So, I have a lot of back pain and have heard a lot about cannibas working good for that.  So, I stopped in to this place, thought I would see what they have and they were so busy but everyone was so friendly and helpful even for a newbie first timer like me.  Lol well this process should be interesting, I'm really excited to try it out, or should I say I'm stoked!!  Anyways if your in the area here I highly recommend this place

i ordered online and total price was $228.05 when i get there after driveing two hours and pick up my order im told the price is over $300 . supposedly the sale for 12/30/2021 does not aply to me because i ordered on the correct date but it was after the store closed. no where does it have a sale stateing that the sale for that dated ended at 100pm instead of midnight and if that was the case it should not have been accessesable after close of business!!!!!!! you could have told me when you sent the text saying my order was ready to pick up , you could have told me when i called to change my reservation because of traveling so for with severe weather but noooooooooooooooo you had to waste my time and try to rip me off you made the transaction i didnot hack your site to get the deal the mistake was your part not mine you need to honor the busines trans action you enter into you are no better than any of the millions of scammers out there because instead of conducting ethicaly right and reputable and respectful business you choose to be nothing more than low down criminals . so after that bullshit i still placed an order totaling over $200 dollars and last i checked that is more than$125 dollars but yet no free gift wtf let me gues that aplied to every one else but me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh but wait it gets better when i get home and way the two fourteen gram packages there only 11.5 grams each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow !!! Avoid this place. Rude front desk workers. The are clueless cannot give instructions.So disappointing. Spend your money somewhere else. Avoid this place like Corona virus.

As a medical patient, I will never use this Dispensary again for my medical needs! Their management and leadership is more interested in arguing about the mistake and placing blame on others versus taking ownership of an issue and making a customer feel well taken care of!Shame on them, for saying that it was Supurbs fault and mine.

I went to my first dispo which was this one. I was nervous and felt pretty uncertain what to do. Instructions on how to check in are easy, online ordering is easy. They have lots of options, great deals and superb customer service. I have since been to other dispos and Oasis was definitely the most welcoming, choosing and buying in store is easy to understand instead if some of the other places.  A+ in my opinion!

My favorite local store that I can't stop going back again & again! Then love the recycling rewards system they have setup!

You are not allowed to look at the product in any way shape or form. So just pick the bullshit cartoon name you like best. at the price point you think is conspicuous enough to impress your girlfriend.God I hate having to buy weed.

Don't go here the people that take your ID lose it and you can't tell them that they better find it or they'll kick you out. The people at the front desk should know how customer service works not blame you for getting upset that THEY lost your iD. You don't have to give up your ID at sticky saguaro, go here instead.

I was moved to write this review after I have heard some of the "Recreationals" are rude to the budtenders.Please take your nasty attitudes to Mint or the hood spot near the airport! Where the meth heads hang outside. Oasis is a professional innovative, always kind,  clean and polite dispensary. They take pride in their customer service. Inventory is low everywhere and they are not trying to give anyone a hard time. However,  one of the new laws created around legalization, is they can not put the products on the counters. It's the law!! You "recreationals"need to understand that. Yes you can go in and buy weed from location. The legalization is a pain in the ass for most dispensaries. There is additional cost, they have to change or use 2 different systems for the medical and non, additional taxes, they will need to purchase 2 maybe 3 times more product.  All of these costs they could have passed on to their customers, they didn't. Prices rose a couple dollars, for now ‍Guess what? This ain't sprouts, certain strains take a while to grow. Some strains maybe they lost their mother plant (I think that's what they say). Some growers like Abundance will not grow StarLord all year round!!!WTF. Some growers they do not carry and usually that is based on the grower.Once we figured out what I love (heavy indicas), they all basically would let me know, "nope you won't like that", "now this you will love". I smoke weed, blunts to be exact, but at oasis they have also brought me around to dabbing. I have had to contact a few for lessons! But I love it!!! I love MY desert Oasis.I remember Amanda and Toshi being the first two bud tenders who took their time to explain. Made me aware it's not just the THC levels, it's all those penes. I would also have Alan, and???? His name escapes me always has a bandana as a face mask. Tall?? He and Alan are usually always working together. He makes my boring name seem exotic. Their last receptionist, Tayla, was promoted to corporate position. But I miss her very much. There's my Ang, she was only the GM for one store and now she is over all stores. She has moved on up. We need more strong women in this cannibis business. The Jordan's and Maricela, one Jordan is black, the other one is  pregnant can't confuse them lol. The pregnant Jordan may bite your face off, it's the hormones. Don't be rude.  Maricela always has her face beat! I started to visit this dispensary in September. Honestly they are all like my second family. We joke, we laugh, we share stories. Oasis is my 2nd family! Much love! J!

