Overview
Blueberry Diesel, also known as Blueberry Sour Diesel, is a cross of Blueberry and Sour Diesel. It's best known for its strong blueberry aroma layered with hints of diesel fuel, and its balanced high that combines Sour Diesel's energizing, creative lift with Blueberry's calming, relaxing depth. The result is a happy, functional experience that most consumers find approachable at moderate doses. Sticky, trichome-covered flowers with long orange hairs are typical of well-grown cuts of this strain.
Strain Helps With
Blueberry Diesel is commonly used for stress, pain, and low appetite, since its balanced effects offer both a mood lift and physical ease. Some also use it for nausea and general fatigue, appreciating that it stays active and clear-headed rather than knocking users out. Because it stays clear-headed rather than heavily sedating for most users, it works well as a daytime or early-evening strain.
Terpenes
The terpene profile typically features myrcene, caryophyllene, humulene, and pinene. Myrcene supports the strain's relaxing, fruit-forward character, while caryophyllene and humulene add spice and earthy depth reflecting the diesel side of its genetics. Pinene contributes a fresh, piney note that balances the sweeter berry top notes, rounding out a complex flavor profile that fans often compare favorably to Blue Dream.
