This is hands down the best dispensary I have ever been to.  The staff is outstanding and the managers are awesome too.  Great products, knowledgeable dispensary agents, and a home town charm that is hard to beat.  They are having a 420 celebration with giveaways, raffles, free stuff, buy an item and get a pre-roll for one penny.

Not Good.  The owners, during a pandemic, closed their one restroom to the public.  It is not broken, despite the misleading sign on the door, and it has been this way for weeks.  And then they tell you they don't have to offer a restroom because they don't serve food.  And then they tell you there is a portable toilet outside, and so you go outside, and there is not.  And you trek back in and then they say, oh, it must have been picked up, and then they suggest you walk over to a business across the road and around the corner, and use their restroom, so it is not public health they are worried about.  It seems just selfish and mean to the customers, many of whom have health conditions, and to the other businesses around them.  Most of the staff are not wearing masks, and it is mid April, the CDC said everyone should wear a mask a week ago, or we risk making others sick.  With no masks on staff, they increase health risks for their customers, many of whom have underlying conditions.  It makes me wonder if the owners are too busy counting their money from their health care business to worry about health care.   Hopefully, their competition will come soon.  I must say the staff in the product room are all very nice, and have been all along, this is a problem only with the owners.

I've been to Sunburst Pharm on three occasions, and I've not left dissatisfied. This is my go to cannabis dispensary. In fact Sunburst was my first, and only, dispensary I've been to.   The location, at least for me, is convenient. Living in Easton puts me there in 15-20 minutes. The dispensary is clean and well lit. This is a far cry from just a few years ago. No more sketchy dealers, no more dark alleys. And no more hiding my use of cannabis.. Thank You Sunburst, be seeing you tomorrow at 10:00 p. m. Keep up the great job you're doing!

Absolutely love this place!! I'm very shy/timid and I thought that maybe it would be awkward to ask questions. It was the complete opposite!!! They made me feel very comfortable and were extremely easy to talk to!!! The staff are always so pleasant and eager to help!! They are very knowledgeable about their various range of products!! I will definitely be a routine customer!!!

Very great experience. Smooth operation. Courteous staff. Trouble free service and very quick. They educate me every time I’ve been there. Products are outstanding. Also the vet discount is appreciated.

Haven’t yet been into Sunburst?! What are you waiting for? 😊 Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere. Don’t know about you but it can be overwhelming walking into a dispensary (in the beginning) and everyone at Sunburst takes their time to explain it ALL. Got questions? They answer. I go out of my way to come to Sunburst. Love their point system, who doesn’t want to save $$ So what are you waiting for? Go visit them today!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.... sunburst is the best place to go!! Everyone there is super down to earth, knowledgeable and kind.. I love the huge interactive wall menus, it helps a lot when your not sure exactly what you want!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Great points system & daily deals also!!! Great product & staff!!

Sunburst Pharm is still the best dispensary on the Eastern shore! Very educated bud tenders, great product selection, fair prices, great sales and they have a great point reward system! One of my favorite bud tenders, Carrie, has even called me when my favorite products go on sale! I call that customer service! Another five star rating! 8-2-21