Very organized and knowledgeable, first time visit and they walked me through each step of the process, I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I have been a customer at Oasis for over 4 years because of there volume discounts offered for purchasing ounces of flower. Unfortunately, the dispensary recently decided it would no longer sell flower with discounts for purchasing an ounce. As such, the consumer is left paying more money for flower. Typical capitalistic gouging the consumer. I am now looking for a new dispensary that realizes the value of customers that prefer to purchase ounces of flower not 1/8 times 8 of the same price for a 1/8.

I went to Oasis after being really disappointed with several other providers. I kept getting poor service and they didn't know what to recommend. It was hard because sometimes you want someone's expert opinion to help you decide. Not only did I get that at Oasis, but it was also well priced, friendly, and just a wonderful experience all around.

After a long day of work I'm relying on Oasis to adhere to their posted schedule of 8AM to 10PM but I arrive AFTER passing Harvest and Zenleaf at 9:45 for the doors to be locked! Security and front of store staff are in front and see and I'm sure hear me trying to open the doors but I'm ignored.. As other patients waiting in wait room can see me. I wish I would've stopped at another dispensary rather than Oasis. Very disappointed.

The staff knows what you need.  Patience & knowledgeable when you are not quite sure what would work for you. The online ordering is user friendly & if you decide you want more or something is not right they'll  fix you up

Great experience at Oasis! Due to weed just being legalized, I was worried that dispensaries would be too busy for me to visit and purchase items. However, Oasis allows an option to order online and pick up in store once you receive notification that your order is ready. I was able to go in and pick up my order easily and quickly. The staff there were also super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable for any questions you might have about products or preferences. Highly recommend this dispensary and the south chandler location!

They are always great with their specials and the budtenders take time to listen to your needs and their Recommendations have always been spot on. I just had surgery February 5 and they recommended a a liquid CBD/THC 1:1 ratio product that made my recovery seamless!!!

Buyer Beware!! I used to frequent this place using Leafly to place my order. Never had an issue until today. Oasis won't honor the Leafly price, even though I placed my order through Leafly. Don't be lured in by Leafly prices because they won't be honored. Leafly price $85 for 1/2 ounce - Oasis price $99 for 1/2 ounce. Oasis lost another customer over $14. Apparently now that cannabis is legal, customer service means nothing.

Updated review: The deals are back. The people are always nice to me but again, still unfortunate the way they treated my non-American husband and no customer service follow-up to at least ensure they will be training and not making the same mistakes, etc.

This place was very chill today. Ang knows how a good business should function and to treat your customers with respect. This place was refreshing when comparing it to their north location. Staff at south seem to actually like their jobs and the great customer service showed that.  South and north locations are like night and day difference, thank you  oasis south

Discriminate against their medical patients. You will wait over an hour while rec after rec comes and goes. Must not be making as much money on us, so we're kicked to the curb. Don't recommend this place at all. Also, their THC levels are super low. Go to Sticky!!! Front desk staff are b*tches too!

Oaisis used to be my number one spot but lately the service has gone down the drain. I walked in no one greeted me because the front desk girls were to busy having their own conversation. Even after one of Front desk girls asked me if I was medical with an express order I was placed in the wrong line and waited as patient after patient was taken back. I went up and said something to the front desk no apology or anything just a we'll switch you said with attitude like it was my fault I was placed in the wrong place. Respect used to be a known thing. Or even just some damn customer service.

This was my last visit here EVER ..I used to come here all the time, but for awhile  now every time I go in there, I wait for nothing.they are always out of stuff and their customer service couldn't be worse if they tried

This is the best dispensary in Arizona. They always have Superior customer service. The associates are very knowledgeable on the products they have. This place is way better the the Sticky saguaro. Buds flower.

