aren't even that good.
If I could give a negative review I would. They don't honor military vets (despite advertising so) and their supervisory staff has zero customer service skill. They run thru budtenders by the week, indicating management is the issue. On the practicality side, they refuse to accept refunds for defective products they sell. Which, if you have ever been to a dispensary in the state, is abnormal to the nth degree. It's sad this company still exists. I sincerely hope Cinder or Sativa Sisters can enter the market here as this place would be out of business overnight. Poor management. Poor customer service. False advertising for military vets. And just subpar quality across the board. They are one of the few area dispensaries actively ruining the cannabis experience for the people of Washington State.
I have the associate my military ID for me discount. He scanned it which is illegal to scan any military ID. State ID ONLY! So basically they offer military ID BUT if you give them your ID FOR THE DISCOUNT. They are illegally scanning it! So my advice to military vets/ spouses/ dependents....... do not attempt to use your military discount at LUCID! Apparently their employees are uneducated on SCANNING a mil if or they are purposely breaking the law and this will be reported. After reading reviews I see others are also having this issue. Military ID holders do not use Lucid!
I'm normally driven out to Spokane or airway heights to buy my cannabis because this place has extremely high prices. Lately they've lowered their prices and I've started to go there more often. The past 3-5 times I've been I've either been given a wrong strain or something completely different that I didn't ask for. I've notified them and nothing has seemed to change. I get that they may be busy and under staffed sometimes but when I pay for something and get a different thing it kinda grinds my gears. This dispensary is the only option in cheney and I can't wait for there to be a better one. But for now I'll keep going to Spokane and hope that they find a solution to the problem.
They got me fucked up. I would leave zero if I could. I went in there and waited for a good 20 min just for them to tell me they don't accept vertical IDs. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO GET A HORIZONTAL ONE WHEN I LITERALLY JUST TURNED 21? Fuck them they ruined my high. Like we're in a pandemic what do you want me to do. I've come to the conclusion that they are racist. Every colored person that's gone there has had a problem.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Make sure to ask about the loyalty/check in system of discounts. Also pretty good prices with excellent quality.

Didn’t get the name of my bud tender but he was super! Lucid is well stocked with everything I could possibly need to enjoy my cannabis! And the bud tender was well versed in everything the store had to offer.
To be honest I had no idea what I was reviewing. However every service I've had provided for me today has been by some honest person making their means. So to what ever this is Five Stars, you've earned it.
Lucid has to be the worst dispensary in the world. Me and my entire family smokes weed and we love it, it works with our body very well and my entire family including me care about it a lot. This place overcharges for mid cannabis, their bud tenders try to sell you the product under the shelf light claiming it’s “freshest” and they also respond with “oh yea man I get so high off this” with every strain. Do NOT buy from here if you appreciate genuine cannabis and genuine service. This place will lie to you for the dollar.
Terrible customer service the last few times we have been here. Poor sales skills and this time they gave the wrong change, which I didn't realize until I got home. Definitely worth the drive to Airway for a better experience. Train your employees better, get new management, or leave and make room for a business owner that cares about good business and their image, whatever you need to do to make this place better for Cheney.
