Lovely space, open and inviting. Really knowledgeable staff that made me feel comfortable, even with my lack in experience and knowledge! I will definitely be coming back.

By far one of the nicest shops in town. Tons of space to walk around. A lounge area. No crazy amounts of security. This is a great transition into buying weed recreationally rather than buying it at a dudes house. The ganja was phenomenal. With high testing and low cost options, I got the purple phantom cookies and giggled my ass off to a peanut butter commercial so i think you can put 2 and 2 together... it's dank. You can also bring the jars back and they give you a small discount on the weed which is super nice and I'm not rooting the Earth with plastic containers. All in all an exceptional experience and I will be back with a discount

This place is the most classy, lounge and dispensary. The customer service and knowledge from its employees are phenomenal.

I only buy Cannabis "Deli Style" and Catalyst does exactly that. I smelled a variety of different strains and was pleased with the variety of Indicas, Sativas, CBDs, and Hybrids. If you're a Cannabis consumer please only purchase high quality flowers Deli Style. Don't settle for Pre weighed, pre packaged flowers. Cannabis tends to degrade in smell and quality when bought that way. Demand from your local dispensary to only sell you high quality Cannabis Deli Style.

Comfy, clean, environmentally friendly shop! All their flower is deli style, so nothing prepackaged, you know what you're getting! Staff is super knowledgeable and make great recommendations! Most strains are grown by Catalyst w/ a few featured cultivators. Catalyst grows organically using living soil and everything is hand-watered & hand-trimmed. If you're looking for prerolls, they've got the best price on all-flower; PLUS if budtender Ben is on duty he can roll up anything into one of his famous blunts or joints, of your selection and size! Tons of edibles and concentrates as well! There's a nice merch room with some glass and accessories. They also have reusable jars and a sweet loyalty program! Oh, and did I mention there's a puppy? =) Literally a one-stop-shop! My favorite in Anchorage!

I tried 6-7 shops around Anchorage. Many of them make you feel like you're entering a secured facility when you come in. I found Catalyst and now I don't go any where else.Knowledgeable sales folks.Friendly sales folks.Store feels like a delicatessen.Some kind of discount every day of the week. Senior citizen discount.Bring in your glass Catalyst jar "growler" and receive a discount on your bud, and you don't have to keep using disposable plastic containers.Prices are in line with other Anchorage shops. It's near my house.

Great spot! Didn't feel shady or like I was doing something illegal. Professionally run establishment, very upscale and inviting ambiance. Great prices and excellent products!

SUPER effen impressed!  Not only with the decor, the time and attention they give make it all worthwhile.  Ashley was sweet and answered all of our questions.  Can you say deli style? This shop has the one thing that other shops don't.  You can mix and match strains to weight so you don't have to be stuck buying an eighth or quarter of the same strain if you don't want to. The jar exchange program is genius. You put a 2 or 5 dollar deposit on your jar, depending on the size and if you bring it in (clean) they'll refill it for you. No yucky plastic wrapping waste. Not to mention. Every. Single. Strain. Smelled. Phenomenal. I'm won over! I'd give them a try.

I will never come back. I was treated very rudely by a very tall staff member (over 6ft. tall) when I went there. I will never go back because of how I was treated. I did not receive a nice, friendly, welcome when I went there. 1st impressions are everything!

I'll never shop there again.  Ever. Bought a cartridge that performed poorly on 4/20. Called on 4/21 to swap it, got the 3rd degree about everything. Went to the store to swap it.  Act of Congress ensued.  Finally I get a "just this time" comment as if they're doing me a favor by taking back a defective product. We just "need the manager" to do the return. Manager gives me the 3rd degree also, then offers me a swap "just this time".  Rather than swapping it, he puts the CASH on the counter as if he is going to do a refund and resale.  Turns out, he gives me the money so I can pay FULL PRICE the day AFTER the 4/20 sale. So return $75 and tried to charge me the full $95 because the sale ended the day before. I've never seen a place try so hard to NOT honor the products it's sold.  From the dude working the phones, to the bud tender to the manager.  All terrible concept of customer service.  None of them were rude.  That's worth mentioning.  They were just 1000% ignorant as to how to handle a polite customer complaint.  Never again.

I'm not from here. Weed is yet to be legalized where I'm from. As expected, I was so excited to try every dispensary! Cute "bakery-like" set up. Was recommended this place from a vape shop. I was serviced by some guy with a red beard. I'm not sure if he was having a rough day, or just liked being a sarcastic jerk. I like being educated over strains and asking for a specific relief, like back pain, for example. I felt rushed. Being friendly towards the end won't fix anything. Other than the fact that you had to pee and let everyone know verbally and by tapping on everything.... The weed was ok.

As an older woman, new to cannabis use, I was intimidated at the thought of trying to purchase. I went into a few other shops only to walk out because I felt uncomfortable and uninformed. Catalyst changed that. First, the store is lovely, warm, comfortable. Lovely art, inviting sitting area and just a beautiful display of cannabis. I walked in, was warmly greeted, I felt comfortable, not out of place. The "bud tenders" were informative in their descriptions of their cannabis strains, taste, effect, what outcome I was looking for. I never felt intimidated and learned many things. I also was never made to feel like I was taking up too much time.  I also love, love, love the glass containers they put their product in. Reduce waste, reuse your glass for future purchases. I respect a "green" business.

However, since you started this mandatory(staff says) ID registry, you will no longer be getting business from me. Im not sure if you partnered with the feds, but wow.

The bud tender was too busy playing angry birds as myself and 2 other customers were waiting, when it first opened it was nice but customer service is absolutely horrible. I won’t go back. They have extremely overpriced edibles, over priced bud, and the cartridges are all BURNT! carts should be much lighter than honey AM delights have good carts don’t shop here, over priced and rude.

First time I've come in to your business,you were highly recommended by my Daughter. I must say I had a very pleasant experience and believe y'all could quickly become my favorite spot.Thank you for Avery pleasant experience