This is the only place I now shop! The people here are awesome the atmosphere is great. Front desk is always so welcoming and talkative. I've had the pleasure of being helped by so many people, my recent visit was far better. I had the pleasure of being helping by Courtney, got me greats deals, and I got a few extra things with deals I didn't know were going on she's very knowledgeable and understanding, offered the best and I wasn't rushed, I will ask for her to help me everytime I go in now so thank you and thank you all for still helping us and staying at risk. Gentlemen at the front was very friendly and helpful. Julia was awesome, and she's very knowledgeable. We're glad we stopped here. The only thing I didn't like was that the manager was talking over everyone and talking down to the employees in front of customers. I don't think it's polite to hear a manager yell at her employees in front of customers to the point where I can't hear the girl helping me. But other than that, it was a great experience.

This is my first review because its the first establishment that as a regular customer I've regularly been deceived and not taken care of. I've been over charged multiple times, I've been given the wrong express order multiple times. They even disrespect you telling you to go back in line to adjust your order, when its the least they could do when they can't even solve any previous problems. They always deny to solve the issue and offer me a preroll at best. I've spoke to north oasis multiple times and they  endemburse for the MISTAKES South oasis makes. I've literally had North Oasis apologize a million times and beg me to not go to South Oasis because they have to handle your guys mess up and unhappy customers back to back. I've actually had North oasis contact South oasis. They disrespect North and tell them to talk to their general manager with a run around. What a joke.

Disrespectful manager (Cole) cant listen and wont help. Horrible front desk service rep that transfered me over as well. Trying to ask for help or a question is too much. Iv been here several times and to be treated or talked down to is not cool. Dispensarys are everywhere, I hope this property gets the right managment to lead from the front.

Drove 1 hour here to take advantage of the emails and texts I get bombarded with daily that say the specials last through the end of the month. Well everything is full priced now with no email or text to ensure that it's cancelled. Was rang up 382$ for a promo I was sent for 175$ be careful all!!! Will be reporting to the bbb as a bait and switch marketing tactic. Doing a large disservice for the medical community to line their money on rec $$

I am a medical marijuana user. A year or so ago I bought for CBD Vape pens. Within 60 days I returned them as none of them worked. I was then informed there was a 30 day return policy. Nothing on my receipt. No sign posted. And after waiting forever for a manager to come talk to me, I was told that's just their policy there's nothing in writing. I'm sick. Had I known there was a 30 day return policy, I would've Done my best to return them in time since it was a tremendous amount of money. Do not go to this dispensary if you're a medical user. They could care less.

Oasis north is my go to spot ! I will come here if I'm closer but I prefer the north spot ! It's way more boutique feeling ! But these guys Carry all the same statins as north so you'll have the same quality bud ! Ps I don't do reviews for the freebies I do them so you can make an educated decision about what place to atop at for quality product

This is my favorite dispensary in the east valley. The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. Be sure to ask for Courtney!  Courtney goes above and beyond to ensure that I get the products that suit my needs. She has given me some of the best recommendations and is incredibly knowledgeable on all of the products. Oasis has such a great variety of cartridges (especially Select cartridges)! Each customer has a one on one encounter with a budtender which offers a more personalized touchThe only thing I would like to see is the Select cartridges go on sale more frequently. I also use Oasis for delivery through Supurb and love having this option. Overall. I highly recommend Oasis.

Customer service is atrocious, 1-2 budtenders working so if there's 2-3 people in the lobby I'm out, you should be worried about getting us in and out and making us happy, crazy how many dispensaries do it right, but this owner/manager clearly has no clue, been coming here since they opened and has always ran like crap, maybe that's why it's never busy, go to emerald and see how it's really supposed to be ran, 5-6 budtenders, they go thru 20 people in no time, sad that so many people try to open shops and they can't but this idiot gets one and runs it terribly, oh and the north location is no different, the manager wrote me back on here to apologize for my inconvenience that they've doubled the help, we'll they must have cus I just walked in at 840 and after I checked in waited for 4-5 minutes until someone came and got me, but nobody else was being helped, what are you doing back there to make me wait like this?? I don't care if it's 4-5 minutes but I got other stuff to do, nothings changed, never got my free pre roll manager said I would, pretty much got on here  and lied, I've spent thousands of dollars in this place since it's opened, the shitty service I thought would get better hasn't, it's about us, no?

