This will be my 12th Ohio Dispensary visit and yes, I've reviewed all of them on Yelp. I guess I've kind of gotten into this Cannabis Tourism thing. Didn't really need anything, but heard this was a good place. Definitely a impressive menu that day. I did like that they take your medical and other ID and enter in their system so you don't have to enter all that extraneous info that they seem to ask for.   I was quickly escorted into the actual dispensary area.  The next part is partially my fault and is a current issue with most Ohio dispensaries.  If I'm visiting one of 5 or 6 dispensaries I regularly visit I know ahead of time and I frequently know what I want. I prepare by knowing they take debit card, have a fee free ATM in the dispensary, or have enough cash from my own ATM.  But this was an impulse stop/buy.  I wish dispensaries were more consistent in this regard, or put that info on their website!   Many of you may remember Ohio Bell's slogan in the 80's - "Call ahead Ohio!"  Well frequently that doesn't work with dispensaries. For that matter, many businesses are having a hard time keeping employees so many quit answering phone calls.  With all that said, I didn't try to call ahead.   I got into the dispensary and picked a product I've wanted to try but didn't find available.   When I got my total, I asked if they take debit card or if I needed  to use their ATM. My response was, "Cash only"  Not what I asked, but it was a correct answer.  I looked around and this is the first dispensary I've been to with no ATM in the dispensary.    I'll know that for next time.   Some other opportunist put a high fee one on a nearby outside wall.  I used it, will bring cash next time. If this place was busy, I'll bet they get a lot of people holding things running out to the ATM and having to be let back in.  Good place, I will be back.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The place is always super clean. This place has never been that crowded when I've been there.

One of my favorite dispensaries! It helps that it shares a parking lot with Outerbelt Brewing! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who take the time to find the right product for your individual needs. Definitely worth the drive!

I can't stress enough how much I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. Cash only! Oh and next door is a really cool vaping shop (they take card!).

Hands down the best customer service of ANY business I’ve ever been to. The staff are always friendly and genuinely interested in speaking with you, and are full of knowledge and recommendations. I look forward to my twice weekly trip here, I always feel so welcomed and taken care of

I absolutely love this establishment. The check in is easy. The employees are very nice and I love the fact that all of them are very knowledgeable about the products. There are also so many different options of products to choose from. I look forward to going here, all the good vibes.
