Very clean facility.  Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and helpful.  Prices are reasonable.  Will definitely go there again.  Rates five stars.

This place is terrible staff sold me a cart that my pen did not work for and did not offer to refund me for the product furthermore offered to sell me product on top of that is this a drug dealer or a cannabis dispensary.The staff here are laughable at best being more pothead then pharmacist these staff would recommend anything to hit there sales numbers.Sad establishment with worse customer service support will not be returning here I'm out 75 dollars with a broken vape cart no one deserves that Oh and side note the guy at the front desk short hair blonde guy is the one selling the boof carts so beware they all know there bad but those sales numbers have to be hit

The staff at The Botanist has become more arrogant and nasty with each visit. They treat you terrible and their latest stunt is insisting that they search your purse in order to gain access to the building. They make damn sure to treat you like a piece of crap or they are not happy. Very unfriendly even though I come every other week and buy something.

The friendliest staff ever and top notch products!!The crew at the Buffalo Botanist said they've made it a priority to give their patients the best experience possible and that's just what they gave me. The security gentleman, pharmacist, manager and the two folks that helped me we all so nice and answered every question I had. Children are welcome too. I'll of course be back!!

Initially I chose the Botanist because it is blouse to where I live. I liked their products so I never went anywhere else. The products they offer ate good, in my opinion, and they have always had the items in stock that I wanted. I don't know how the prices compare to other dispensaries, but they seem reasonable to me. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need medical marijuana this is a good place to get it. Also, I had a defective cartridge and they were kind enough to replace it for me.

This, in my opinion, is the best medical dispensary in Western New York. They are so kind, accommodating, and professional. From intake to all of your next visits. They are very detailed and have comprehensive and all inclusive information about the products. My neurologist at Dent suggested this location and after going to a different dispensary once, I have been dedicated to this location since. I always feel safe and welcome. Their products are top notch and are very helpful with my chronic migraines and neuropathy. You do not have to worry about the carts being full of wild chemicals and you are treated with the same HIPPA and medical respect of a doctors office. Also, they have great referral discounts and your first three visits come with a discount punch card. Thanks, Botonist staff, for also holding it down during Covid!

My first-time visit was professional and medically focused. The facility is very clean. I just tried tintictures for the first time due to chronic pain I was concerned about the stigma of being  an mmj client. Due to covid, when I arrived as a new patient, I filled out a form and was asked if I wanted a pharm consult. I did, and explained my symptoms, and the Pharmacist was completely professional. It felt like any other medical consult. He shared the kinds of success other patients have had.They are doing curbside pickup with covid and being very safe about masks and distancing. They have a buy-one get-one-free tinticture deal and they offer 10% off an item for an honest review. The inventory is quite limited in line with ny laws.