Came here for the first - and definitely last - time a few weeks back. I had high hopes for this dispensary since I had read some decent reviews on here and on Leafly. Boy was I wrong! The check in process wasn't too bad, but the wait time was a little long for there being only one other person in the lobby with me (~25 mins).The worst part had to be my experience with the bud tender. Good Lord. Her name was Courtney, but she didn't actually introduce herself at all when I walked up - but rather just herded me into the main area as if I was a farm animal. She then directed me towards the counter and where we'd be and told me I could head on over. As I was doing so, I hear this faint voice grow louder and louder as she yelled "HEY HEY TURN AROUND, I'M TRYING TO GIVE YOU A TOUR HERE!". That was really where it started to go downhill and get awkward fast. I felt bad for just walking straight ahead, but she literally had instructed me to do so and I paid attention to her social cues to make sure I didn't miss anything. I didn't. She's apparently socially inept or something.Anywho, so we get up to the counter and start going through the flower selection. That was probably the most relaxed part of the whole experience, if you could call it that. Got to chat it up for a few minutes and then I made my choices and was ready to checkout. This is where shit hit the fan. As she's ringing me up, I'm reading the bright billboard  behind her that goes over the pricing per unit weight and the FTP deal that I was receiving. However, the total that I was rang up for was WILDLY different than what was advertised. I made sure to read the fine print of both the regular pricing AND the FTP deal to make sure I wasn't missing anything or there was a misunderstanding - there wasn't.When I brought this up to her, she instantly started in with these wild excuses and explanations that literally made ZERO SENSE. Kinda like how someone acts when they're doing something shady and get caught...ya know? I got tired of the back and forth nonsense and told her that I had only pulled out a certain amount of cash and prepared for this adequately (not expecting to have this false advertising happen). She was visibly upset she didn't get that sale and literally says "well why don't you just pull out more money, there's an ATM right there." Wow, just WOW. I should have just walked out right there, but I decided to just get an eighth with the FTP deal instead of the quarter. Of course, she had to add in her snide attitude and said "Well at that price point I really don't have much for you." Btw, the "price point" was $50 or below. If your bottom shelf is anywhere near that for an eighth or under - you're out of your damn mind as a dispensary.Needless to say, NEVER EVER coming back here or recommending it to friends, fam, or anyone for that matter. I truly feel bad for the people in the Sun Lakes area since this is one of their few options for a dispensary.

This was my favorite place until I called them this morning for help. Apparently they are stupid and ignorant and paranoid during this crises in the world. I'm very ill. I am not, repeat not, contagious and just need some fudging medication you fudging morons. I'm a tad offended. I'm the one that's sick. I'm the one that needs protection from you idiots. So you can take your weed and shove it.

So due to the coronavirus stuff going on we can only do online orders or wait and go in one at a time. Once someone leaves one person can go in. But they had almost 10 people inside, I always go in with my boyfriend at every dispensary even when the corona virus going on and Oasis is the first to be a little more overboard about it. Couldn't let me in with him and tried to ask to let me go after him and got ignored. Oasis always was always the dispensary I'd go to most because of the deals they'd have. But that wasn't the best experience out of the other times I've been there.

This place is good paced and my tender was cool. They rushed to me then took there time with me.

For my 420th review on yelp and for my first time using my new medical marijuana card. I chose to Oasis. I have no idea why this dispensary has minimal ratings(?) they have been very customer friendly to me as I bought cbd oils and creams for pain. My experience was exceptional. My guy made sure I knew the deals of the day and also made sure I took advantage of the BOGO deal for being a first timer. (And happy to say, I used my buy one get one free to my advantage) Prices are good.  Especially BOGO prices.  Everyday they have specials. I appreciate them being honest and truly wanting me to have the best deals and products suited for me. I am not a fan of opioids and pain medication. I am not verse in marijuana and it is nice to be able to ask all my questions. (And I did). Friendly staff. Pothead to pothead mutually enjoying comradeship in helping people function. (Well at least for me lol) Happy birthday to me (it's my pot birthday-finally something to celebrate not during the holidays) Yay me

This is the fastest dispensary I have ever been to! With the express pick up I feel I hardly have to wait in line. They make it such a great experience and the bud tenders truly give me the knowledge I need when I leave the place. I also love their loyalty program and utilize it as much as possible. Don't skip on this dispensary I promise you!

