Honestly, I'd be surprised if anyone could find a problem with this place. Excellent service, super friendly. Good prices and products.

Kim made my experience at Trulieve amazing! Her energy was amazing, she helped me with everything I needed and actually took the time to talk and listen to me, making sure my order was correct And the at I didn't feel rushed.  I felt safe and really appreciate how professional she was. I've been going to trulieve for a while now, and can't  express how Kim made a positive difference in my experience. im grateful for Trulieve and love employees like Kim!

Very friendly and professional. She helped me  choose the correct cbd/thc product that would help to dull the pain and calm nerves but not screw my head up during the day and an indica thc product for night to relieve cramping and pain and help me sleep. A satisfied customer here!

Never have flower in stock and when they do very limited. Over 8 orders have been not fulfilled or partially  in stock. Frustrating to say the least

What happened to my Brooksville store I used to enjoy spending my money? The atmosphere is tense, the consultants are pushy and it's not a fun place to visit. My last visit they tried to sell me stuff I don't want and was way more expensive, had to ask for my discounts and then they acted mad I had discounts and I'm pretty sure several are from New Port Richey which I would drive past to go to Brooksville because of the atmosphere. I dread getting my order anymore because it's a miserable experience.

5-stars. 5-stars. 5-STARS! This is my new dispensary. I was given as much time as I needed to ask questions and select products. I learned so much and purchased 3 new products. This place is amazing. - Did you know that you can buy POWDERED THC to add to your smoothies? - Did you know that THC binds to fatty foods, so you should use sublinguals with a food like peanut butter for better absorption? - Did you know that if you feel too high and are uncomfortable, smelling BLACK PEPPER will break the THC bonds? (Christy taught me that.)- Did you know that you can buy THC in a CAPSULE for discreet use when you can't smoke a joint in public?- Did you know that your Florida doctor cannot write you a prescription for 10mg per use; but instead sets a monthly limit on what you can purchase?As in all Medical Marijuana dispensaries, the daily offerings change. There's sativas, indicas, hybrids, and CBD products, too. I don't smoke cigarettes and had a horrible experience with the vapes, so I specifically wanted products that I do not have to smoke. And they had lots! For example, I bought pineapple SATIVA gummy drops that are technically vegetarian because they are made with fruit pectin. I also bought what they call a "syringe". This is not like a flu shot! What you do is open an Oreo cookie and add a few drops, then eat the cookie. This "syringe" product had way more THC than I realized and I would not have used it correctly if Christy didn't *thoroughly* explain everything to me. Trulieve understands that their shoppers need relief from serious medical conditions and they educate their staff.I would compare Trulieve to Surterra like buying a sparkplug at a dollar store versus going to AutoZone or Napa Auto Parts. I am a Truliever and next time I'm buying a t-shirt. Thank you to all the politicians nationwide who have helped to legalize marijuana and decriminalize people like me, who suffer from treatable medical conditions.

I will go out of my way to come to this location always. Normally I have to use the New Port richey store but without lights heading north is about the same time it takes og and there is no crazy wait or rude staff at brooksville store .. well except for the one old lady who wouldn't let my kids have a balloon on 710 day but I haven't seen here there anymore

Just the sweetest people work there. I do think they need to try and have enough product to keep up with the demand. I am true to Trulieve customer all the way, but there are a few things that need to be fixed, but all in all it's an awesome place. Great staff, they are always so kind. Thank you guys you work hard and long hours to help the people get their medicine. I always leave with a smile 😊

This location has got it down, when they first opened I could tell that they were doing what any good citizen would do; roll with it! Noticeably the pick-up and walk-in systems were initially flawed and just weren’t able to keep up with the volume. The team rocked it just the same, and now I must say that everything has evolved to function and I am always happy to stop in, black tuna is hands down the best strain, they don’t water it down and it’s nice and sticky!

I love this place. Great customer service. Clean. Friendly staff. Great product. Fair prices. Alyssa provided excellent customer service on today's visit. She fixed my problem when it would have been easier to just ring up my order and send me on my way. She went out of her way to help, and I appreciate it. Thanks, Alyssa

Great staff!! First visit I was welcomed at the door by a very sweet young lady that was working in the waiting area. She welcomed me and explained everything I needed to know on the procedure! Then when my turn to go in to a cashier came a gentleman escorted me into the room and directed me to a wonderful young lady that was very knowledgeable on the products and what the different Terpenes do for the different conditions/effects. When I left I felt extremely pleased with the service and the knowledge! Thank you!

This is my favorite location, aside from the parking lot. Mercedes helped me in more ways than one, and with an account issue. Super friendly and went above the normal customer service for me. Great work today!
