I always enjoy coming into this dispensary because everyone is so friendly. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Sheena and she was amazing. Her customer service skills are phenomenal!! She was so sweet and helpful and recommended a great flower strain that I enjoyed veryyy much! Thanks Sheena you're the best!
Terrible customer service You wait forever while inside you hear ppl laughingTwice I left without shopping, Columbia and Trulieve has 100% better customer serviceThey once told me if I didn't placed an order on line I wouldn't get the discountThey need some kind if training. I rather to drive further and get a good client serviceAs I indicated, I tried twice to buy from them left without doing any purchasing
I love Christina and her experience with customer service. All the staff ave always greeted my like a friend aS I walk in the door and with a smile. They are having the best flowers rIght now as well. Believe me I smoke and they have good smoke. And they are running all kind of special now. I just bought 7 grams for like $50 buck for being a returning customer. No where else in south Florida is doing that if you keep cominG back. And I've spent so much money with other places with only sometimes thing like 10% or 20% off bull crap etc. Anyway check them out they are up and running now I see. I'm going back every time now. I spend hundreds a week at times
Always a terrible WAIT! The product is ok, but the wait makes it not an enjoyable experience at all. Express orders are no faster.
The flower I purchased also had the seal open with a crease on top. Sticky fingers for sure. Many dispensaries in town. These practices are inexcusable and unexceptionable. I called customer service no help at all.
I've gone to Fluent a few times. Always a long wait I even if you are the only one there. Diversity of products are not even close to competitors. Shared the low Yelp rating with greeter and asked why? Her answer was disappointing. They really don't care about customers or feedback. Prediction: There will be a vacant sign within the year.
I frequent many dispensaries but this was my first time here... it started out normal (i hand them my card and they asked what i was there for) i bought flower. They only have minis or whole so i opted for whole for $5 more... here's where the two stars come in...although the gentlemen were kind i told them i like Indica dominant and my salesman insisted on a 100% sativa... i felt a little uncomfortable saying no so i figured i would try it and see was the hype was about and paid for WHOLE flower. Great, or so i thought. I got home and went to roll a blunt and open up the container and the tin silver seal had already been peeled back and opened. Odd? I went to call but they had already closed. I poured out my container onto my tray and Was kind of shocked to find i had received minis (added picture) i will never go back. Plus it wasn't the bud he recommended was not anything special at all.
They don't even stand behind their products so don't buy a bunch during a sale because if they all fail, they will just tell you sorry but I can only offer you 50% off another one....and that's after waiting 45min to hopefully get one exchanged.... Save your time and money, Go to Trulieve!!!

Fluent is very convenient and they are usually my go to store. however I've really been disappointed with inventory the last few months. Their selection of product is very limited. Especially the products i normally buy. Which means shopping elsewhere.
Been to Fluent on and off over the last year or so but the staff they have currently are the best! Sheena and Jennifer both are such friend and cool people to talk to, they really make you feel like a friend rather than a patient. There's quite a few other awesome people at this store that unfortunately I haven't gotten their names yet. Also, product wise, their medicinal flower is top quality and will send you into another world. I'm pretty much in there every day!
Nothing against the people that work there. I blame the state for the lack of potency. Coming from a state where cannabis has been legal most my life. I find that the more potent the herb the less you have to use. Also I stopped shopping at fluent I seemed to get shorted every time I went.
