Beware, beware, beware!  The shop is more than happy to take your money but when their products are defective, you're stuck. They don't stand behind their products in any way. I have bought two Bud Hut batteries that do not work and one cartridge, new in package with Bud Hut name on it and within expiration date that does not work.  They don't honor any kind of exchange. So look out!  There are reputable cannabis stores that stand behind their products.

Super bummed out! I came to buy some weed around 9:10pm on a Thursday, they said they were open till 9:30. I got there and it was closed, all locked up!

As a medical patient on an island I feel trapped. My only choice for marijuana locally is the Bud Hut and they have exorbitant prices and a strange online shopping policy--I use Phat Panda products. This particular store keeps a certain amount of product in the back and tell you that you can only order it online (you know, on your phone from the parking lot even though you are standing in the store right now) then they will bag it up for you. What?! I tried placing an order for my weekly Meds this morning ($268 worth of Phat Panda products) and the online system is not even processing. It isn't set up for mobile use so if you order a screen's worth of product you can't scroll over to checkout. Uhg. The first time I used the online system, I started getting weird phone calls from telemarking companies. I'm pretty sure my number was sold. Pretty much only use this place if your back is against the wall. This is just a shame.

I have been living on Camano Island for just over two years and at first I was a frequent visitor of this particular recreational shop. As this is the only one nearby, I have continued to patronize this establishment at times strictly out of convenience (aka when I don't feel like driving 20 miles further). Some things about the shop are OK - the selection is average and prices are too. It's a clean building. They use a unremarkable organizational system, but it's not confusing for the customer like some other shops. The return policy, or lack there of, is abysmal. Unlike most shops, there are no returns of any kind, even if the product itself is defective - buyer beware. None of these aspects, however, are the problem with this place. Most of the staff are friendly, scraping together as a team enough knowledge of cannabis to keep funneling their mostly elderly customers to their cash register. There is one staff member, however, that manages to ruin my experience every single time I have had the misfortune to be "helped" by her. Not only is she generally sour, but she knows absolutely nothing specific about the products she's selling.My experience with this woman today was the worst yet. It involved me asking a question about two specific strains, if either happened to lean more on the Indica side. From the first words out of her mouth I was taken aback at the condescending tone she addressed me with. Looking at the back packaging as if it would hold the answer to my question, she gave up all too quickly and replied that "they were just hybrids". I tried informing her that most hybrids, depending on strain, do have a dominant high profile. She snapped that she knew that. I enquired if any other staff member might be able to answer my question. She said no, that the ONLY staff member who knew "that kind of thing" wasn't there that day. I detached from the conversation and silently waited the three minutes or so that it took for a different budtender to be available. This staff member, a tall thin man (that I believe is one of the managers there) was able to answer my question decisively in less than twenty seconds. Bud Hut Camano, if anyone at this shop is reading this, know that this single employee (early 30's-ish, short brown hair, slightly full figured) brings down the credibility and professionalism of this whole place. She has not only proved herself to be unpleasant and unknowledgeable more than once, but has now also claimed that her coworkers are equally useless. You guys can most certainly do better.

They sold me an empty weed pen and would not return or exchange it. That's all that needs to be said but I have to keep typing in order to post this review.

WARNING- they sell DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Bought a vape pen. Drove an hour away only to find out the pen didn't work. I drove an hour back to return the faulty pen and they admitted it didn't work and refused to give me my money back. They instead replaced it with another low quality pen by a different manufacturer that I am dissatisfied with because it's not what I wanted in the first place. I wanted my money back because they sold me a faulty product. Don't shop here if you want to get SCAMMED!

I went to this location this morning to get some THC Hard Candies. The girl there was very incompetent and couldn't really figure out what I was asking for. It's munchie Monday and she didn't give me 10% off my edibles. I asked her about it and she told me it was my job to remind her. I work in customers service. Me personally, I always let people know if there's a special or deal going on and I try to go above and beyond to give the best service I can because customers can go anywhere they'd like, but they chose you to go to. The girl had long blond hair if I remember correctly and she was very unfriendly.

About the worst weed store around for a variety of reasons. Instead of going into why, please just read the other reviews. Pretty much sums it up. Regardless of all the bad reviews, which I doubt they even read, they just continue on.

Amazingly large selection of pre-rolls, clean and organized, friendly professional service. Thumbs up!

Love the whole experience

A pretty typical store staff can be a little rough if you disagree with there personal preference that higher price means better quality .

I've visited this place randomly over the past few years. Over priced mids at best. None of the high quality brands I'm used to seeing in other stores. But they have a huge selection of mid and low quality producers set at the price of high quality producers. I was also HUGELY disappointed in the selection and pricing of rolling papers! I mean this is a weed store, you should have every variety of papers, wraps and cones! I've been to gas stations with better selection and prices! If you're looking to over pay for low quality this is your store. All the people on here saying this place has high quality cannabis... It's obvious those people do not know what quality cannabis is. It's not just about how "high" you get. Your lighting this stuff on fire and inhaling the smoke! Should burn to clean white ash, have smooth thick smoke and taste good.

Lots of products to choose from. CBD, Gummies, anything you could want! Great customer service!