Oasis North would not return a $25 battery that I purchased and was unsatisfied with.  I was told there was nothing they could do for me.  Have had issues with other products from other dispensaries and they have all found a way to make me a happy customer.  Not these guys.  They were very dismissive.  Definitely plenty of other places to spend my $400 / month.

This place was called something else, also a dispensary. Got way ripped off the first time I went. I never went back. Then when they changed names, I thought I'd give it another shot. After a few visits I was over charged 200 dollars and I was told for my inconvenience they'd "hook me up" . NOT.  The girl who answers the phone needs an attitude adjustment badly. I felt as if I was ruining her day by asking a question.  On the other hand the bud tenders are SUPER nice, educated and helpful. They have a large almost oversized waiting room but the dispensary is super small in comparison. This is far for me to travel but sometimes their specials are good. I find this place very hit or miss.

This place is the worst dispensary I have ever stepped into. These people have no customer service skills! I was a first time patient here so I had a lot of questions. The girl that helped me was Courtney. She made me feel rushed. Like I was asking stupid questions and at one point basically was like what do you want. In other words hurry up and buy.

came in 12/18/2020 got an 8th of white cookies tahoe.When i walked in the girl with the blonde hair and glasses told me she couldnt find my online order made me go all the way home beacause i didnt have my phone with me when i came back she had a snobby attutide i got the confirmation  she just gave a dirty face and didnt even check my  screen.But once i got in to see my budtender all was fine, great attitude.

This is my go-to place because the budtenders are very knowledgeable about their products, which helps me know what works best for me.  I have never left unsatisfied about my purchases.  Happy Holidays.

There are a couple of guys I met there at the North location that are fantastic and did an incredible job with a difficult situation. Unfortunately, I was sold a very unusual concentrate syringe that was packaged as Vapen Clear. I contacted Vapen and they said it was NOT theirs and suggested counterfeit!! What did they sell me and what did I put in my body?!? Nobody knows. One manger from Oasis did a GREAT job helping me...on his day off!!!! Amazing commitment from M.C. Vapen went dark after they told me it was counterfeit. Watch for Vapen products. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

Staff is well knowledgeable, and assisted me with all questions I had as a new patient. Highly recommended.

I really like this place. It's clean and inviting. The staff is nice and my bud tender from today, Ryan, was awesome. He was so knowledgeable and passionate, you could just feel his positive energy. Made a pre order online at 12 came in at 5pm and they didn't even bother putting me in the front of the line. Got to the bud tender and he said "oh they were supposed to put you in front " yea real nice I was waiting for 20 mins with somewhere to go.

I love oasis dispensary! They have some of the best edibles that I found that I can't find anywhere else and they also have pretty good selection of cartridges. Can't wait to stop by for my birthday and pick up a few more things.

Check out the prices of other dispensaries, oasis is more expensive than any other dispensaries, not buy a buck or two but $10 or more per 1/8 or more per 1/4. Duchies are $10 more per pack, how come oasis?

Very impressed with the staff and their honesty. They educate you a lot in the short time you are in there. They do not direct you what to purchase rather they give you options and tell you about them and let your decide.  Clean very nice office and dispensary area.   Not crowded area so you can look and decide. Will for sure be going back.

Incredible private reserve selection - but all flower on either shelf has never ever disappointed! I also really love that they're one of the only places that offers full gram Timeless cartridges, has an awesome loyalty rewards point system / plus daily specials, and offers delivery with all of those now linked and included so they're a step above everyone else for those reasons among many others

The worst place I have ever been too and I have been all over the state of Arizona and you people are by far the worst in customer service putting patients first you know nothing about! Your flower sucks too! I'd rather drive to cali!!

This place has amazing products but the price is on the higher end. I always come during the events and sales and am never disappointed but it's not my first choice. 5 stars for the quality of people and products.

I drove out from Glendale and I'm not disappointed at all. Chad was my budtender tonight , he was informative and got me in and out at a good pace. The vibes we're hella welcoming and I'll definitely make the drive back out to Chandler.

Love oasis! By far the best dispensaries in chandler! Great customer service! Wide variety of bud,edibles and cartridge pens!

