Todays experience deserves  one star!!!! I will say this establishment could be very nice, however it all depends on the day on which you go! The weekday staff are the WORST!!!! They are Ghetto and unprofessional! I always try to support BLACK BUSINESS, but the hood talk and poor customer service is a big turn off! This is the probably my 5th visit to this establishment and to be honest after the first visit I was not at all impressed with the staff! The guys appear high themselves, not very helpful  for a caregiver who knows nothing about the products, and just wanted a educational and  welcoming feeling! As a result my next trip ,  I went to Rockville to purchase the Cannibus products for my father.  Now, I must say when I went to the other establishment.... the treatment was much more welcoming and customer friendly, however due to the distance I decided to give Mary and Main another chance..... So I ventured there again.....this time on a Saturday.... completely different experience!!! The weekend staff were great.... very customer friendly and helpful considering  I know nothing about the products! I expressed to the young lady  how happy I was that I gave them another chance....  I explained to her  my previous experience and she sincerely apologized and encouraged me to come on Saturdays.  So my 3rd and 4th experience was nothing short of the service I expect when I spend my money in any establishment! NOW TODAY..... I arrive to the parking lot  and the young man is there.  I asked if I could place my order from the lot.  He told me yes ... so I gave him my fathers card along with my ID and the cash.  He then ask me for a "RED Card"I explained to him that I didn't have a red card and that this wasn't my first time coming there.... he then told me I had to come inside... so I proceeded to the door of which was locked due to COVID... a I waited outside for sometime before they let me in .... along with 2 other customers that walked up as they opened the door.  We went inside ... then another staff proceed to tell me that my name was in their system only because they put it in there!!! Absolutely not true! I am certified as my fathers caregiver through the state.... NOT.. Mary and Main! Now as I said before ... this was my 5th visit to this establishment and at no time has anyone asked me for a "RED CARD"! I explained  to them that I had no idea what a red card was , however I am an approved caregiver for my father! This gentleman continues to argue with me as he pulls up my fathers account and ask me " Where  on the screen do I see my name ???? This humiliation continues as I proceed to the back.... I was then passed on to a young lady who asked me what I needed ... I asked her for  the "oil" I purchased last..... She too decides to give me a hard time!! Asking me details of " what oil"is it a tincture etc... I told her I didn't know and that I'm purchasing for my father.... next thing a heavy set guy comes along and ask me the same .... again I asked if he could pull up my purchase history and to kindly give me the last oil I purchased! He then proceeds to show me all these boxes.... I told him I am not interested in all that..... all I want is the last oil purchased.... after all  their shenanigans they gave me the oil and then takes an even longer time typing up something in their system! As I waited to pay ...... I vowed to myself to never return to this establishment!! This is not the service I expect at NO time ... more importantly when I'm purchasing life sustaining products for my ailing father! Most definitely Not for street pleasure!! You all need to do Better!!!

They were very helpful in helping me pick out what I need for my mother who has terminal cancer. I didn't know one thing about Cannabis but the young lady who helped me really took her time to explain and ask questions about her needs. Make sure you bring cash.

I have nice experience today with Ms.Amber as she helped me to decide on my products as well as greeting us at the door. She was helpful, insightful and knowledgeable. A great asset in times of uncertainty. Keep up the good work Diane Lee

Friendly knowledgeable staff ,No rushing,  awesome deals and discounts!!  Definitely a Great new patient experience !!

Very friendly atmosphere, staff, and great music! They follow safety protocol during covid to make us feel even more comfortable. They have a nice assortment of concentrates and carts; which I primarily go after. Overall great experience, great location next to Sardi's and my favorite dispensary after Altpharms unfortunate close. This blooming flower is here to blaze on my block. My goto dispo.

I have been waiting so long to be able to patronize this place. I was so excited and I was not disappointed. The service was amazing Marissa was a great consultant.

Exceptional service from reception to sales. It is wonderful to meet and speak with knowledgeable Cannabis Consultants!!! Great selection, pricing, environment, music and staff.

They were not the nicest to me. I was greeted by an annoyed bud tender because I was “supposed to pull up by the front so someone doesn’t run up on her” when there are specific no instructions or signs on where to park for curbside pickup. I felt that was rude since I have never been there before and they don’t have it posted anywhere for me to know. I also did not like the fact I cannot pay for my Medicine with my card. All the other dispensaries I have visited never had this policy. Otherwise the store was very clean, neat and cute, I liked the farmer’s market outside. The guy who checked me out Richard (maybe that was his name) was very kind as well. They also don’t have daily deals but have pretty fair pricing on most products. Overall because of how I was initially greeted, I don’t think I will visit this place again.

Brown owned and convenient except not cards, yet! However, an ATM is available. I visit often because of their continued points system which I feel acutely appreciated to entice more spending. The strains, pop-ups and t-shirts are awesome. I’d like to experience a wider variety of strains soon. Actually I’m headed there now 😆
