Top notch service from very well informed associates at their Brandon location!!!  This is the first and only dispensary, in the state of Florida I've visited, that provided an information card with dosage details and recommendations for safe usage of my meds.  Thanks Angela B!!!

People deserve to know they're being ripped off regardless of how nice the staff is. B3G1 carts but don't tell you that you're being dispensed 3200mg for 2880mg of THC.

Didn't even know they were there and I live in the area until I took my kids next door to Krispy Kreme lol. I'm so glad I went in!! Everyone is so very nice!! They make you feel welcome the second you walk in the door. Especially John! He spent over 20 minutes with me explaining product and went into great details. He was very knowledgable!! They always have so much different to offer and different kinds. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Stopped in here today and had the pleasure of meeting John he was very knowledgeable and friendly he answered all my questions and helped me get the best deals possible. The product so far seems great will be coming back and bringing back the wife

So I'm familiar with the Columbia Care brand from California, and was pleased to see there was one nearby after I got my card. Shopping a brand I already know and trust is always a plus. I've now been here a few times, one of which was 4/20, and every time I get the same experience, no matter how busy it is. Checkin is always fast and friendly. Even if they can't get to you right away, there is clear communication the whole way. Since the Florida market was super different from what I was used to, I really appreciated the budtenders taking the time to explain the different terps and such on my first visit. The whole team, from the door to the floor, is nice and happy to jump in and share their knowledge if asked.

Really have 2 employees working today? 10 ppl in lobby waiting. Hostess can't estimate wait times. Went back next day and y'all still had my order waiting for me, which I appreciate and would not have been done at any other dispensary. Not only that, got a hell of a deal on it. Yesterday, was an amazingly great experience at this dispensary. MELISSA, WAS A CANNABIS KNOWLEDGE ANGEL. This associate shared great facts, with visual aids, and took spectacular care of us. From quick computer skills, double checked inventory(physical), and with supportive co-workers,  answered all of our questions....correctly.Melissa was attentive, listened to our questions, showed great patience and concern for our needs. After visiting many dispensaries in Colorado, Washington, Oregon and here in Florida. This was the first visit, that was on a nation level playing with the other states. Well done Melissa and crew. The two person check system( of your order, into the bag) not seen anywhere else. Yall won my repeat business!!!! Thank you for restoring this Gen X couple; faith in customer service!!!

Some really amazing staff here. Went above what was expected. Definitely will be back because not only is the staff amazing the product way better than other places in my area. Well worth the drive. Just a reminder it's a Dr. Dabber Switch. Thank you again.

The dispensary I call home away from home 😂 Highly recommend visiting Columbia Care Brandon. All of the staff here are so sweet and welcoming. Everyone there knows there stuff and takes very good care of you from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Angie was super kind and helpful when I came in and was greeted with a safe smile and was helped immediately. Love it here!

Today was my first time going into a Columbia Care and let me tell you, it will NOT be the last! I walked in there and was super stoked to see the way it was decorated with such individuality. The vibe and atmosphere it created was wonderful to step into. However, what really sold me was the INCREDIBLE staff. I was helped by Melissa. She was beyond helpful and super friendly! She knew the products well and had great recommendations. I unfortunately did not get the name of the girl at the front desk, but she too was very welcoming and helpful! I can't stress enough how wonderful it was to go in there and find happy people, eager to help and so passionate about our medicine. This was easily one, if not the best experience I have ever had in a dispensary. Thank you so much to this incredible team and location!♡

I have enjoyed doing my business with Columbia Care Brandon. The staff have always made feel welcome and comfortable. I enjoy talking with the tenders as they are always helpful making the right choice with their knowledgeable tips and advice. The only thing I can complain about is that the flower variety is weak. The flower that I have gotten has always been good but it always the same thing in stock, rarely anything ever new is in stock. I like to buy the half ounce options but they are limited. I would definitely rate 5 stars if the selection was better on flower. Until then I may just have to visit other dispensaries for better selction.

Angela was a wonderful helper. I have problems sleeping at night and for the first time in a very long time, I did not have to take my prescribed medication. The Columbia care associates are very caring and listen to what your specific needs are and try to find the best solution for you. And not only that but the deals are incredible and can’t be beat. This is my favorite dispensary by far and I will not go back to my local one again. It’s definitely worth the extra drive for me.