BE WARE: I came and bought a Valentine's box from Oasis South just before they closed, and they felt like specifying that Jupiter batteries can be brought right in for replacement when defective. I got home to discover that this is yet the third time that I get a Jupiter battery that lights up but won't hit. Therefore, the next morning, Valentine's day, I drove right over to report it for replacement; however, after having waited in line all morning, a lady in full military uniform, the same one who checked me in after listening to my entire explaination upfront, rushed in just before they put my replacement battery in the bag and stopped the tender claiming that they are not to provide replacements for specialty batteries. Therefore, I took my defective battery to Oasis North where they kindly apologized and immediately provided me a new Valentine's Timeless battery. That's why I went back and spent two hundred more there, and would never recommend wasting money towards Oasis South for such service.

Oasis always has a good variety and selection however last week I bought my first gram timeless cartridge lemon fatorade it's amazing cartridge other than it leaking a little bit for some reason,  the stickiness is all over my battery I wiped it with rubbing alcohol and it has continued to leak again I called to ask if they can tighten it up or do anything about it and the Mexican lady at the front desk just laughed at me and said we can't do anything. Won't be supporting oasis anymore

Had the worst experience. Placed an order thru bud line, to only get there and wait 30 minutes and being the only customer in the place at the time. Once other customers came they were put in front of me 3 times( all 3 white), I left to spend money else where. I hate discrimination against blacks here in AZ. They really dropped the ball with me. Wasted a lot of my time.

Great deals, friendly staff, nice location and amazing flower. I know flower, and when it's grown right you can find the results at oasis. Sticky, dense, stemless break downs. Great colors as well as large nugs. I am very impressed . The guy working the front desk was so kind and nice to be around. Cody checked me out and he was amazing also. The customer service here is equally as good as the product. Prices are low to moderate but extremely reasonably . Great place !!

I went there for the first time with my new green card and the transformation of what used to be the Last Chance biker bar there on the corner of AZ Ave. and Hunt Hwy. is almost unbelieveable. Seems to me they had a large selection of various types of products and Jaime was friendly and well informed.  I didn't get exactly what I thought I was going to get according to their web-page but I was happy with my purchase. I had decided I was going to get one half ounce of product and got four little one-eighth ounce self sealing glass bottles. I took it home and weighed it out on my old ancient pharmaceutical scale and it totaled exactly fourteen grams. (It's something like twenty eight and four tenths grams per ounce.) No scale is absolutely perfect at all times.  I had done a slight bit of research for the type of product I wanted but not really any comparison of cost so I thought that seventy dollars for one half ounce of what another site had determined was the third most effective strain available in the state for my purposes was both very cost-effective and price-worthy.

I used this dispensary for over a year and had a fairly good experience initially.  Not as many discounts/sales as others, but ok.  I spend $200-300/week on average.  One day they had a sale b2g1 concentrates.  Ordered product to be delivered via Supurb at 7 pm.  Got first and second emails as expected, but not delivery email.  Tried calling Oasis for over an hour, their phone issues didn't let me through.  At 9 pm, I figured they weren't coming, thought they might deliver next day if they were crazy busy.  Next morning I get an email canceling my order.  Wtf..??  I call and get through and they tell me my order said next day delivery.  Obviously an accident on my part, so I ask why they didn't cancel the order last night so I could recover and either order again or drive over to the shop.  Couldn't give me an answer so I went in to ask. Manager on duty told me, "your fault, sale is over".  Nothing.  Nada.  No other compensation offered.  In my business, you take care of your good customers.  Obviously not the case here, very disappointing.  I told the budtender I would not be back and I have not since.  Use caution with this dispensary, their management sucks.

If you're a medical patient save your time ! ! The in-store deals don't match the online deals , they don't prioritize medical patients like every other dispo so be prepared to wait long regardless if you ordered online . Will not  e coming here again

Of the worst dispensaries I have been to. I have been here several times because of how close it is to me. The flower is always dry so I have to remoisten it all the time. 8 out of the 10 cart I've bought broke quickly. The concentrates are okays. There are two staff members I've interacted with that were super chill and cool. The other staff members are so rude, condescending and treat me like I am noob every time. I get mansplained about everything everytime, even though I have shopped at dispensarys ten times better in California. The most lame thing is their rewards program. It's $1 for one point, which is fine and all but to use the reward you have to spend the same amount as what you're getting with the rewards. I racked up about 750 points, so the last time I went I used up my points and I am never going back again.

