Been going to Fluent for a couple years now (since it was Knox) and I have ALWAYS had good customer experiences there. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. I went to Trulieve and they were very rude to me up front and told me to leave when I told them I didn't plan on buying anything-despite already having my medical card. But even before I got my card, Fluent was very nice to me and took time to explain the process. They actually care about helping you and they remember you! Pricing is good for the quality of product. But I'd even be willing to pay more for their excellent customer service.

This place was lovely. Tons of discounts and And knowledgeable staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I worked with Nicole specifically and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to educate me and help me pick products that would support my needs. It was incredibly helpful, especially because I am not very knowledgeable about this field. She made me feel very comfortable.