Nowhere near my house but they were the only place that had this topical for back pain that really I needed. Plus I figured since it's my first time I'll try their flower too! Got there it was clean, the staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The wait wasn't long at all. The vibe was nice! It's a dope spot . After receiving info on what I needed, I purchased the topical I came in for as well as some nice flower and got 30% off for being a first timer which was an added bonus!

I would have given zero stars but that was not a option. This place had the rudest management I have ever dealt with. I specifically ordered indica and yet again they did not send the correct strain. Usually they will replace it and show some empathy.  This last order the manager stated hybrid is the same as stain specific and I needed to deal with it.  This is the first time they have been rude and non responsive to the customer when they made a mistake. I will not ever go there and I suggest you look at other dispensaries that treat you as you deserve to be treated.  I spend hundreds there every other week and I'm done with being treated like crap... and now I have $45 in bud that I won't smoke.

This is by far one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to and I'm a Cali girl who has been to some of the best clinics in LA!! the customer service is always "top shelf" and when they noticed that all the times prior I had been in I wasn't getting my points collected on my account they took full responsibility for it and booked me up with a free vape pen for the trouble since I go there almost every week! Keep up the great customer service and not only am I so SO lucky I live right down from the street from you guys but I'm a customer for life!

First the person at the front desk was super nice. Made sure I was in the system. Didn't take long. They always have sales. And that's a big plus.and a restroom. Big big plus . thanks. .the man that helped me was helpful. You can see stuff which helps.this place is so laid back, it's great. Nothing like others. Will be going back..

I headed into my local place and WOW! The service is 2nd to none. I've never felt more welcomed at any establishment, be it food or any other service you walk into a place for. Awesome AF! Always as helpful as can be and honestly, I feel like bro and broettes every time I go there. I'm so glad this is finally legit. Great products and the cleanest site I've seen.

When I first walked in I was welcomed and asked if it's my first time I appreciate when a shop asks to show recognition of their everyday customers. My tender also was very helpful she noticed my online order right away and was ready with it . Very welcoming workers they also applied my  40% for following a bogo deal which I also appreciated.

I had the best first time experience with Robin! It was quick, and informational, and I got a great deal. I was looking for Moon Rocks, which I know are kind of hit or miss to find...but was able to find a really nice infused blunt with her and a couple other budtenders recommendations.Will definitely be back!

STELLAR employees and prices my fist time in I arrived an hour before closing & was in and out without even ordering online Beyond friendly on the phone and in person I would suggest not coming in the afternoon even with an online order i waited over 30min waiting with 20 people infront of me but that's not a bad thing it just shows it's worth the wait

The person I FRIST spoke to was nice and looked me up 2 make sure I was in the system. Glad he did.it was one a minute b4 some one came and got me.the person was super nice and friendly up beat. Was nice that early in the am.this place was relax and comfortable. Nothing like the other one . price was great.glad I stopped in.will b going back.+☆☆☆☆☆

I have always had an excellent experience when I come into this location. The team members are always so friendly and informative. I love it! Every single budtender I have had has been exquisite! Jesse, Gabby and Jonathon are a few of the names I remember. Always quality merchandise, great suggestions from team members, great information and I barely ever spend more than 15 minutes when I come to this location. My favorite part is the professional manner of operation and it’s all around a great dispensary. Highly recommend. :)

Clean and well kept place. Lots of space and the restrooms are always fresh and cleaned. The staff are great .. except one guy who seems to think his job is ORDERING people around. Just remember we are HUMANS not cows to be herded around

Great atmosphere, large and comfortable waiting room. Staff was extremely friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I am on the grow side of the industry so I like to ask questions for the fun of it. They had a great and organized selection with deals every day.

Look, normally It takes excellent customer service for me to give five stars, but in this case I am making an exception. Yes their customer service, it's hit or miss however there are a few associates that go above and beyond. My Five stars is because of the professional medical environment OASIS creates, their locations are convenient, and just when I feel there are no deals out there, OASIS offers some kind of discount, and glad to see me when go to pick it up. When all the other dispensaries are just processing customers, the employees at OASIS South are there to help! Thanks.
